We just bought a deluxe from Biggs and are very happy with the experience. Mark in sales did a great job and all the guys in parts especially Danny boy were great. This is our 8th Harley so we ve been to many dealerships and Biggs is the best.

I had originally went into North county Indian motorcycle shop to look at an Indian motorcycle, after going in the back where Biggs was and talking with Sean McLaughlin versus the sales people that were in the Indian motorcycle shop I decided that a Harley-Davidson was going to be my purchase I have talked to other dealerships other salesman and just felt that Sean McLaughlin was the one who is honest with me and very upfront about what my purchase experience would be like, he answered all my questions oh, he walked me through each step and even gave me his information for in the future if I should have any issues or problems that's how it should go I give Sean McLaughlin of Biggs Harley-Davidson in San Marcos a big thumbs up

I cannot thank the guys at Biggs HD for making my buying experience a complete dream. Cody was my salesman; he was super responsive, polite and an all around awesome guy. He was transparent and happy to help answer any questions I had. I was purchasing a used KTM (from a Harley dealer) so I wasn't sure what kind of service I was going to get from them. I bought harley Low rider s from this dealership. Even though i did not buy it for the price i wanted but it is a great deal. I bought my previous bike at 10% less than MSRP out the door it was in chicago. But this one was higher than that but i know was given a very competitive price.
Selecting Low Rider S(LRS):
I was looking for a fat bob year end closeout but someone @ SD harley @ Kerney Mesa told me that Low Rider S is one of the harley's best engineering. I shared my thoughts to my salesman. He gladly arranged for a test drive on both of them.
One of the salesman had the motorcycle and when i asked him how he compare the fat bob and low rider s (LRS) he was praising the LRS , first i thought he was giving a sales pitch but after riding both i agree to him about comfort and handling. So that made me decide to go for the LRS. I liked FAT BOB when compared to LRS
Im ridinding motorcycle since 14 and very active driver since 18. Anyway I decided to choose LRS. My need for my motorcycle is very limited after moving to SAN diego my other motorcycle i did not drive in 2 years.
My Sales experience :
About myself i had a very bad experience with my emotional purchase from the past. From the past experience I don't buy things out of emotions even at their great sale prices. That means selling things to me is very tough because I challenge and counter many things.
My Salesman gave me a price Which doesnt seems to be right. At one point we agreed to a price. But after thinking it for a day, I decided to drop off the idea of purchasing due to my work. Meanwhile i was talking to my friends about the motorcycle and looks like one of my friend got a better deal from a different location.
Anyway After consecutive attempts by the sales person and 2 -3 weeks of long chatting they gave me a price, at that point i was determined to buy the LRS not because of the price but because of the salesperson time and his determination to sell. In order to honor the deal they wanted me in person, ( i was telling my wife that , i m neither pretty nor handsome and im straight and there is no bikinis in the showroom for me to get convinced, i dont know why this guys want to see me). The salesman gave a tee to my wife and told her that "you deserve a tee shirt for being with this guy(he was referring me)" , i could see how much frustration he had with me on the sales, when i was in sales i went thru similar situations and i can understand his position , in my world i call it as sales pressure. I give credit to the salesman, he did a very good job because i was almost withdraw my idea of buying motorcycle but because of him i went for the purchase.
After sales:
The dealership offered a free delivery, my closing with LULU was very pleasant. when i asked that i want a detail on 5 mile LRS , they did it for me. The only issue was when the delivery guy called me to check the address, i asked him about LRS to see for any scuff marks and his response was they dont do detailson the new bike they only clean and fill tank, But the bike was actually detailed which he was not aware. I spoke to the sales manager and he confirmed it. The bike looked fantastic after it went thru the detail cleaning.
Fantastic cooperation from the dealership sales and service.

Recently bought my first Harley (2007 Night Train) from out of state and had these guys do a 15k mile service on her. Excellent service. Time for another review from a very satisfied customer. This time it's for Chad and his crew in service. I had to have extensive transmission work done and it was GREAT!!! They picked the bike up immediately and finished the work sooner than I expected. And best of all, no surprises when I went to pick up the bike. Charge was exactly as they promised. AND - after an hour ride in very hot weather yesterday, got up this morning and NO LEAKS. (Plus it performed as a Harley should on the ride) Thanks Chad and your team - as always you will be my go to for all my service needs in the future.
Great showroom lots of inventory but poor management. Wanted to buy a new Harley Road King and was told "they had one in just my color coming at the end of the month, no worries". After coming back several times the salesman told me he thought I was kidding. The same day I went down to San Diego Harley and bought one off the floor on the spot. A week later I had a new speedometer with a tack switched out at Biggs on my new bike, also had it lowered. Told them I wanted all the parts back especially the speedometer. Never did. Over the next month after asked several times for them to return it they said sorry it's past the 30days now so I couldn't get it back. The speedometer had less that 15 miles on it. I did get a nice courtesy call from Biggs asking how the service was, upon telling them my issue nothing ever came of it. I live in North Escondido but have no issues riding down to San Diego Harley, very pleased with the staff and service.
Staff is polite the music events need help. Chairs need to be put out, beer wine tent on regular basis(in the past yr i only recall 1 or 2 day time events where they had it ).food to last for the crowd they usually offer it for free and run out and dont have alot. I would rather pay a food truck and enjoy food cocktail chairs to relax and enjoy the music.
Junior marines beware of this place. As a young man as myself they will try to take advantage of you. I went in to buy a bike for 12.5k and offered to put 5 thousand cash down. Started with the paperwork and they said I had no credit. I know that I have a credit score and confirmed with my own bank that it was a 763. I also saw on my credit statement that they had accessed it and looked, yet still told me I didn t have any credit. So, they offered my 24.99% apr on the bike. Young men and women everywhere be careful when trying to make a deal with this place. The salesmen will be pushy to make it sound like they re cutting you a deal but don t be dumb. They are taking advantage of you. Trust your gut.

It's always good to have a reliable source when everything else fails. Biggs is always customer oriented and they do one heck of a job. Yes dealers can be pricey, but when you know the work is guaranteed and you got good people to back up the work you really can't argue much. Took my 2014 street bob in because it would not start... they replaced two items on the bike though it was a ghost chaser for them but they had me in the loop and were taking me step by step in their diagnosis process . Drove down from Rialto to see a specific bike. They had some show event going on and everyone was pretty busy although one of the women that works there did say hello on passing by. Not one to cut in on other people's conversation I left would try to contact someone by phone. Did make contact with a person by phone that returned my internet inquiry. Could not answer any questions regarding the motorcycle I was interested in purchasing. He was expecting my call from being prearranged, you'd think if a salesman really wanted to sell an item they'd do a little homework beforehand on little things like is their a warranty still on the machine, how much is an extended warranty. Was there any work that had been done on the bike by the dealership shop. I realize these are frivolous subjects
But if I'm going to Shell out $28k
His commission warrants some concern to the customer.

Sales and parts guys are fantastic. Needed an aftermarket part for my bike and wasn't sure of fitment. One of the parts guys happened to have the part I was looking at on his personal bike. He actually took the part of off his bike to try it on mine to see if it would fit. That in my mind is far above and beyond. Great bunch of guys out there.

This place is terrible! Lenny in parts has no customer service skills leaving his managers to apologize for him constantly. The head of the service department was arguing with me after they messed up the detail on my 08 nightster. Shame on me for going back there because they are the closest store to me. Time and time again these people have proved themselves to be absolutely worthless. Further more a friend purchased a used 2006 Road King; after being told it was "tip top shape" the POS broke down quarter mile down the road.
I want to give a big shout out to Danny in parts. I called him today to ask him a question about a seat, and he went through great lengths to help make sure I am getting the right part. Customer service at its finest. Thanks Danny

A really great dealership that is very customer orientated. They have events and monthly rides of different types. Once a month for customer appreciation they have a ride which starts with free waffles a ride to a different destination with free ice cream or yogurt then back to Biggs for a band and lunch for the riders of pizza or sub sandwiches or Mexican food all covered by them.
Andrew Banks is the most professional salesperson I've met, and I sold cars for 11 years. Great attention to detail and service.

By far the best experience I have had with a dealership my entire adult life. No only Ernan helped my girlfriend and I get into our bikes, he followed up with each of us ensuring we were fully happy with our purchases. This level of commitment is standard for any good sales employee, how ever the thing which elevates him above any sales man I have worked with in the past is his constant commitment to his customers. My girlfriend and I are new to motercycles and I have asked him dozens of questions in the past month and a half, and even outside his work hours he answers his phone and makes him self available to help out. I have never seen a salesman with this much commitment to his customers for thoues actions Harley has earned a lifetime customer. I recommend him by name to anyone looking at bikes.

Honestly I was there to add some parts for my bike that I already had purchased all I did was turn in my bike and it was going to be a 3 hour wait which I was fine, I left to go eat hour and half later I came and checked on my bike to see how far they were with it and I was told the guy went to lunch without even touching my bike. I was so dissatisfied hearing that, the was the last time I would come to biggs harley and will be taking my business somewhere else. IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY TOP QUALITY MONEY FOR YOUR BIKE I EXPECT TOP QUALITY SERVICE AND NOT BEING LAZY WITH THE LABOR!
