I brought my car in for a diagnostics test (it was shaking at high speeds). The work completed by the technicians was thorough and as expected. After the diagnostics tests, I received a call asking whether I would OK the service work to fix the issue, I told the service department I would only okay it for that day *if I could get the car back that day*. I was told that would be the case and I would receive a call. I never received a call that day, and called back in the evening, was told the service department was closed and there was nothing they could do for me. This was Saturday night and they were closed Sunday. This disrupted my commute to work on Monday quite a bit and I had to make alternative arrangements. When I mentioned the issue to the service person on Saturday and Monday, they didn't even apologize, let alone try to help. It was a shocking lack of accountability. The technicians did a fine job, but for the service and accountability alone, I will be driving to Wilsonville's Honda in the future.

This is our fourth Honda from Beaverton Honda. Love the cars, the staff and follow up are amazing. Other than the intense stares from staff when walking through the door of the showroom their style is low key and client centered. We never felt pressure and loved our work with Jimmy Delgado. I call him the follow up rock star!

Awesome. You need to take good care of Parker Helland, he's the best sales person I have dealt with. Explained everything very well. No high pressure . Beaverton Honda will always get a good recommendation from me.

Bob Lanpher is one of the oldest car dealerships in Portland. It's located in Beaverton and easily located from normal traffic. I went shopping tonight and liked what I saw. They have a huge selection of new and high quality used cars. It is well known that Bob will give you a square deal. I plan to talk with him about my next car. The old school Honda motorcycles on display bring back memories. Thank you Bob!

Very disappointing experience from what I was expe...

Very disappointing experience from what I was expecting from the one-person guarantee to the unprofessionalism in the signing process. We bought used and I will never go back once the promises made are fulfilled, which has been over 2 weeks now. We had to come back in to sign papers twice without an explanation and then asked for follow-up support at later dates without an explanation of why. In the meantime we ve had the car in to get a seat replaced and what we were told was two new tires that were set to be replaced since before we bought the car, which we had asked for when considering buying but was told that wouldn t be possible. Once the car had been dropped off received a call and were then told there was a misunderstanding and we wouldn t be getting the 2 new tires and the seat was used, not new as written in our contract. At every step during this process we have felt cheated from being told there were two keys and 1 was in the mail to being told there was only one. We were given a car with an empty fuel tank after being told we d be taken care of. Reminded me of all the reasons I hate the car dealership experience.

I bought a Civic here in 2013. The buying process was easy. I've been bringing it here for service since then and they have been professional and helpful for 5 years now. I recently had a small issue after a service and they took care of it for me like champs. My service advisor was so helpful, thank you for your assistance, Amanda. You made it as painless as possible for me. I highly recommended them.

Our experience with Kyle Finley and Eric could not have been better. We dealt mostly with Kyle who was very professional and very knowledgeable
about the CRV EXL that we eventually purchased. He took the time to explain all the bells and whistles on our new SUV. This is our 3 Honda and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Beaverton Honda for your great service.

We had an excellent car buying experience at Beaverton Honda. We were very happy that Pete Young went above and beyond to get the exact color we wanted for our new car. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Pete, Eric and Jose were very professional. We were pleased that everything they did exceeded our expectations, especially Pete.

This company is unscrupulous. I just tried to trade in a vehicle I purchased at Bob's about 18 months ago. I found that there were two previous accidents on this vehicle, one of which occurred 5 years ago. They reported that the vehicle had never been in an accident. I have hard copy proof of their statement of zero accident and the hard copy proof of the truth. This is fraud at best.

Condescending, unfriendly, and just a mess of a dealership. I've been in twice now before and not a single hello. Most recently I tried to get more details on a car but tried to do it online because of a past poor experience. This Robert guy texted me right away and just started harassing me on other car models after I had told him I was very specific on the car I wanted. Also, what's up with their "new" practice of one person one price? If this model had worked, why isn't every other dealer the same? Competition is healthy and they are just saying, nah I'm good. Well I'm good too and you should be too and move onto a different dealership. Theres Ron Tonkin in Portland and Dick Hannah in Vancouver - go there instead.

Horrible customer service regarding the airbag recall. The airbag on the driver's side will shoot shards of metal upon impact, several have been injured by this. I received a letter early summer, I think in May, saying that my airbags have been recalled and that I would receive another letter in the summer when the parts are in. It is mid-September now and I haven't received a letter about the parts coming in. My colleague received the same letter about her Honda's airbags, and got them replaced recently, but never received a letter about the parts being in; she had to demand them to be replaced. I called this dealership to get my airbags replaced, now that I found out the parts are in fact in, and Honda said they were back ordered. I had to ask them about getting a rental car, they never offered that as an option. Don't think I'll be buying a Honda again.

Leasing a car for business is always such a time-consuming and frustrating process. Not this time !! Carlos made it smooth and easy. Everything he said he would do, he did. Everything he said would happen, happened. If information was not yet known, he said so. Once known, he immediately communicated the results. Nothing was a surprise. This was my 7th business lease, but my first one at Beaverton Honda. Excellent !!

By far and away the most relaxed, no-pressure experience. VERY professional environment filled with personable people. No other lot I've ever been to can compare with what I experienced here. I felt like everyone really listened to what I needed in a car and did their best to find me THAT vehicle rather than just any vehicle. It was refreshing to see how thorough and honest everyone was. From the CarFax and Point by Point inspection report readily available in every vehicle to the fact the all the vehicles were in line with KBB value. Would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to everyone who made this such a pleasant and pain-free experience.

On their website I found a bike for sale. I called to schedule an appointment to look at the bike. I was told the bike was in quality control even though it had been posted online for over a week. I was told it would be out of quality control the next day. I scheduled an appointment to see (and most likely purchase) the bike for 4:00pm. I arrived at 2:45pm. I was told by Jimmy the bike was sold already. When I found the salesman I was scheduled to meet with he seemed as shocked as me. When I asked Jimmy how and why the bike was sold when I was told it was unavailable the previous day, and I had an appointment, he just smirked and answered "we are a bike dealership, we are here to sell bikes". when I asked what the point of an appointment was, he responded with the same answer. This is the 2nd time I have attempted to purchase a bike from Beaverton Honda Yamaha only to arrive and be told the bike was sold.

Our experience was smooth and informative. The employees were kind, relaxed, and trustworthy. We were given a sticker price ahead of time so we knew exactly what to expect. We bought a slightly used Mazda CX5 and were extremely happy with our purchase. Workers patiently addressed all of our questions and answered them completely. Robert was our sales and leasing consultant, and Freddy was tbe manager to work with us. Both were professional and helpful throughout the duration of our visit. Thanks for a positive experience!

I went for an oil change for my Civic 4 weeks ago....

I went for an oil change for my Civic 4 weeks ago. Oil change done, tire rotation not ("its not necessary"). Although the Honda manual says to rotate tires every so often Beaverton Honda does not think this is necessary. Ok, so what I say. Interesting to see that I was charged for lubing the door hinges....
At the end, I am being told there is an oil leak in the air separator and this cannot be fixed the same day. So I make an appointment for a week after and ask whether this is covered by warranty (bought the car 4 years ago). The scheduler confirms, yes this will be under warranty. So a week after I go there to have it fixed and want to confirm what I was told. Matt, who appears friendly, says no, it would cost 800 dollars. And as it is the weekend he cannot talk to Honda to find out more. So I tell him find out and call me, I will then schedule the repair. After some time I get a call from Matt (he had the wrong phone number) saying that the repair would not be covered under warranty. Fortunately for me though Honda agreed to pay for the repair.
I just returned from there and am glad it is done. Hopefully there will not be any more issues with this. Kudos to Matt.

Horrible 1st and last experience,

Horrible 1st and last experience,

To start thing's off you need to reduce the driving speed on the allterrain vehicle zipping around the service entrance, was rudly cut off trying too pull into the bay as instructed, also 10 minutes until I was greeted.
Check in was ok, but lacked info, I was there for an oil change, so not much to figure out.
I was lead to a waiting area and was told it would be an hour wait, I sat on a couch and watched the new's, the waiting room was nice, a bit anoying that the super special employees continued to walk in front off the tv like I was a wall? no manners at all!
So 1hr and 30 minutes later I decided to check on progress, only because I saw my car in the bay for 20 min. I was told it was done, waited 20 min. To leave for paper work, the upsell at the end was when I decided not to ever go back, tires have more than %60 left was advised to replace "Do they sell tires here lol", was advised I need a tranny and power steering service, both just done 3 months ago, they tried to sell some other junk, but I stopped listening after being lied to over and over, I just had a tranny and power steering service done by mcminnville H where I will only go to now, I also was a service tech for 5 yrs so I was able to verify the work was done correct, I dont trust beaverton Honda they seem to be about the money and quick to sell what you dont really need or want "scare tactics", to top it all off, they didnt update the service sticker, left the mcminnville one up, guess it was a sign for me, rather than a $$$$ sign for these other guys at beaverton H.
Shady...I have never seen this much incompetence from a service department, had to make sure the drain plug was tightened and oil filter was installed right, this was the worst oil change ever to say the least, total discrace to the Honda Brand. 2hr 10min oil change.

Simple one person help from start to finish. First time in I went by myself (husband out of state at the time- October time frame) and Brian was very helpful telling me useful information about the types of vehicles I was looking into. Talked to my husband over FaceTime to answer a few of his questions. When it came to buy (Dec) he remembered everything I had been looking for as if I had been in just the day before. Answered each question until we fully understood. No pressure which is huge for me. Saying that he did for sure tell me the deals that were happening NOW and let me know there was no guarantee what would be going on when we decided to buy. I enjoyed the experience and I not nervous about going back for normal maintenance, etc. Good, polite people.

Sebastian Mondaca was friendly, knowledgeable and guided us through the process from start to finish, Being a fairly new salesman for Honda, we were impressed he knew everything about the vehicles we were considering. Ben Pierce made sure we had all of our questions answered, listened to what we wanted and helped guide us and Sebastian through the experience. Ryan Ellsworth handled the "paperwork" part of the process and was efficient, thorough and took the time to explain what each of the many many forms were. Plus, for the first time, in many car buying experiences, the "payment" agreed upon on the sales floor was not vastly different from what it was leaving the finance desk. Well done everyone!

Bought a new 2018 Honda accord and absolutely lobe it and the service I got from here. Hands downnbest dealership experience ive had ever, everything was straight forward and no usual dealer tricks. Got the best price on the vehicle and best trade I could get from multiple dealers ive tried. Shout put to Juan Hernandez for great service.
Now the only reason im rating it 4 stars instead of 5 is the car i bought must have been sitting on the lot for quite some time cause the windows are completely ruined with hard water spots and they wont come off with normal cleaning. And the cleaning the car got the night i purchased wasnt great either so trying to figure out who or how I need to get the car super detailed to like new cause a new car should look like a new car spotless. Otherwise please choose this as the destination to buy a honda over anywhere else in the northwes

Bought my Honda Civic Si here and the sales associate that attended was very helpful. I had the opportunity to ask many questions, test drive the car, and I never felt pressured to buy the car. The sales associate knew I needed to buy a car over the weekend and I was deciding between honda, nissan, and toyota; yet at no point did he put any pressure to make me decide to go ahead and buy the car. The price was adequate and I didn't feel hassled, in addition they were more than willing to fix any cosmetic damages that the car had. I appreciate their business and honesty.

Staff is fairly nice, main problem I have which is...

Staff is fairly nice, main problem I have which is making me write this review is that I went to Beaverton Honda hoping to get a quote on a car. I got the paperwork and they said that I would not be able to get rates unless they ran my credit. I informed the staff member I was not willing to do a hard pull at this time and would only be willing to do a soft pull if possible. The staff member told me he could do the soft pull, which I stated 3 different times I did not want to do a credit check that would hurt my credit score. They ensured me that I would not have a hard pull and they ran my credit. Now 2 weeks later I get my monthly credit score report which has a single ding on my credit from a hard pull from, Beaverton Honda.

I feel like I was lied to to try to get a sale, glad I didn't end up purchasing from this dealer, they have a single tag price they will sell at, but I found that every other dealer was willing to beat them by at least 500-1000$ with minimal debating on the price. In my opinion check out other Honda dealers you can get much more and won't be pressured into anything (all the other Honda dealers were able to run approx numbers when I told them my credit score).

UPDATE: The only service I received here was a fai...

UPDATE: The only service I received here was a fail, and it could have totaled my car. I took my car to another dealership across town for a quote on some work. They found what appeared to be a massive oil leak. When they cleaned up the oil under my car, they found that the gasket was loose. Their guess was that my last oil change (at Bob Lanphere's) hadn't been properly completed, leaving gaskets partially unscrewed to leak oil all over my car. I'm lucky the engine didn't seize.

Waited in line for nearly an hour before being acknowledged, despite scheduling an oil change. When I flagged someone down, she told me there was no way to process cars in the order they were received. There's really gotta be a better way.
Waited another 90 minutes for them to complete the oil change. When the car was returned to me, they had washed it (sweet!), but failed to roll up the windows (not fun!) and left the weather strip flopped over the side of my car.
I informed the manager of my experience, but was unable to connect with him by phone and only received a brief email saying he'd call me. When I showed up at the dealership to pick up my car after the repair, it was like he was avoiding me. I never heard from him after that. I was ready to fix things and hoping for an apology at the bare minimum, but was super disappointed in the timing and service.
I have a few other things I'd like taken care of, but I'd rather drive to Gresham than deal with this again.
Should you opt to schedule an appointment here, be aware of busy times and don't bank on their time estimates.

Went to Beaverton Honda hoping to haggle on a price for a Honda Odyssey, not knowing that they are a "one price" dealer. We quickly figured out that they do not budge an inch on pricing. Even though this shocked us at first we ended up feeling more comfortable and relaxed in this atmosphere and ended up buying a slightly different Honda Odyssey there. After doing lots of shopping around we decided on Beverton Honda because their prices were cheaper than traditional dealers (even after haggling) and their service team was friendly and professional. We walked away happy with our purchase!

We had just come from a terrible experience at a d...

We had just come from a terrible experience at a different dealership where they played games with the pricing and wasted my time. I was walking around the lot looking for an HRV when I encountered a salesman. He took me to the HRVs. I looked at the stickers and saw that there wasn't a lot of extra accessory nonsense that they put on their cars. We talked about the "only" price policy. Since we had already done a test drive, but were on our way home from that awful other dealership (and it was just a few minutes before closing), nothing more happened that day.

Two days later I called Beaverton Honda looking for the salesman. They put me through to his cell phone, which was a bit of a surprise since he was at the zoo chaperoning a class trip for his kid, He took my call, then called his manager to let the manager search for the car my wife wanted. When I came in a few hours later, the salesman was still at the zoo. The manager figured out who I was and wrote the price on a sticky note. I assume this was the "only" price, and it was within $100 of the lowest quotes I had from other dealers via True Car - in other words, it was the fair price I thought I should pay for the car. The car was coming from another dealer and had accessories on it that the other dealer would not remove (WHY do they do this?), but some of them I wanted, and Beaverton Honda wasn't being piggy about it, charging Honda's MSRP, not some ridiculously inflated price. The manager had written that price on the sticky note also, along with the DMV fees. And that was it. We were done 15 minutes after I walked in. I didn't give them a check or sign anything. I agreed to come back 3 hours later when they would have the car from the other dealer.

Late that afternoon my wife and I came back at the appointed hour, only to find that the other dealer refused to trade the car we wanted. We quickly figured out that the other dealer is the one where my wife and I had been so badly mistreated, but they still thought we would come back. Still, all was good. The manager had already located the car my wife wanted at a third dealer - in Medford!!! This car had different accessories on it, but these were ones we actually wanted (floor mats and mud flaps). Now get this. They were still charging me the "only" price for the car, they didn't jack up the newest accessory package, and they were going to send their salesman down to Medford with their trade car and then he would bring back the car we wanted - no extra charge. Really, it doesn't get better than that.

We did the paperwork - with the salesman, not some finance guy or a manager. How nice. There was a little push about paint sealer, extended warranty, and the like. I just said no to all of those and that was that. No big deal. I wrote them a check. All done.

Because it was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend with big car buying crowds expected, I told them to wait until Tuesday to send the salesman to Medford. Let the guy make some money. I guess it was slower than expected, because Monday we got a call that our car was in. Beaverton Honda has Oregon license plates in stock, so we didn't even have to wait for those. (This is new to me, but I guess that is the way it is done now. So sensible!)

If I could count on the car buying experience to always be like this, I wouldn't wait 10 years to buy a new one. My experience was simply stellar. Maybe it helps to use a free service like True Car or Edmunds (which might just be True Car under Edmunds branding) so that I knew what the price of the car should be - fair to me and fair to the dealer. Stops the haggle on both sides, and made me comfortable that their "only" price was indeed the right price. Highest praise for these folks.

I Visited the showroom .I came to know that the price isnt negotiable for certified cars only after my visit. I had chat with online agent prior to my appointment and he didnt mention anything about "One price policy".So during discussion i explicitly asked if the price can be negotiated and I was promised that the best price will be offered by the onsite agent. The worst experience is that the agent at the showroom didnt try to convince us on the price or showed interest to sell the car. He walked away when we tried to negotiate the price. So, I advice you all to visit the dealer only if you are ready to pay the displayed price.

I have been skeptical about buying a car from a dealership, so it was nice to experience that getting a car with Beaverton Honda could be a smooth, transparent process. Margo, on the sales staff, helped me every step of the way from test drive to picking up the keys. She was very professional, no pressure and had a great understanding of the CR-V features. I would say that their one price policy is very helpful - you can look up that price on Kelly blue book etc and know going in its fair etc.

Elmo is the coolest! Knowledgeable, genuinely nice, very helpful, and super laid back. I haven't owned a car in 10 years, by choice I took public transportation. But when my mom and I walked into Honda, everyone was super friendly and it was all around great vibes. Elmo made it super easy for me. I even needed about 2 weeks to get things together and he was very respectful and not pushy. My mom and I knew right away after we left Beaverton Honda, that I was going to lease a car from him. He even found me my favorite color...RED instead of my original dark grey! Thanks for all the information and help! Super glad I stopped by 3 weeks ago!!! Definitely will be referring family and friends there!

We bought a 2015 Pilot. working with Robert Soto,. and couldn't be happier with the service. When we went to pick up the car it had a bolt in one of the tires (spotless super shiny tires like the rest of the car) from being in their service department where he'd had fixed, without extra charge, a couple of things we'd noticed about this USED car. To save us an additional long drive back from Corvallis, Robert and a co-worker personally delivered our car with its repaired tire to us the next day. If you want a polite, literally goes the extra 175 extra miles for you sales consultant, you can't do better than Robert Soto.

We contacted Beaverton Honda seeing if they would meet or beat a price quote from a competitor. They assured us they would (we even told them the price before we came in). So we come in, chat with a few people, they come back to us with a price $1,500 OVER the quote. I flat out said we are not paying a higher rate when we have a price in writing from a competitor. They they proceeded to pull the usual car salesman stunt of saying other dealers arent going to give us that price and that they would be losing money on the sale, etc, etc.

We went over to the other dealer (Gladstone Honda, FYI), they tried no tricks, gave us the price on the quote, and that was it.

Beaverton Honda is DISHONEST! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!

Very positive experience. Selected the car online, spoke with Manny to iron out details and set up a time the next day to pick up. Asked that the HR-V be detailed and ready to go with the paperwork ready to sign since we had a short window in the afternoon to get it all done.

Showed up to find the car detailed, tank full and paperwork ready to go. Took about 10 minutes to get the paperwork done, handed over a cashier's check and were ready to go. Manny spent extra time getting my mother-in-law's phone paired and showed her how to use it with their system.

We were in and out in less than 40 minutes and my mother-in-law was very happy with her new HR-V. Excellent job Manny and thanks!!

When the dealership called me a week after I bought my car to see if I was satisfied, they listened to a concern I had and immediately rectified the situation, reimbursing me for an accessory that I had not understood was optional when I bought the car. That made me feel much better about my purchase!

Every question was answered to our satisfaction. Their was no pressure to buy the car at any time. The price was lower then any place else. I'd recommend buying a car at Beaverton Honda to anyone who wants to purchase a quality new car at a fair price.

Girlfriends car was overheating, took it in for service. Once they started working on it, just a couple hours and it was fixed.

If you love your honda, you wont regret having honda techs working on it.

10/10, Will visit again!

They will tell you that they are different kind of car-buying experience and they are not kidding! Zero pressure, no feeling like they are trying to hide things from you or trick you in any way. It genuinely feels like the sales staff is simply there to help you find what you're looking for. I wish I needed another car so I could go there again!

They ask you to buy things you don't need like stain protection ($750) and enhanced warranties for already dependable cars, just say no and buy the car itself and save $4000.

I was contacted by Honda about a recall of a passe...

I was contacted by Honda about a recall of a passenger side airbag. I called Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda to schedule an appointment. The appointment was set for 2 months in the future. One month before the appointment I received a call saying the part was unavailable and that my appointment was cancelled. They said they would contact me when the parts came in to reschedule. 2 days before the date of the original appnt I got a call to confirm my appointment date and time. Surprised, I reminded them of the cancellation call. The representative told me that the parts had arrived 3 days after that cancellation call and they just kept the original appointment. The problem: they didn't contact me to see if that was still a good time.

So I take the car in for the appointment. After a bit of a wait, I am greeted and checked in. After the check in process, I am told they do not have the part and that I was contacted a month earlier to cancel the appointment. A bit annoyed, I reminded them of the phone call two days prior. After a few minutes, they returned and conceded that I was right.

They accepted my car for service at 9:30am and said it would be done by 1:00pm. Bear in mind that the recall notice from Honda stated the repair should take 45 minutes to perform. I settled myself in their wifi lounge for the long wait. The lounge was relatively quiet to work in, but dusty from recent construction and unfinished. The positive was the free wifi, coffee, and fruit offered to guests. The temperature was well below a comfortable level. I had to keep taking walks outside to warm up.

1pm came and went without any updates from the service team. I waited patiently until 1:45pm. Unable to find my service contact I asked a random employee to check the status of my vehicle. After 10 minutes, I was told that, "It's not ready yet." I inquired about an estimated time. He only said, "It's just not ready yet, I don't know anything else." I asked him to have the service rep that checked me in come speak with me to give me an estimated time of completion, now that it was an hour late.

For 30 more minutes, no one contacted me. I found another employee and asked him to send the rep to find me in the lobby. 10 minutes later he finally came to tell me the car was still NOT ready. He said that they were just finishing up with it and would have it ready in 5 minutes or less. Well, 25 minutes later I approached him in his office. He tells me that they are driving it up right then. 5 minutes later it finally arrived, more than 2 hours after the original completion time. They kept the car for 5.5 hours for a job that Honda says takes 45 minutes.

As I climb into my car, the representative hands me some paperwork with no explanation. Later, I looked at it and it was a checklist inspection they did on my car, something they didn't talk to me about before. The report estimated ~$1600 in repairs, including changing the rear differential fluid. I changed that fluid myself 2 weeks ago. They said I was leaking transmission fluid and needed to replace the seal. That is not true. My car leaks a very little amount of motor oil out of the VTC oil control valve ($23 at Bob's Honda, $10.83 at another Honda parts store), which thanks to gravity, runs downward onto the transmission. They may have just looked at everything that had oil residue on it and said it should be repaired. They also called for a change of spark plugs, with an associated cost of $409. It takes me 30 minutes and $12 to change all my spark plugs. When I contacted other shops for estimates of this job I was quoted everywhere from $87 - $196, but none were anywhere NEAR Bob's price. Whether incompetent or dishonest, I would NOT trust their estimates of needed repairs.

On top of all that, now the passenger air vent doesn't work!!! Unfortunately, I will have to waste even more time getting them to fix their mistake.

Update: They gave me no trouble in fixing the vent quickly. The Service Manager, Matt, was very friendly. A second star given for Matt.

I went in and got the car I wanted with ease, the man I spoke with, Ron Chirrick, worked in favor of my best interest instead of leading me astray to other cars or anything else extra. Was very informative and kind and patient. Buying my first car was a pleasurable and carefree experience, and I would reccomend him by name at this dealership!

Poor customer service. Don't call to update you on your repairs. Different people tell you different statuses on the repair. They don't acknowledge you when standing around looking for someone to talk to about picking up your car until you have to call them out on it.

Before I go to a dealership, I do my research thoroughly. I knew Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda was the right place to go when I needed to lease a new car. I already knew their ratings, and what kind of service they provide. What I was not prepared for was the experience their Sales Consultant, Mike Mcintosh, was able to provide. He provided not only quality service and professionalism the entire time, but he was personable and was a real person with a drive to meet client needs on a level I rarely see in sales. My wife didn't get to come with me to finish all of the paperwork, so Mike was kind enough to drive out to my home to finish up the paperwork. This is beyond customer service. This was customer dedication and passion. If you want the best car dealership experience of your life, go see Mike at Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda.

Beaverton Honda made my first car buying experience great! Ron made me feel comfortable and never pressured me to make a decision, and overall the process went smoothly. I was able to get the car and price I wanted and would recommend Beaverton Honda (and Ron!) to everyone.

I worked with Manny. He is very low-key and chill. He's extremely knowledgeable, I went there to buy a CRV and he showed me just those cars and gave me lots of different options. He knew the features of each one of them and was very helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, or to upgrade anything I didn't want. I asked him about floor mats and he told me they had them in another building and said they would give me a discount since I just bought a vehicle. It was a positive experience, extremely easy and everyone I spoke to there was courteous and kind. I would definitely come back and definitely work with my same sales person.
