I took my girl friend's car here to be serviced. They were friendly, helpful, had a comfortable waiting area with snacks and beverages available, and even a dedicated room for computer users. They did a great job without too long a wait... service with a pleasant smile.

If I could give 0 I would. I ve been going to their service for years against my better judgement, hoping things would change (especially as I have given lots of feedback many times).

The first few times they called the wrong phone number my wife and I explained repeatedly which numbers are for which cars (we have two Honda s) but they just never seem to get it straight. This alone is not a reason to be upset but it is an indication of how they don t really pay attention to details...and details matter.

They didn t follow up so many times and gave really poor service nearly every time we took the cars in.

Some examples:
CRV needed a multi-point inspection, we dropped it off and there happened to be a recall on a system or part we weren t aware of. They didn t do it and we ended up having to bring it back soon after. Very inconvenient

Accord had work done on it and when it was picked up, there was a horrible gas/oil smell in the car. Never clear how it happened; an example of not paying attention by the service agent

CRV was taken in for a regular service. This includes checking and rotating tires. I picked it up and before I even got home, the low tire indicator had come on. I had to return to the dealership where the 'service agent' first said it was because of the "changing air temperature". I explained that that was not really accurate since it was essentially the same temperature as when I had dropped it off. After arguing with me and treating me as if I didn't know what I was talking about, he conceded to take a look at the tire pressure; only to find out I had been right and they were indeed improperly filled. they then had to fill the tires to the right pressure. All this baloney, of course, taking more time out of my day for something so simple that they did wrong (and gave me attitude about it the whole time).

Accord was taken in for lots of work. I repeatedly asked the service agent to ensure the key fob battery was replaced because the alert was on the dash. When I picked it up, I asked again if it had been done. Eric (the service agent I hold largely responsible for my horrible experiences) assured me it was. The alert appeared to be gone when I started up the car but apparently they simply reset it because 3 hours later, the low battery indicator came on again.

I texted and called to let them know it still wasn t done but as of a MONTH later.... all they ever did was call my wife s phone and have her tell them it was the wrong number (again). They never called me, never tried to make it right.

Many of these things alone are not enough to make me have to go to some much further dealership but taken all together indicate that this place is not where I want to ensure the safety of my vehicles I transport my family and friends in and CERTAINLY not the place where we are going to purchase our next two Honda s.

I bought a car with them a few years ago and I open my own business and decided to buy another vehicle again with them in 2012 for my business they told me that I had to sign as a co-signer to open a credit account for my business which was a lie , I paid off the vehicle and decided to buy a minivan Odyssey Elite with them and went there and they told me that I had to fill out a business application and I met all the requirements and they told me that I have to wait 24 hours to see if I qualified and the next day they called me saying they denied my application but that they were going to see what they could do for me, and they called me again telling me that they approved my application with the 10.4% interest rate which I felt upset and discriminated, I went there and asked them why they denied my application and I did not know what to tell me, I bought new commercial vehicles with low interest rate in the dealer next door I walk away and went to Hillsboro Honda Dick's Auto Group and in 2 hours they approved my application with 1.9% of interest rate and a better price

Very friendly and zero pressure. Worked with Kyle and he was awesome.
From the time I walked in to the time I drove away with my new car, it only took two hours. Most of the time I just waited in their very comfortable waiting room while the were getting papers ready and prepping the car.
I highly recommend Beaverton Honda.

I m a nearby resident, and Beaverton Honda is a terrible neighbor. I would love to move pretty much anywhere else, but gentrification has made that all but impossible for me in this town, so for now I just have to deal. They have events sometimes and blare music loudly all day so I can hear it through my closed windows. They park their massive trucks on the street all the time, so I often have to just pull out onto the street blindly and hope no one is coming. They inconvenienced us with a massive retaining wall project that was SUPPOSED to end the trucks blocking the road, but it finished over a year ago and they still park on the street. I heard an employee yelling at his girlfriend on his phone at the service center one evening, so loudly I could make out most of the words from where I was.

Oh, and this latest one is the best. One of their employees rifled through our dumpster and pulled out a box that I had just thrown in there the day before. It was a distinct box so I knew it was mine. They set it up at their designated smoker s corner and filled it with garbage and cigarette butts. Didn t bother to clean it up even after it got rained on and the box started to fall apart (you re welcome, btw). That s just creepy that they re rummaging in our garbage just so they can create even more garbage and just leaving it out on the street.

Please stop digging through my trash, Beaverton Honda. That s so creepy.

We were seriously looking at different makers of mid size SUV's. While it is true, the right vehicle turned out to be an easy choice, but the reps at Beaverton Honda respected the process we had to go through, and let us make our decision based on our criteria not on high pressure sales techniques. We were in the dealership on three different days, and each time had a truly great experience. Everyone and anyone could take us through the whole final stage of picking accessories (or NOT) as we so desired, financing, service contracts and all the usual paperwork. AND their ONE PRICE policy also works! We compared, on line as well as with other dealerships. Yes, we visited another Honda dealership to assess their sales and service and frankly we were very turned off. Beaverton Honda stood alone of every dealer we visited. We drove out with the same car we test drove and were thrilled. Carlos was super professional and a real Honda guru!

I ve had a great experience from the start. I bought my 2018 CR-V here and Mike was wonderful through the whole process. I feel confident that I got a very fair deal.

Also, they ve been exceptionally helpful about making sure I get my car serviced. Normally I m skeptical about frequent service reminders as they are usually costly, but I haven t paid a dime for the 2 routine service appointments I ve had so far (90-day check and first oil change).

Highly recommend, this dealership is fantastic!

I came in to the dealership just considering trading in my suv. Freddie was the 1st person to approach me & my daughter on the lot. He was knowledgeable & listened to what I was looking for with a new suv. He explained the features of the 2016 suv's & took me on a test drive. I loved the vehicle so much but was concerned how much I would get for my trade in. We went inside and had my vehicle test drove & evaluated for trade. I was very pleased with the fair price they offered for my 2004 suv. Freddie had an appointment & turned me over to Junior who was very friendly and informative. He broke down what my monthly payments would be which was a concern of mine as well. I was surprised that the payments were exactly what I wanted to pay a month for my new vehicle. I ended up buying a vehicle that day & the process was a little time consuming but they made sure we were comfortable while the necessary paperwork was completed. I love my suv & would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

Beaverton Honda is the best place to get a car. We started looking for a new car at the Beaverton Honda website. We talked to someone online about a few cars. We went in and they had a car pulled out of the lot to look at. Freddy was every helpful and the only person we worked with. He didn't try to pressure us into something we didn't want. He answered every question we had about car and the financing. He even went out of his way to try and get us a lower payment. We will be going back to Beaverton Honda when we need another car.

EDIT: The original review has been left below however I've chosen to update this review after speaking with Andy Plunkett.

Andy worked with me to figure out what exactly happened to lead to my car being left the way it was when I picked it up from the dealership. I appreciate him taking the time to look into the issue and take my complaint seriously. I've updated the review from 1 to 3 stars to reflect the effort that was put in to figure out the root of the issue.

A few weeks ago I brought my car in for a replacement dude to a recall. There was a strange smell in the car after but I assumed it was just a funny smell from a new part. A few weeks later I noticed oil leaking everywhere and I finally looked under the hood. The oil filler cap is missing and there was a rag stuffed into my engine that was left there as well! I can't believe this level of oversight from a dealership! If any other recalls come up I'll be driving far out of my way to avoid this place again.

Be prepared for crappy service in the service center! I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. I had to precheck in and told which line I was in in for the service. I waited in my car as asked. I saw three people who showed up later than me get helped. I got out of my car to ask when I was going to be helped and got a snotty response that my 'scheduled time was right now' and my person would be there soon. Then when the person came (I am now 15 minutes past my window that was super important... a total 30 minutes waiting with multiple people being helped before me that were there later and seeing service people standing around and chatting.) My specific guy finally showed up, I indicated I was in a hurry and that I didn't need pleasantries. Where he informed me getting my rental would also be a wait.

So. be prepared to wait for pre checking. check in. and to get your rental. Or just head out to Dick's in Hillsboro, where they get to you as soon as you show up. Oh. Also the service the Beaverton location told me would take 6 hours... Dick's was able to do in 45 minutes.

The salesperson was really nice, especially to my teen, whom the car was for. The waiting area is quite pleasant, with free snacks and everyone is friendly that interfaces with the public. We had bought a new car there five years earlier with a good experience.

However, they wanted a grand over Kelly Blue Book. I tried to meet them half way, and offered $500 over KBB, mainly because my sweet adored beyond belief girl was with me, and hoping for the car, and I didn't want to disappoint her. My offer was only $500-600 less than asking price. It was flatly rejected by a manager that did not come and talk to us. They made me feel like because if was an in demand car with relatively low miles, we wouldn't do any better elsewhere. The very next day, a competitor proved them wrong, and we are getting what we want for the price we want.

Everything upfront is beautiful and welcoming!!!!! Behind the scenes, it seemed to be a different story.

I've always been a self sufficient, independent working class woman. I have alone had to make decisions and buy my own vehicles.Although I do research to try and prepare myself to make the right decisions in car buying, My car buying experiences have always been the worst decisions of my life.
I do take responsibility and try to be smart about purchases, but when I deal with slimeball lying sales men research didn't matter.

Just completed paying off the finance company for the last lemon I bought, October 2016 I rejoiced in not having a car payment, that lasted one day as the next day the car broke down once again. This vehicle has caused me near financial ruin and my anxiety about car buying was extreme, I literally was shaking as I walked in to Beaverton Honda dreading what they would say or mainly NOT say truthfully.

To say the experience was the greatest is an understatement.
Thank you Mike McIntosh for being a genuine, honest, respectable man and for holding my hand, helping me when I needed it the most. Beaverton Honda is the place to go to learn the long lost old fashion values are not extinct.
I'm in your debt.

These guys are glorified scam artists. They sold me 6 oil changes and 6 tire rotations over a three year period good at any Honda dealer in the country for $299. When I went to get the oil changed and tires rotated in Phoenix I found out I had to pay ahead over the phone and submit for reimbursement at This Honda dealership..

Here is the kicking ... this was only good for OIL CHANGES! No tire rotations where included.. So Lie #1. Lie #2 was the actual cost of the oil changes. At Honda oil changes are 34.99 , this package included six oil changes. 34.99 x 6 = $209.40.... Anyone else think this is a little bogus.. Typically when you buy a package deal you get a discount. They should have at least bought me a nice dinner before screwing me .

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE

I had a great experience when I purchased my car from Ron Chirrick last month. I really appreciate the "vibe" in the store. I never felt pressured or stressed. I expressed interest in the car online. One person was in contact with me to answer questions and arrange me coming in to see the car. When I arrived, the car was out front and I was introduced to my Sales Consultant, Ron. I was never handed off to anyone else. This is also the first car I have purchased that did not take almost the whole day! Ron was incredibly easy and fun to work with. I sincerely felt he was interested in getting me in the car I wanted.

This was the worst car buying experience in my 64 ...

This was the worst car buying experience in my 64 years. We were working with internet sales and had selected a used Odyssey and had been given an agreed upon price for our trade in (4 Runner). We explained we lived 5 hours away (250 miles) and would be on the road early to be at the dealership between 12-1 o'clock pm. We gave our cell phone numbers and asked to called in the event the vehicle sold . We were told the vehicle would be ready and waiting for us when we arrived.
Upon our arrival, there was no vehicle ready. Another Odyssey ($4,000 more than the one we selected) was brought to us. We pointed out the error and waited while they searched for our agreed upon vehicle. After more time and searching, we were told the vehicle had been sold the night before. No phone call was ever made to tell us and we had driven 5 hours and made a reservation to stay the night.
In short, they lied to us. In my opinion this was deliberate and an attempt to try a bait and switch on a more expensive vehicle. The manager could not have cared less and only said mistakes are made.
Avoid this dealership!

We had agreed to purchase one vehicle only.
We had agreed on the price of the vehicle.
We had agreed on the trade-in value of our vehicle and considered it to be fair.
We were never offered any compensation or gas for the trip we had made.
You are not telling the truth.

Service Side: the only reason that I'm giving 4 stars and not 1 is because of Matt (sorry didn't get last name). I have had nothing but disappointment when working with anyone besides him. No knowledge of their cars, pricing and favoring the recall "customers" over paid customers is insulting. Matt knows exactly what is going on, knows his cars and the common issues and was reasonable about the pricing when comparing to other auto shops. Because of him I will be back and won't put negative reviews on here, Yelp and BBB. If he ever quits or gets fired I can guarantee I won't be back to Bob's BS Honda Service shop. Hopefully Bob can hire some more people like Matt, and hopefully the other employees don't get all bent out of shape over this review. Don't get mad, step your game up.

We where looking to buy a Honda CR-V , We stop by to Beaverton Honda just to test drive a car .We where not sure if we want a Subaru or Honda next day we went to test a outback, so we choose the CR-V. It was early and we check other dealer close to where we where. To make this short there is no better price or experience any where else.our sales person was clear with the price abd the process. Plenty of options and we did not have to compromise. We got what we want with a great price We are very satisfied with the process and very happy with our new CR-V.

Jr. Was knowledgable, professional, courteous, pleasant and most importantly honest and transparent. My wife and I felt great abou the whole experience and really felt that we would definitely come back and ask specifically for JR. He made us feel like family, and we really knew he was giving us a fair and honest deal. Kudos for an excellent job!
Additionally, it is very refreshing to see an auto dealership that takes an approach that all for great people like JR to deal with customers in a very personal way. The formula works for us, and I am sure JR and the rest of the team at Beaverton Honda have bright futures!!! Thanks Again JR, we'll be back..

We were shopping for a crossover and have purchased Honda brands for many years. My spokesperson, Belinda, was very helpful in demonstrating the features and functions of the car we were looking at. I came back twice to do a test drive and discuss financing. All the brands we looked at had almost the same features and costs, and in the end we bought another brand only because of a slightly better financing package. It was a great shopping experience and they have have a good product, and I can highly recommend them.

The experience at Beaverton Honda was great. Elmo let me check out all of the vehicles I wanted, suggested a few vehicles as well, and gave me insight on available upgrades and costs. There was no will you buy today? Pressure, so it helped make the buying decision easier. Even though I had to wait to buy my vehicle I didn t get any pressure or nagging about when I would be back. When I made my appointment to purchase the vehicle was ready to go as the paperwork process was easy as could be. I would buy from Beaverton Honda again for sure!

A recommendation, proximity and the price of only $39.95 for a synthetic oil change brought me in for service! Fast, respectful and attentive service is my first & last impression. Spacious, clean, contemporary waiting area with glass walls, 2 large TVs and choice of sectional in front of gorgeous gas fireplace or individual tables perfect for working while you wait. But the gotcha for innovative customer care is scheduling Uber rides on the house , if you need to be elsewhere while work is being performed, then picked up again to return. Ingenious! I believe Beaverton is the only Honda dealership in the area that provides this outstanding service. And to top it off, your car will be washed when you pick it up. Don in Transportation was very helpful and Amanda in Service took care of me from beginning to end. I ll definitely be back.

This was first time getting service done at Beaverton Honda. The customer waiting room impressed me the most. They have a smart young lady, Laura, to manage the room. The service she provided was like sitting in first class on an airplane. She very attentive, warm, and friendly.

I actually ended up there because it is where my partner bought his car. We have both had nothing but positive experiences. I made my way too Beaverton Honda to have service done on my Civic I would eventually trade in. I saw my repair bill and all I could think about was my Christmas going up in smoke. I had fooled around with the idea of a newer vehicle and decided it was time to become a little more serious at that point. That was when I met "Magic" Mike as people around the dealership called him. Friendly, fun, courteous and heartfelt from the get go. This one is a true keeper. It was so easy fun I almost forgot I was buying a car. The paperwork was fast and the process was fast and smooth as well. Magic mike suits you Mike because there's not a lot like you out there who actually care about the customer so much so thank you Magic Mike! There's salespeople and then there is this. And this is what every customer wants and deserves. Thank you for keeping my Christmas smoke free as well . I hope your Christmas is magical !

I took my Honda in for a recalled airbag replacement. While my car was getting worked on, they did a "complimentary" inspection and flagged $1500 worth of repairs as urgent. I took my car in to an independent repair shop for confirmation. The independent shop did an inspection and replaced one bulb ($50 total). None of the items flagged by Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda were anywhere near needing replacement. Be careful of them up-selling you! Get a second opinion on any major work needed!

I can't believe how good the sales experience was with Juan Hernandez at Beaverton Honda. He was exceptional at every phase and was simply fantastic. I flew in to view the car and he picked me up from the airport and got me back safely. Moreover, he helped ship my car to my final destination. We recently bought a car from Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda & had nothing but a positive experience.

Melvin, our sales rep, was very patient & courteous & even made accommodations to our crazy schedule on multiple occasions. Not once did he complain, even though it took us quite some time to figure out what car we truly wanted. He was never pushy like a lot of other sales reps.

We also traded in 2 older vehicles at the dealership for a pretty decent price & was never pushed to make a decision.

When we came to pick up our new car, we had another sales rep, Belinda, take us to our new car, since Melvin was out of the office at that time.

Very rude and pushy Manager (Alberto). Came today to look for a car, I asked the sales and the manager to give us a time to think about the price of the car, since it was just the first dealership we came. The manager got upset and just left my husband and I by the desk. I even asked if we can have the estimated proposal price they showed me but he snatched it and walk away.

Did anyone been treated this way or is it because my race? I know salespeople can be pushy, but rude at the same time isn't acceptable.

Very upset. Our Honda FIT now has 75K miles and so it is recently now past warranty. The engine light comes on, and now we find ourselves with a $1,000 repair bill (and they couldn't fix it the first time we brought it in, so we had to return it the next day). Why did we buy a Honda? Because of their reputation for quality. Obviously, that went out the window. Next time I'll buy Hyundai since they can guarantee their cars for 10 years, 100K miles.

I really wanted to stick to a budget and payment plan close to my previous car, and he did everything in his power to make that happen for me. By far the easiest and least stressful car buying experience!

I honestly can't say enough in this review to speak of the positive experience I had with the sales staff here.

I think of myself as an avid shopper, meaning- before I make any purchase decisions (let alone, a $30,000 one), I do my due diligence and research.

I had called several dealerships to inquire about inventory and price on the specific car that I was looking for (in our case, it was a brand new 2015 CRV EXL).

And from the start, things were different with this dealership.

Adam, the BCD Manager, originally fielded my call. I was expecting to get the usual "come in quick! stock is low and you must act now!" type of sales pitch, but was pleasantly surprised to learn that this wasn't the case with Adam.

He fielded my questions in great detail, and told me upfront what was and wasn't on his lot.
This might sound like common sense to some of you- but dealerships are notorious for pulling the "bait and switch" on customers, where they tell you they have inventory when they don't just for the sake of getting you in to their store (see Dick's Hillsboro Honda, for instance).

Adam did not try to "close" me on this call, and simply gave me the information I needed. This was refreshing.

I stopped by the lot here that same day, and Adam respectfully greeted us upon arriving. He introduced us to a sales rep named Theo, who showed us the inventory of the CRVs they had.

Theo, much like Adam, never once said anything salesy or tried closing us. He showed us what we asked him to show us, and let me dictate the conversation.

This dealership uses what they call "one way pricing". This means that their prices are preset and non negotiable.

What I can honestly tell you is that their prices are fair. Are they the absolute lowest? No.

For instance, I got a price from another dealership on my car for $28,450. Initially, this sounds like a great deal compared to the $28,988 that Beaverton Honda had.

But consider two things:

1). It took me over 2 hours of negotiating to bring the other dealership down to $28,450.
2). This price did not include an additional $750 worth of "accessories" they had added in to it.

If you ask me, I could have saved a whole lot of time by going straight to Beaverton Honda first.

Their sales cycle is very straightforward. There is a bit of upselling that your sales rep will present to you (extended warranty, gap insurance, etc), but I never felt like I was being pressured to get any of this (and I didn't).

If there is one negative thing I might add about my experience, it is that we ran in to one hiccup after the deal was done, when a finance rep called us a day AFTER the sale was finalized to let us know some paper work had to be signed again and more information was required from us.

This was really the only negative experience we had here.

I feel they should have gotten all of this taken care of while we were on site, which would have saved me the trouble of having to go back to the dealership a day after.

All in all, though- I really cant say anything negative about the sales staff.

Easily the best car buying experience I have had.

Went in Saturday the 1st after seeing an Accord I liked on Craigslist. I was helped by Robert Soto. This was my first time financing a car and Robert made it breeze, I came back Sunday and made the purchase. Very quick and too the point, helped me get a great warranty, and a GREAT trade in value on my Ford. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

I leased a Honda Clarity electric car with the assistance of Robert Nathan. From the first day I met him where he told me all about the Clarity (and showed me his own Clarity since they do not keep this car in stock) to the day I picked up my Clarity, I felt that I had made a friend who had my best interests in mind.

There was no pressure whatsoever, only his knowledge and answers to my questions about the car and lease program. Communication with me was timely and he exceeded my expectations.
