Every H-D dealership in San Diego county offers a military discount, except for Biggs. In fact, every dealership I have visited in the United States is honored to give a break to our military, active duty, retired and all veterans, disabled and otherwise. I had an emergency where I needed to purchase a battery for a friend stranded on a back county road. I produced my military ID card and asked if there was a discount. The Parts salesman said that it was Biggs policy to not honor a military discount. Funny, a dealership who hosts the MAY RIDE refuses any military discount to it's qualified customers. I don't know about my military brothers and sisters, but I will be taking my business to other H-D dealers who honor the 1% of Americans who defend this Great Country.

Four thumbs down, horrible service, broke parts and it has been weeks and still no replacement parts after several calls, they are definitely the definition of a "stealership" any shop would be better than theirs for maintenance
The staff is wonderful at Biggs Harley, they are very friendly and informative. Every Saturday, they have an event with complimentary BBQ, bands, and a vendors village. I attended the Women's H-D Garage and I learned so much! I highly recommend checking out Biggs if you are in the market to buy a Harley or to learn about riding one.

Stay away from the service department.
They diagnosed my issue by replacing things one by one at my cost. Still didn't fix my issue. Had the bike towed back to my place. Found issue and fixed it myself. If you need service or repairs go somewhere else.

Great dealership Tobias is a great seals Rep no pressure no hassle. Finance is borderline need to be. Careful pushing the add on's I have no problem walking away from a deal when pushed to hard.
I normally don't do this type of thing, but I just wanted to say that "Z" made my first HD motorcycle purchase quick and easy. Super friendly person and makes the entire transaction smooth and easy. I rode down on my trade-in on a cold-winter morning from the furthest northern part of Orange County, he honored the deal as-agreed on the phone, and was out of there within a couple of hours. Everyone at the shop really does make you feel like family, especially after making the purchase. I would drive/ride down the 80 miles to Biggs for any HD needs without hesitation....and with a bike like a Road Glide Ultra, it makes it a no-brainer.

Great dealership, I went to Huntington Beach dealership and they wasted 8 hours of my time. I talked to one of the guys at Biggs for maybe an hour to get all the paper work started. The next day I went there and filled all the paper work out and left on my dream bike.
Always has different ride events, live bands and bike sales going on. We visit on a regular basis. Plus they keep my harley running smooth

Had a tank replaced and some T bars installed. So far have had a horrible experience with their "technicians". They are awful. No attention to detail whatsoever. I've been happy for a bit with their service giving them the benefit of the doubt, but no more.

I have been going to Biggs Harley each Saturday and they have a party each Saturday with a live band, vendors and BBQ. Super cool. Last Saturday they did a fundraiser for Autism. It was a nice day, nice ride and such nice people.

They are very skilled mechanics and very professional. They don't try to sell me what I don't need just to make money. They do what I ask. Yes, it's expensive but most motorcycle maintenance can be expensive.
What a vacation. Stopped in because we thought we could rent a trike for the day, but there was not any available. So what do we do instead? We bought one. Billy was a great salesperson, as well as Sean, in assisting us and being patient as we test drove several vehicles. They are even accommodating on holding the trike for us for shipment as we continue our vacation. Whether you live in California, or in another state like us, you have to stop by Biggs and visit Billy and Sean. They won't do you wrong Thanks guys...I am going to love my trike.

I bought my first harley at this dealership. I have had so many issues with Biggs and their service, I try my best to forgive them but they never live up to my expectations. First off, when buying your harley DO NOT get the extended service plan!!! (it will NOT cover anything). Second off, never take your bike to Biggs services or else your bike will come back unfinished. Thirdly, you'll always feel like you're getting robbed of your money. I'm giving them two stars because services is my only issue at this dealership, every other department knows how to do their jobs correctly!

Just purchased my fourth Harley from Biggs. As I frequent the store; I know almost everyone in every department. The Sales staff and Managers are friendly, knowledgeable, service oriented. The Motor clothes gals are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with and they maintain the dept with new product, clearance price other products and run specials for reward points and discounts. My new bike (Road Glide Special in Black) is beautiful and a pleasure to ride. The guys did a great job at getting me a good deal on the bike and financing worked as well. Mark Bradley is one of the top salesman and very attentive to your needs; he did an excellent job along with Willer, one of the Sales managers. These guys don't dance around anything and you can trust them with your purchasing money. All the sales people do a good job of not being too aggressive but helpful with new customers. Overall, this dealership is a place to call home- and I don't mind spending my money here either because I always get great value.
HORRIBLE!!!!! So I started working with Z at the dealership, through phone calls and emails. When I finally got time to go down to the dealership, he was on his day off and I got stuck with another salesman. Don't even remember his name. I gave him my budget and that must of went in one ear and out the other. I'm about 2k upside down on my bike and I went in knowing that. I was hoping they could work with me, and lower the price on a used bike a little to offset my negative equity. They didn't even want to budge. I was looking at a 2001 FXST with 33k on it with some chrome, whoo hoo. What HD doesn't have SOME chrome on it. They wanted 13k for a bike that books at 7500. I wasn't asking them to come down to to that, but I was hoping for a realistic number. I know how to use the internet and know what the average price for these bikes are, what customer doesn't do there research before they go in. After not being able to work that deal out, it was get him on what ever bike you can and work a deal from the sales manager. I wanted to talk with Z, but was told the deals would all be the same. I walked out the door. I did get a phone call from Z and he apologized for my bad expierence and asked me to come back in. I don't think I will. It's put a bad taste in my mouth for HD.
My husband just bought his first Harley at Biggs, we shopped at Temecula and San Diego but felt like we were getting pushed around by rude sales people. When we walked into biggs sales floor we were not swarmed or pressured but felt welcome. We highly recommend Joshua and Cody who help figure out what my hubby wanted, Everything felt so fluent and fun, you could see that they were truly trying to get us best deal they could. seriously ... don't be stupid . Just got my first Harley there. Hoss and Noll were excellent, along with all of the other staff. Everything was explained and went perfectly smooth. I wish all the cars I ve bought from dealerships would have been this easy. And it was delivered free of charge the next day. Will definitely be going back for classes and gear.
I try to search and shop for a bike but the sales associates did not make me feel comfortable. I felt like an outsider. They seems arrogant. Like they know better.
I love Biggs. Bought my Harley there. Service department has treated me great. Robin is great, not only a good personality, but she's smoken hot on top of it and she knows what she's talking about. Shop manager Karen has taken the time to explain the issues I've had with my bike. He gets things fixed in a timely manner along with giving me fair prices. I personally have had a good experience there.

Biggs Harley Davidson is a friendly place. You don't have to buy a bike to be treated kindly by any of the staff. I've been contemplating the purchase of another bike for quite some time and I haven't felt pressured to buy right away, thanks Tobias. The parts and apparel sections are filled with colorful people always ready to assist you in searching for that right item, thanks Craig and Jocelyn. The service department not only takes care of the customers bike they've also been awesome with keeping my spending for maintenance down. Kiernan, Josh, and Nick are always busy at the service counter but always find time to get back to me answering my questions with an explanation that I can understand. I really appreciate that! I just recently had a stage 4 kit, and some other things, installed on my bike. While my bike was being worked on I was able to rent a couple different bikes to help with my decision to buy another. At the rental desk Brian and Grant were great with ensuring each bike I asked for was set up with additional gear and attachments I requested, thanks guys. My experience at Biggs has always been positive since I first found them in February 2014.

Alot of people ride there on Saturdays because there usually have a band playing,vendors and a BBQ with hamburgers and hotdogs for a small donation. It's a cool spot to stop and hangout for awhile.
Always a good spot to get harley attire and stuff. From belts to shirts, jackets, boots, u name it they have it all.
