Before I go to a dealership, I do my research thoroughly. I knew Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda was the right place to go when I needed to lease a new car. I already knew their ratings, and what kind of service they provide. What I was not prepared for was the experience their Sales Consultant, Mike Mcintosh, was able to provide. He provided not only quality service and professionalism the entire time, but he was personable and was a real person with a drive to meet client needs on a level I rarely see in sales. My wife didn't get to come with me to finish all of the paperwork, so Mike was kind enough to drive out to my home to finish up the paperwork. This is beyond customer service.
