I was more than 100% satisfied with the customer service I received from Charles Leopard the parts manager at Big O Dodge. He took special care of me when I was in need of parts to service my SRT8. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. He is dedicated to his job and an asset to the company. I plan on doing more business with Big O Dodge because of his kindness and professionalism.
