Bought a brand new 2020 softail standard on June 3...

Bought a brand new 2020 softail standard on June 30 2020 and find out a few months later that my bike will start without the key fob!? Pretty upset that any old Joe can just walk up and ride it away. Called service first they said thats impossible and when I said its happening right now they said ok bring it in. Not really a great experience of my first ever new vehicle purchase. What else got overlooked on my bike?

I recently purchased a 2013 110th Anniversary, CVO, Road King at Biggs HD. Yes it's a Bad A&# piece of Machinery but I deserve it! I have been to many Harley Shops and this one not only has a huge selection but even more importantly are the people that work there, friendly, no BS, smiling, knowledgeable and courteous. The clothing selection is great for both myself and my wife we can't help spending our hard earned cash here just because we love this place. It's not even that close to us but every Saturday there is something going on like the BBQ's with live music and vendors as well as other things, just go online and check out the calendar. Bill the GM is a good guy and we enjoyed spending some time talking Harley's with him. This is the go to place to find the iron horse of your dreams!

We walked in, looked around at bikes, motor clothes and accessories. We were NEVER greeted!!! Nobody - I mean NOBODY ever even acknowledged we were in the place!!! And they weren't even BUSY, in fact it was almost empty!!! I always like to visit different dealerships around the country! I always make a purchase of something everywhere I go. Most especially T-shirts! I have them from all over the WORLD. I have NEVER been totally ignored in ALL of the different dealerships I've been in - ANYWHERE in the country, or the WORLD in fact. Needless to say, I will NOT purchase anything HERE for MY BIKE from THIS dealership!!! And I will NEVER come back to this dealership, and will NOT recommend it to ANYONE. I gave ONE STAR only because there is no option for ZERO STARS!

What a great experience..! Just purchased my first...

What a great experience..! Just purchased my first Harley Davidson, and figured I'd go to BIGGS to see what it was all about. Went there just to look around. Ended up purchasing a new helmet and staying awhile. Good food, good live band, and great people. While I was there, I won two raffles, my lucky day. Thank you to all BIGGS employees. Can't wait to join the chapter. I'll be back.

I went in trying to buy a dyna and not one sales team member came to help me so i went up to them and asked for help they said they were busy and had something to do. But that was a lie they were just standing outside or inside talking to each other it was such BS.

The customer service rep who asked to direct my ca...

The customer service rep who asked to direct my call was rife with attitude and seemed to have a problem doing her job. I didn't remember exactly who my appointment was with when I called to reschedule, & I was met with attitude and was told that my appointment couldn't be rescheduled if she didn't know who it was with. I'm fairly certain that had she been willing to do her job, she could have looked my name up as the appointment was made the day prior. It wasn't so much what was said as much as the manner in which it was said. I feel like I received very bad customer service. I wouldn't hire anyone whose job is to speak on the phone that speaks to potential customers in a condescending manner. I felt as though I gave better customer service to her when I ended the call after saying we'd be in good shape after she refused to do her job. There is a blip during the ring that assures the call was being recorded, please review for your own well-being. Cheers, HD.

In the past two months I have purchased an 08 Ultra Classic and 17 Softail Slim from Noel! I also have referred two others to purchase from Noel as well. Biggs has great customer service from sales, finance, parts, and service! A street bike lover converted to the Harley family!!!!

The service mgr will sell you Dunlop tires and whe...

The service mgr will sell you Dunlop tires and when you have problem he will call them after market, took my sons bike in, I did tell them warranty work, when my son to pick it up told him...rides like a Harley should and that will be 330.00 dollars hmmm the bike was in there for bad rear tire (3000miles) service mgr states rear tire needs to be replaced...OK let's to the good stuff I have brought over $150,000 in bikes and parts from this dealership bill kicked my son out because he would pay the illegal fees, so that means me too!!!!!!! Took bike to another dealership the ft-end was loose and the handle bars we very loose...every time the service mgr looks at your bike he looks for anything after market the headers didn't make bars loose he should read how warrantys work and how Madison act works he is a pos, we will not go there again

Great spot, these guys serviced my 2014 Harley VRO...

Great spot, these guys serviced my 2014 Harley VROD for my first 1,000 mile tune-up and they did a great job quickly and with great communication! Their prices are reasonable for a dealership as well. Their mechanic also came out to see me and discuss what they did with my bike and to give me some general tips and hints on caring for the bike which impressed me as well. I'd definitely trust Biggs Harley-Davidson for service. I didn't buy my bike here but I'll definitely come back for service and H-D clothing when I need it. Their sales team is friendly, helpful, and not in the least bit pushy to a friend of mine who tagged along with me and was interested in purchasing a bike from Biggs H-D since he lives in North County. Thanks Biggs!

This past weekend I rented a road glide for a week...

This past weekend I rented a road glide for a weekend trip to Yosemite (Put 1134 mi on their bike :)). I first worked with Brian in the rentals department through email to set up my reservation. It was simple, and quick! I called in the day before to confirm the bike had a passenger backrest as I requested. Robyn took the time to verify that they had the bike I wanted with the equipment I requested, and also made the check in painless! We were due to have the bikes back on Sunday around 3:00 pm, but due to LA traffic and the rain, we did not get back until 6:00 pm. I called in on our return trip and Brian was more concerned with our safety than getting the bikes back on time. He was even willing to stay past the normal hours of operation so we wouldn't have to rush back! That was a huge relief and made our return trip much less stressful. The entire process was a great experience and Brian/Robyn were exceptional! I really appreciate all of their help, and based on this experience, I plan to do more business with Biggs. They'll be seeing my next bike purchase as well as any future rental needs!

Recently rented a Road Glide Ultra from here. Easiest thing I have done in years. The staff is absolutely incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. They were accommodating and friendly. They do not waste your time and get you out and moving to enjoy your day. I will be back. Thanks Brian and Grant. My wife and I are very happy.

I have been riding Harleys for 15 years, and have found Biggs Dealership to be outstanding. From being greeted as I enter the dealership to all the staff saying hi as I wander around, this is a great place to visit. The sales staff, even though I have not a bike from them (yet) is always friendly and very helpful. Howie, one of the staff, is always a bundle of high energy and keeps the dealership involved in many outside charitable activities.

Bought a 2016 Street Glide in Feb 2017.

Bought a 2016 Street Glide in Feb 2017.
Took the bike back 3 times over 4 month period with starting issuse and the bike would die at freeway speeds.
The dash, head lights and motor would quit while at freeway speeds.
Had it in the shop 3 times and was told there was nothing wrong.
The bike died on me going north on the 15 and I stop at Temecula Harley.
45 mins later I was told dead cell in the battery and a lose ground on the frame.
That was 6 months ago and have not had a problem since.
I will only use Temecula Harley for all of my service work and my next bike will be bought there.
I have not stepped foot in Biggs in 7 months and will NEVER go back.

I rented two Harleys over the 4th of July, dealing with Brian was awesome . We arrived both bike's were super clean fueled up and ready to ride. I am from North Carolina and Brian had helped me with almost all of the paperwork over the phone. Shop was one of the best I have ever been in great selection lots of inventory. Keep up the good work guys and girls if I get back to San Diego I will be back in again. Thanks

Really bad experience there on Saturday. The salesman was rude and patronizing-hopefully if we go back to buy a bike, someone more professional can assist us. When we asked what the APR was he said ridiculously high and laughed. He wouldn't even tell us what the APR was. Not a positive experience. I want a sales person that's going to respond to my needs not someone that's going to tell me that I have to deal with the high APR that won't be disclosed. Really?

Biggs Harley Davidson hooked me up again on the new 115th Anniversary Street Glide Special. They make the purchasing process as painless as possible and take good care of me every time I visit. My salesman Noel went the extra mile to make the experience fun and exciting and Dolly in finance is the best. I have 3 Harley's in my garage and all were purchased at Biggs. Why waste time at other dealers when these guys know how to treat their customers?

Sarah in the parts dept is great. The merchandise personnel are helpful and the shop guys try to get you back on the road, although some lack basic customer service skills.
I have gotten some bad advice a few times and they won't own up to it when they give it, but I should have followed my instincts.

Update, 2/11: The good help left before the move. I've been finding them at other Harley shops around the county. Jee, that's odd. They're still with Harley, just not with Bigg's. I wonder why?

I want to let all you weekend warriors know about the best Harley retailer in San Diego. I have been renting Harleys from Biggs for the last several years and they have always been great about having the bike ready as expected, modern stat-of-the-art equipment, etc. Josh Scott is a real professional and very accommodating! Where else can I ride a FULL DRESS 103CI for $100/ day? Biggs is located in San Marcos, off the 78 freeway so it is central to many riding destinations. Go get 'em!!

Went in to buy an Indian with my buddy. Ended up test riding a Roadster. Absolutely loved it. Ernin helped me a lot in getting the bike. Even a good price on my trade in. Very happy Harley and Dual Sport owner. Every time I go in to Briggs HD they are all very nice and helpful.

I Love the Saturday Food and Music and Info Booths. I like to buy at the Vendor Booths. The Employees are very Friendly. I just found out they rent Harley's too I Love the Community Events and their Harley apparel shop is a +10. The shirts, boots, hats...everything is great.

So I set an appointment for new tires a week ahead...

So I set an appointment for new tires a week ahead to make sure I could get them done same day. I work hell hours and have limited time to get to service when they're open. When I got there today I was sold on different tires that were on special. It was a good deal so I went for it. It turns out the tires they sold me were not in stock. Although Biggs did try to call me and let me know they weren't in stock I was unavailable to take the call so when I called at 3:30 which was the scheduled pick up time they let me know no work was done. I didn't have time to wait for them to try and get it done before 5 and my bike is my only transportation so I had to go pick it up no work done. When I got the bike home I noticed there was radial showing through the rear tire and huge patches of rubber missing. Now my tires were worn but there's no way in hell the radial was showing through. I called service to talk to them about it and was told they can't day for sure someone was doing burnouts on my bike and basically it sucks to be me right now. I picked up my bike with the expectation of having good time to schedule another appointment but now I'm stuck with riding on steel. So unprofessional to do burnouts on a customer's bike and not at least make an effort to correct the situation. I tried talking to a manager but was told there were no managers available and again pretty much sucks to be me. I used to love these guys.

I called three days this week to make an appointment with the service department and all three days I was put on hold for over five minutes. I ordered a helmet a few month ago and left my phone number, two weeks later I called and they said it was in. I went to pick it up and the girl said I called the number you left but a lady answered so I hung up. I explained that was my wife. I have tried to use Biggs because I live in Carlsbad but one again to San Diego to get a professional dealership that cares.
