This place is terrible! Lenny in parts has no customer service skills leaving his managers to apologize for him constantly. The head of the service department was arguing with me after they messed up the detail on my 08 nightster. Shame on me for going back there because they are the closest store to me. Time and time again these people have proved themselves to be absolutely worthless. Further more a friend purchased a used 2006 Road King; after being told it was "tip top shape" the POS broke down quarter mile down the road.
