Had a factory warranty repair on a water pump for a Challenger. Originally they said it may take until friday to get the part ordered and installed, however they arranged to have it the next day and I had my car back the same day the pump arrived. Anthony was a tremendous help and everybody seemed to have my best interest (and the car) in mind, I was updated regularly on progress, they were happy to give details about everything that I asked. I also love their text messaging feature, it's much more convenient than having to call a shop and ask for an update or track down whoever is working on your vehicle. I'd highly recommend them if you have a Dodge/Chrysler product. I'd give 10 stars instead of 5
