Honestly I was there to add some parts for my bike that I already had purchased all I did was turn in my bike and it was going to be a 3 hour wait which I was fine, I left to go eat hour and half later I came and checked on my bike to see how far they were with it and I was told the guy went to lunch without even touching my bike. I was so dissatisfied hearing that, the was the last time I would come to biggs harley and will be taking my business somewhere else. IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY TOP QUALITY MONEY FOR YOUR BIKE I EXPECT TOP QUALITY SERVICE AND NOT BEING LAZY WITH THE LABOR!
