Great showroom lots of inventory but poor management. Wanted to buy a new Harley Road King and was told "they had one in just my color coming at the end of the month, no worries". After coming back several times the salesman told me he thought I was kidding. The same day I went down to San Diego Harley and bought one off the floor on the spot. A week later I had a new speedometer with a tack switched out at Biggs on my new bike, also had it lowered. Told them I wanted all the parts back especially the speedometer. Never did. Over the next month after asked several times for them to return it they said sorry it's past the 30days now so I couldn't get it back. The speedometer had less that 15 miles on it. I did get a nice courtesy call from Biggs asking how the service was, upon telling them my issue nothing ever came of it. I live in North Escondido but have no issues riding down to San Diego Harley, very pleased with the staff and service.
