I belive that competitive price on quality product and great service are the key factors to gain loyal customers, Biggs HD meets that.
I bought harley Low rider s from this dealership. Even though i did not buy it for the price i wanted but it is a great deal. I bought my previous bike at 10% less than MSRP out the door it was in chicago. But this one was higher than that but i know was given a very competitive price.
Selecting Low Rider S(LRS):
I was looking for a fat bob year end closeout but someone @ SD harley @ Kerney Mesa told me that Low Rider S is one of the harley's best engineering. I shared my thoughts to my salesman. He gladly arranged for a test drive on both of them.
One of the salesman had the motorcycle and when i asked him how he compare the fat bob and low rider s (LRS) he was praising the LRS , first i thought he was giving a sales pitch but after riding both i agree to him about comfort and handling. So that made me decide to go for the LRS. I liked FAT BOB when compared to LRS
Im ridinding motorcycle since 14 and very active driver since 18. Anyway I decided to choose LRS. My need for my motorcycle is very limited after moving to SAN diego my other motorcycle i did not drive in 2 years.
My Sales experience :
About myself i had a very bad experience with my emotional purchase from the past. From the past experience I don't buy things out of emotions even at their great sale prices. That means selling things to me is very tough because I challenge and counter many things.
My Salesman gave me a price Which doesnt seems to be right. At one point we agreed to a price. But after thinking it for a day, I decided to drop off the idea of purchasing due to my work. Meanwhile i was talking to my friends about the motorcycle and looks like one of my friend got a better deal from a different location.
Anyway After consecutive attempts by the sales person and 2 -3 weeks of long chatting they gave me a price, at that point i was determined to buy the LRS not because of the price but because of the salesperson time and his determination to sell. In order to honor the deal they wanted me in person, ( i was telling my wife that , i m neither pretty nor handsome and im straight and there is no bikinis in the showroom for me to get convinced, i dont know why this guys want to see me). The salesman gave a tee to my wife and told her that "you deserve a tee shirt for being with this guy(he was referring me)" , i could see how much frustration he had with me on the sales, when i was in sales i went thru similar situations and i can understand his position , in my world i call it as sales pressure. I give credit to the salesman, he did a very good job because i was almost withdraw my idea of buying motorcycle but because of him i went for the purchase.
After sales:
The dealership offered a free delivery, my closing with LULU was very pleasant. when i asked that i want a detail on 5 mile LRS , they did it for me. The only issue was when the delivery guy called me to check the address, i asked him about LRS to see for any scuff marks and his response was they dont do detailson the new bike they only clean and fill tank, But the bike was actually detailed which he was not aware. I spoke to the sales manager and he confirmed it. The bike looked fantastic after it went thru the detail cleaning.
Fantastic cooperation from the dealership sales and service.

My recommendation to other buyers is to do a test drive before you go to discuss on the price.
