What a sham purchased an expensive memory foam mattress and specifically inquired about sagging at the time of purchase, I was told it was a 5 star mattress and definitely would not sag. Three years later the mattress has sagged significantly even on my wife's side (she weighs less than 46kg). Upon examining the warranty, the conditions were so extensive that undergoing that process is overwhelming. Never again will i shop in your bedding department Mr Harvey!
The Comfort Group (Sleepyhead Beds) This would have to be one of the most dis-organised companies I've ever had to deal with. No care taken in looking after customers, total disregard for customer service. I wish I'd never even looked at a sleepyhead bed.
