I have never had even one positive experience at Big O. From Sales to Service to the people who answer the phone, I ve seen only rudeness and unethical business practices. I will absolutely never go back.

Update: After I posted this, I received a response from BigO that thousands of people think they re awesome. That s so hilarious and absolutely representative of the service I have received with each and every encounter I ve had with them. They didn t want to understand; they didn t offer to help. They simply dismissed me. Point made.
