Biggs is like having a Harley store in the family....

Biggs is like having a Harley store in the family. The people there are so kool and helpful. It's always a pleasure to go there. From Bree at the front desk to Rich the owner , its like home when we are there. The parts guys are VERY helpful and the sales guys are knowledgeable.
There's the Saturday events that Howie does that are always Kool to attend. From the great burgers to the venders , its a good start to any weekend.
My wife bought her first Harley there several years ago ( a Fat boy) . That was from a guy named Baroni, some of you might remember him. ( Lucky dog is in Hawaii now selling Harleys) From then on its ALWAYS been GREAT SERVICE and a WARM WELCOME every time we're there.
We're really looking forward to the bike nights this year. Last year at Mike's BBQ they were awesome. Great bands and good friends and Harleys , What more does a man need ? My wife and I will always be a Biggs customer and a BIGGS FAN !!!

Went in to see about a riders course, and possibly buying a bike or two. the guy that greeted us was very rude and pushy. Not only will I not buy a bike from here, I will also take the riders course that s further away than go here. I get trying to make a sale but the tactic of selling by putting down another brand and telling me what a real bike looks like. Not the way to go.

To who it may concern,

To who it may concern,
I walked in the Biggs Harley in San Marcos, Ca. about ten feet into the show room was this sweet 2012 ember sunglow red street glide with chrome rotors, chrome lowers, smoothie laced chrome wheels with every option available just calling my name. As I was getting up off the floor after I fell down after looking at the HD MSRP sticker price. Jerry Johnson ("JJ") at Biggs came up and asked if he could help me soooooooo after a few minutes of me kicking the tires, bouncing up and down like a little school kid on the seat, wicking the throttle a couple times, I said in my best "Bond" ... "James Bond" impression "give me your best price Jerry and also a gin martini shaken not stirred " while maybe not the martini part. Jerry didn't know it but he just fell into my trap and I was loaded for bear I had already done my home work on the internet thank you Mr. Gates. I have learned a few things about purchasing vehicles in the last forty plus years you had better know as much as possible (Prices & Custom accessories etc.) to get the best deal believe me the dealerships do and use it. In southern Ca. there are give or take approximately thirty eight HD dealer from San Francisco to the Mexican border last week I emailed everyone of them my specifications and a short little "have cash will travel" I should have said was "have credit union will finance" but it doesn't sound as good so I went with cash thingy. I knew what the best prices were and which dealers are willing to deal. I showed Jerry the best quoted price I received from the dealers and said with a slight grin match it and I'll buy from you. It took Jerry a whole five minutes to get to the bottom line and strike a good deal for both parties. I spent how many hours on the internet ? My foot is sore from kicking tires and my hand is sore from wicking the throttles and Jerry only took five minutes to beat them all. If you want a Harley at a great price don't waste your time just stop in to Biggs like I did and will again. So when I got home I told my Vette to "scoot over Vette there's a new Street Glide that's going to keep you company buddy". Wait a minute do think the wife will be a little upset or what? Scoot over you two looks like there will be three of us sleeping in the garage tomorrow. But only one of us will have a big smile on our face OOOOOOOOOO YAAAAAAA. Not really the wife loves the Bike she was right by my side during the whole deal and believe me if there was any problems what so every the warren would have spoke up. This is how you buy your next HD Boys and Girls or better yet go ahead check round and spend half your waking hours for a week or two like I did and when you're all done and have found the best deal tell Jerry at Biggs HD Hi for me.

worst experience ever, the sales person told me to come to the dealer and he would sell me the bike for $1000 less that what the advertisement was and when I got there he said the manager didn't want to let it go for that price, a week after I got a call from another seller saying the manager agree to sell me the bike for the price that the first seller had told me and when I got there he said the bike was not available no more, for me to get to the dealer I had to drive 3 hours one way and 3 hours way back two times i did that and the manager didn't care... his name was Richard worst manager conversation I ever had

This review is for the rental department specifically..... Im from Michigan, and found myself in California for Christmas/New years. I had checked out rentals online, and they advertised $110/day for any "Big Twin" bike. I didnt call ahead, or book, or anything. Just walked in at 9am on a Wednesday, told them I wanted to rent a bagger, and the lady took me right to the garage and showed me what she had in stock. My choice between a 2017 street glide, or road glide. I took the Road glide, and she told me that if I get out on the road and decide I dont like it, that they would exchange for the street glide free of charge. Offered jacket, helmet, rain gear, etc... However I had my own stuff, and didnt take theirs. The price was perfect, with no hidden fees or charges or anything. With proof of my own insurance, and I didnt even have to buy their damage waiver or security deposit!. The bike was great, not issues. They even washed it for me in the 10 minutes it took to do the paperwork!. I dont know anything about their sales or service department, but the rental was great, reasonably priced, and no issues or hassles what so ever.

I just purchased my 6th Harley Davidson from Biggs Harley Davidson and can't express enough just how grateful I am to all of the associates that work there. From my salesman John Baroni, the finance department, parts, service, and accessories. The manager came over and thanked me for being a loyal customer and my new bike was ready when and as promised with the additional parts I added during negotiations. I ALWAYS shop at Biggs. Well worth the trip from Lake Elsinore.

Favorite Harley dealership in San Diego area. Friendliest staff, and most knowledgeable as well. The sales team will work with you, to make sure you leave the same day with the bike of your dreams. Z hooked me up with my new Harley, and the merchandise girls and parts reps are the nicest, and most helpful associates of any other Harley dealership I've been to. Haven't worked with the service department, but have no doubt, they are top notch as well.

Best bike buying experience ever! First and foremo...

Best bike buying experience ever! First and foremost Sean went above and beyond to help me out. His top priority was making sure I was happy with the bike and was never pushy about selling it. Even when the deal looked like it was not going to work he still made every attempt to see what he could do. We started at 10AM and picked up my bike around 7PM after they closed. Everyone stuck around and even thought we were past closing I never felt rushed or hurried! I will always come back to Biggs for all my future purchases! Sean needs a promotion for being such an awesome employee!!!!!

A friend who recently purchased an Indian Scout to...

A friend who recently purchased an Indian Scout told me to visit the IndIan dealership "they're having test rides today! In the parking lot out front. You'll get a free t-shirt and cap".
I head over there and walk around for over 30 minutes looking at different bikes walking past men in safety vests. No one addressed any questions or offered me a ride, clearly they were offering rides to other people right before my eyes.
I began to wonder what about me had them ignoring me ........ After almost an hour I walk inside the dealership and a kind salesperson approached me. I told him I was getting old and my sports bike was not as enjoyable to ride anymore. I told him I was looking into a bike with a more upright posture for comfort. This man gave me an hour of his time which was very much appreciated. Had it been solely for the customer service I received from this salesperson I would have given this dealership my business.
Ill leave it up to the reader to decide what provoked such unprofessional and evident lack of customer service from the special events people.
They were from out of State and were promoting the Indian motorcycles throughout the country holding parking lot events.
If their behavior represents the attitude of their company towards people of different cultures........ Ill NEVER buy an Indian Motorcycle (Ironic isnt it?)

Came and visited because a friend had bought one here so I bought a used Harley Fatboy in Jan 2017, it was in decent shape from the outside. Asked the seller of any work history done to the bike and he said, "everything has been gone through and our shop just did an oil change." I took his word thinking Indian Dealership seem like a legit place. Turn out, the bike had bad spark plugs, leaking fuel and carb needing repairs. Cost me a lot of money just to get it to riding conditions. Once I purchased the bike and signed all docs, I was told that they couldn't find the keys to the bike so they had to order one. Told me two weeks, called after two weeks and was told that they forgot to order them so I had to wait another 7-10 days. I never do reviews but today when I had to take the bike to a repair shop I didn't resist to create an account and let others know what their practices are when selling bikes.

We all know that buying used bikes can be risky but some of us who see a bike that we like don't mind buying one so that is why we ask questions about the bike before we buy it. Unfortunately, some of us that still have values and take the word from others can get screwed. If they would have said, "hey, it needs work" then I would have made a better decision but too bad for me.

Biggs Harley is just that, BIG ! Not only do they have a great selection of new bikes but the used selection is huge as well. They also have Indian at the same dealership in a different building. My friend and I were looking at bikes, he ended up buying a used Harley and the staff went the extra mile to make sure the process was painless.
