I have had nothing but problems with Kia at my loc...

I have had nothing but problems with Kia at my local garage who have repeatedly lied to me and caused nothing but stress and difficulty resulting in me contacting head office who have done similar things but not returning my calls or trying to resolve the situation so have been left without my car for nearly two months as they are trying to refuse it being under warranty despite it having a full service history and the fact I had previously taken my car in twice for the same issue and then saying there is nothing wrong with it until now as it doesn t even start ect. This could of been dealt with when I first took the car in for the issue with even phone recordings of the noise coming from the engine and two mechanics from
Local garages telling me what the problem was but they couldn t even take that information into account. They are trying to put the blame on me and that I have caused the issue on purpose when the car is under warranty as only six years old and not even done 50000miles but looking like needs a complete new engine and will be more expensive to repair than what the car is worth. They are a complete and utter joke and wouldn t ever consider buying another Kia again.

We are currently leasing a brand new Kia Soul EV t...

We are currently leasing a brand new Kia Soul EV through Kia contract hire. It was rear-ended on the 2nd Oct, went to a Kia approved bodyshop on the 8th Oct and today 21st Oct we were told that the brand new parts supplied to the bodyshop by EMG Kia in Cambridge were delivered in such a damaged state that they are not usable. Replacement parts have been ordered but one crucial part is unavailable. We have been quoted a delivery date of the 24th December. It is unacceptable that a brand new car doesn't have the backup of a sufficient supply of crucial parts to get customers back on the road. Until Kia start to act like a responsible company, there is no way that I could recommend that you have any dealings with them

I ve recently leased a Kia Soul EV and the car is great, however the delivery and service has been shocking.



On delivery of the vehicle, I ve had no hand over of the vehicle from a trained EV specialist so I had to read the manual to find out how to charge and general use an EV car.

The biggest issue I have is 3 weeks in, I m still none the wiser how to charge the vehicle when out and about. I don t need a subscription service as it ll be used very rarely, but I don t want to be restricted to the journeys I would take.

It seems no wonder people have range anxiety when the dealers aren t able to answer the simple questions or give good before, during and after sales advice.

Good car, bad service.

Took my Kia RIO for Issues with rear screen demister, the service and the receptionist are well above standard again I recommend KIA and the staff sales and service for the best customer service I have ever experienced

Please do not buy any kia
Useless dealers and cars
Had my 2 years old kia sportage with a automatic gear box problem
All the garages are short in staff and dont have a time to fix it
Had my broken car at my drive way nearly 2 months
The kia gear box it's a big problem in the new kia
Please get a properly car . No this rubbish quality car!!

Dear Kia Management

I am writing in disgust at the way you extort money from Kia owners for services.

I have the most basic Kia you can find and I look after my cars. I purchased it second hand and it is a "Tin Pot" basic car with no extra features and since new in 2012, it has only done 22000 and three thousand miles this year with me. I chose your car for only two reasons:

1/ It falls under the category of no Road Tax
2/ It is a small engine which means lower costs.

AS I AM A PENSIONER COST IS IMPORTANT TO ME.



This suggests that your Warranty is not free and you are tricking vulnerable customers into buying your vehicles expecting good customer care and service.

This is disgraceful and unethical!!!

It would be better to state that in order to have the Seven year Warranty, one has to purchase it on an annual basis and all your prospective customers would be prepared and either buy your cars or go elsewhere and not commit to this day light robbery by overcharging innocent customers.

Where is your Moral conscience and Honesty.

Great product, very well engineered to an extremel...

Great product, very well engineered to an extremely high standard which is proving to exceed the benchmark set by other premium brands.
Reliability however exceeds the more expensive competitors and this is backed by one of the UK's best and most extensive warranty packages which is fully transferable to future keepers.
The result - strong residual values and a desirable range of models to cater for every requirement.

We bought an approved used Ceed and before driving off the forecourt noticed the drivers door was bent. We are still waiting for dealership or KIA to honour their exchange policy. They still have the car. We're left without a car, while they try and back out of the deal they agreed and their obligations under "approved used". Next stop T.M.O

Hmmmm ok. Small town place, small town people. Marginally polite, behind in mindset but it wasn't particularly surprising.
If you like fat face and bhs, you'll love Kia people. I was not particularly impressed, but I figured out what they were about 2 minutes in.
