It's always good to have a reliable source when everything else fails. Biggs is always customer oriented and they do one heck of a job. Yes dealers can be pricey, but when you know the work is guaranteed and you got good people to back up the work you really can't argue much. Thanks Chad and Robin for always being cordial and just awesome people who do not BS you. Took my 2014 street bob in because it would not start... they replaced two items on the bike though it was a ghost chaser for them but they had me in the loop and were taking me step by step in their diagnosis process .
