I had the worst experience with BeValued. They tried to repair my phone and send it back in worse condition than i sent it to them. It went back for a second time and they then asked for my passcode! It took 20 days to get resolved and John Lewis who my insurance was with were helpless until they took it back and settled themselves. BeValued are the worst company I've dealt with in many years.

Generally a bit slow and unproductive and was starting to loose hope with my phone after the original replacement developed a system fault in a week but one of the customer agents (Sue) gave absolutely 5* service and just went that extra mile to sort me out. Thank you Sue!!!

Spoke to a lovely adviser called Jade. Super efficient and friendly. Laptop was collected on a Thursday and settled the following Wednesday in the form of PC world vouchers for full value. Can't ask for any better than that 10/10

Went there as its a registered Apple Repair Center...

Went there as its a registered Apple Repair Center, had an issue with my air pods not charging. Technician was very friendly and completely worked out an idea of what the problem could be, so he gave me a free apple plug to test this than me having to go through a longer winded repair cycle. Upon testing at home all is well and charging like a dream. Would recommend!

I was here -sent by APPLE - as they are 'authorised repair center', to save me travelling to Brighton to the Apple Store. Experience was terrible. The gentleman there was very overpowering and rude at times. I had a problem with my laptop charger. He refused to test my charger fully, saying that he didnt want to 'risk' it. He was more interested in selling me another charger. He took my plug and gave me his own one! Not sure if this is allowed by Apple. I have written to Apple about this. I will NEVER USE THIS REPAIR CENTER EVER AGAIN. I have a recording of the entire conversation.

December 26th I had 2 mountain bikes stolen from my shed. Within 3 days I was already talking with Becauled (iVal) and starting to let them know what had been taken.

I was able to communicate via both email and telephone with ease. I was quickly given my own case handler who was prompt with keeping me informed.

A few emails back and forth and on 20th of January I was given a offer to replace one of my bikes and a cash settlement for my other bike as one of the same standard was not available from their suppliers.

I had the money in my account and the voucher within 24 hours of this being agreed.

I cannot fault them at all, Chris the chap who was looking after my claim was spot on! I would happily deal with them again and recommend them.

I filed a claim through Endsleigh insurance when my phone stopped working and they proceeded to tell me that they work with BeValued to repair and replace phones. My Iphone was picked up the next day (Thursday) by DPD, and on the Friday I received and email from BeValued saying they had received my phone and it would take 72 hours for the phone to be looked at. By the Monday I got a call saying my phone was beyond repair and that they would send out a new one, and by the Wednesday I had a brand new Iphone! What's even better is that this new phone has more storage than my old one! Had absolutely no probelms and couldn't recommend them anymore!

poor customer service and they take very long to carryout repairs, sent my phone in for repairs and it took them a week to fix . it doesn't take a week to repair a phone apple does it within a few hours or even gives you a new phone. they are too slow.

Just a bit useless. The pick up was good, then they confirmed the Find My iphone feature was deactivated and authorised the repair. 2 weeks later they call back to tell be the repair hasn't started. I have been on hold for 15 minutes whilst I write this and they figure out what is going on.

I have my insurance with Nationwide, Then get redirected to RSA and then to this rubbish agency and the whole thing is extremely inefficient, infuriating,

This company cannot function efficiently in any way. I have spent over 72 minutes over the phone to their customer service department over the past week trying to locate my phone which was deemed repairable then unrepairable after 14 days. They were completely unable to call me back on the correct telephone number and kept trying to contact me on the phone that was being repaired (despite me reiterating that I had another number). I was not kept updated in any way throughout the whole process. If you want a speedy repair/ replacement then forget it - you ll be waiting for weeks in dark . The staff do not know what is happening and you ll end up getting thrown around from colleague to colleague. They failed to give me instructions before I sent my phone off an subsequently seized my SIM card for 14 days. Do not leave your possessions with these people. A third party of Endsleigh Insurance.

My iPhone X suffered some water damage so my insurers arranged collection and for it to be sent to this company for repair, the insurers then decided I wasn't covered for accidental damage so arranged for the phone to be sent back to me, this is how I received it (see picture) from BeValued. After contacting them they said don't worry we always take pictures of items as they arrive so we can verify the condition it came to us in, I breathed a sigh of relief however a few hours later conveniently they rang me to say they can't find the pictures and have told me the phone must have arrived like that, I know for a fact it didn't and have a witness who saw the phone just before the courier collected it in an armored bespoke case. So basically no repair was carried out and they returned the phone to me with more damage than I sent it in with, worst of all they are completely denying it. Avoid this company and do not trust them with anything valuable. Awful customer service an clearly liars too.

Be Valued are rubbish company, they took my printer for inspection or repair by time they sent it back to me they damaged it.

Unfortunate for I didn't check my printer for many months, by the time I opened it was damaged more than they way I sent it back to them.

After I called them to explain the situation, I was told they can't do anything about it.

What a silly excuse is that? The broke my printer and they don't want to accept it.

Worst company I have ever, ever dealt with. They never return your calls, customer service zero, send emails to say they have been trying to contact you when they haven't.

iPhone went in for repairs, took ages & after one month of having it back fault occurred again. I sent the phone back & it came back not working at all but it wasn't their fault as they said it was working fine when sent back ?!?! So the courier man must be to blame DONT THINK SO !!
This company seems to be all about making money from insurance companies at your expense.

If anyone needs to send an item here for repairs please think twice !!! ... I wish I'd just paid and gone to the Apple Store or local shop.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible service, barely any good communication. They told me three weeks after sending my laptop to them (I had a claim for accidental damage) that they could not repair it and could only send the hard drive back. Please do NOT go here.
After breaking my phone screen and sending it to them (also after a claim on accidental damage) they returned it about 3-4 weeks later & RESET my phone. For a screen repair? Ridiculous.

I would of rated these higher but after my findings today I couldn't rate them any higher. They replaced two items for me in July last year like for like replacement and brand new. I got a voucher for one and the other was provided by buy it direct. Fast forward to today after my new phone went caput. Took a trip to Samsung repair centre to be told my phone was a refurbished handset and was originally issued outside this country and is not covered by warranty as it was not issued by Samsung... spoke to a lady today at be valued and she said that a replacement or refund would be given to me and someone would be in contact later today. It's now end of play today and still not resolved... I have been a week without my phone due to no fault of my own.. communication is a major let down with this firm and BUY IT DIRECT have let them down big time.

Truly one of the worst companies not only to work for, but the way that they rip-off their customers. iPads that were deemed as beyond economical repair were replaced with refurbished units and the insurance companies had no idea. I am surprised that this company are still in business. There is also a culture of bullying and age discrimination in this company.

Very slow and lack of communication with the insurer (in my case Nationwide/RSA). Just sent me an email saying I would get cash but limited to the incorrect limit. They then claimed they didn t realise I had a specified bike on my policy. Then they accepted that but refused to pay out for the accessories or locks despite nationwide already confirming that they would be included in the claim. Still trying to get what I am owed.

If I could rate this company a -5 stars I would. Vile, disgusting and horrid customer service. They should call themselves DeValued!!!
The engineer who called me to schedule an appointment(Alan) was horrendous. He refuse to give me a time frame saying that jobs can be conducted at 8pm or 10pm- they happens when they happen. Apparently the company doesn t have an end time! He then hung up the phone because I said I required a range I.e. 12-4 or 12-6! I called back and spoke with another diabolical engineer (Steve) who offered me a different service time and gave a time range however was extremely rude when I advised I would like to make a complaint about Alan and then Steve was condescending when I wanted to confirm the time options. How my insurance company has chosen to use this unprofessional organisation, who do not value customers and seem inadequate to construct a simple phone call is beyond me! STEER CLEAR!!!

After reading reviews on here I was quite skeptical about weather I'd receive my insurance claim. I use Endsleigh and they passed me along to Be Valued LTD who dealt with my claim. They sent out an engineer to inspect my mixing desk which sustained water damage in a work environment. Within 2 weeks of submitting the claim, I received a full payout for the item. 5 stars and no complaints.

If you're sending them a laptop through an insurance claim, make sure you smash it up real good so there's no chance that they'll try and repair it. That way you'll save yourself a couple of months of hassle.

They just sent me my repaired laptop back a month after I sent it to them... and it's still broken.

I only used this company to fix my iPhone screen as my insurance works with them. When I first sent my phone they took nearly 2 weeks to fix the screen, which apple takes a max of 4 hours. When I first got my phone back it looked fine but I realised that they haven't fixed the screen perfectly as in the dark I could see some light coming out of the side of the phone but I couldn't be bothered to send it back so they could fix it as again they would take around 2 weeks...and now a days we need our phones everyday and I couldn't be without my phone for 4 weeks.
However, it was working fine until after about 4/5 months the home button wasn't working properly and I couldn't even use the finger ID anymore. At first I didn't even think it was something to do with the screen that they fixed so I went to Apple to see what was wrong with it, they asked me if I ever had my phone serviced and I said yes and I gave the company's name so they could check if Apple works with them and they said that they didn't and that the home button is part of the screen and so they checked the screen and apparently it's not a legit Apple product and so they couldn't not do anything to my phone even if I paid. So I had to send it back to BeValued so they could fix the home button, it's been a week already and I received an email asking for the password on my phone, and as not only me but many people would agree, it is not something I would be comfortable with, so I called them and told them to reset my phone. They guy said that they needed my password to reset it and that is not true as they reset it when I first sent my phone to them without the need for my password. Now I'm guessing as they still haven't done a "full inspection" of my phone they will take even longer which is really annoying.

In the company's defence, when I called them to tell them about the home button and that the screen wasn't a legit Apple product, they said that it is (Which I still don't believe them as Apple even looked inside the phone). Also customer service is good, they don't get rude or anything like that but also they sometimes are not very helpful.

In order for BeValued to improve their company and the service that they offer I would recommend that they stop using DPD to get and deliver the packages and get their own vans so that they could get the products faster. Also make the inspection process faster and more efficient and even try to work directly with Apple which it would give many customers more peace of mind. Finally, they should have a policy that they would fix and send the product back within a week max.

Was concerned about my insurance company using Be-valued after reading these reviews but I had completely the opposite experience with them. DPD was sent to pick up my broken laptop and within a few hours of them receiving it they'd arranged a new, better specified replacement. The claims handler (Jade) I dealt with was also friendly and very efficient.

They've had a bit of a mare really. Collecting my iPhone was all fine, was an issue with turning my find my iPhone app off but once that was done it all started going downhill. I had to phone them to find out whether my phone had been repaired when they stated they would do so. Then paid my excess an they said it would be 2 working days till delivery. Turns out more like a week because someone can't do their job properly. No compensation or anything offered for the inconvenience. Plus looking at the other reviews I'd agree. Stay well away from a company that can't do their job properly.

I couldn't be more pleased. Spoke to Gemma Carter about my claim. First call, lasted about 25 mins, all sorted. Replacements on the way, gift cards issued for the rest. Really made a stressful situation as good as it could be. I am grateful. This is a genuine review following a theft, I claimed against my home insurance via LV and was passed on to these guys.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I handed my Mac in for repair, they took ages and when Apple called them they didn't answer the phone over multiple days/weeks. I had to go in and collect my laptop (unrepaired) from them as they had absolutely 0 communication to let me know what was going on.

They then told me they were waiting for ME to get in contact with apple and inform them despite apple calling them directly over multiple days.

The attitude of the staff is also absolutely horrendous. l have never come across people as rude as them and even the first time I walked in, the staff made me feel uncomfortable.

Steer well clear of these guys. Massive time wasters.

EASTBOURNE BRANCH.

I was suspicious of the location of an Apple Authorised Provider on an industrial estate, but couldn't t have been more wrong! My Macbook needed a diagnostics run, and Matthew stood out as helpful, personal and professional. I cannot reccomend Him and His knowledge and service enough. Thankyou Matthew at BeValued for assisting with my Macbook Pro.
Cannot fault these guys, they were diligent, knowledgable, and friendly

That said, i found the national call centre was poor service a shambles...and unable to help much, nor did they seem to want to. I stress, in my experience, that the staff at Head Office do not seem to reflect the high level of service I found in branch at Eastbourne. Highly reccomend the Eastbourne Branch!

Be Valued should be called Be Wary I made a claim (first in 41 years)to the Nation wide building society for a cellular 11 IPad they agreed to replace it through their supplier Bevauled.

What a joke of a company, waited in 2 days for the assessor to arrive and continually told lies about arrival times because he s been held up for this and that, in the end he never showed at all! Although they did say I was lying because I wasn t in and they tried calling me.

I dropped my new Samsung S9 on the floor and the screen smashed so I submitted a claim to my household insurance company - nationwide.

Having accepted my claim Nationwide referred my claim to bevalued because they deal with the fixing / assessment of electrical items and gadgets.

My phone was collected by courier on the 13th of June and I received an email the day after from bevalued confirming safe receipt of my item. This email also set out that they would look to try and repair the item but if they could not I would be offered a new replacement phone.

To ask for an update on my claim, I phoned bevalued on two different occasions. On the first occasion my phone call was answered almost immediately and I was given a very clear update which explained that the new parts had been ordered for my phone and I should have it within the next week. At some point after this phone call bevalued then tried to phone me but I missed it so I had to call them back; it did take them 25 minutes to answer my call this time but nonetheless when they did answer it was easy to deal with them and I got the answers I needed.

My repaired phone arrived here today which means in total I was only without it from the 13th of June to the 22nd of June and it is good as new.

There are a lot of negative reviews on here but I have to say other than having to wait a little while for my phone call to be answered I cannot fault the way in which bevalued have handled my claim but most certainly the speed with which the entire process has been completed.

I am not going to give them 5 stses because I believe there is always room for improvement but please bear in mind this positive experience when reading the deluge of negative reviews below.

When my insurance company said BeValued would be handling the claim of a mobile phone I was concerned after reading some of the bad reviews. However they picked up my phone, assessed it, agreed a replacement was necessary and had the new one delivered all within a week. The communication was excellent and I can't fault the service in anyway.

I've read a few of the bad reviews about this company and was worried when they ended up with my mobile phone. But I was pleasantly surprised. This is a legit review by the way.

So I accidently knocked my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone off the table in the garden the weekend before last, which landed on concrete on it's face and the screen smashed. Call my insurance provider who arranged for this company to assess the damage with a view to repair the phone.

Tuesday, courier collects my phone and I got a text the day after letting me know that the phone had arrived at Be valued. I hadn't heard anything so on Friday I posted a message on the website asking what the situation was. No more than 5 minutes later I got a call back letting me know that my phone had been repaired. I paid my excess fee and was told Royal Mail would have the phone to me by Tuesday, which is today.

My phone arrived, this morning securely packaged in bubble wrap inside a box, followed by more bubble wrap. The phone is working fine and good as new.

All in all it took 7 days from when the phone was picked up to when it arrived back to me repaired. I'd say that was pretty efficient wouldn't you?

I was passed onto BeValued through Endsleigh.

I smashed my iPhone, however it was still usable and I deemed it as a minor repair. I therefore made a claim through Endsleigh as in the passed I've had a very quick turnaround but not this time.

They have had my phone for 2 weeks now, apparently a new iPhone screen takes 2 weeks to arrive... I could order half of the products on the internet in todays world and it would arrive that evening.

Don't waste your time.

We were recently burgled, and we were allocated BeValued as part of our claim handling team. After reading reviews on here, I was a bit worried. I needn t have been. From start to finish they have been helpful, friendly, and knowledgable.
We did have technical issues (but that was clearly my email addresses!).
All in all, everything went very smoothly and they sorted our claim fantastically.
Special thanks to Sam and Tyrone who I spoke to on several occasions, and helped us by going that extra mile.

Endsleigh and their partner company BeValued!!! I called to report my phone as broken and a collection was arranged.. It took them 2 weeks to collect my phone - 2 weeks to deem it repairable, 2 days to say actually we'll send you a new phone and when they did send a new one they've sent a broken one.

Well what a joke, it has now been just short of 6 ...

Well what a joke, it has now been just short of 6 weeks since my home was broken into and just about everything was taken, I thought having home insurance was there to help you get over this traumatic experience with assistance in putting things back to how they were as soon as possible and with the minimum of ease, Be valued just show how wrong that is.

I have had to phone them 11 times and I m no further forward now from when I made the first call all those weeks ago, (I mean an excuse of it takes a couple of days to receive an email), I always thought emails were instant.. must have Flintstone systems, just stop lying and coming up with excuses.

When you do call you never speak to the same person twice, they never ring you back, the manager is never available, yet they still take your premiums.

There is no sign of my claim being resolved soon, and no mention of compensation due to their lack of professionalism, appalling customer service and complete neglect. I am very disappointed with the level of service from Be valued and certainly won t be using this company again.

I can only back up all the worst experiences that have been documented here: an appalling company, delivering the most basic service as slowly as possible, staffed by lazy people who don't treat their customers as human beings and aren't even willing to try and extend basic courtesies.

I had complications with my claim which led to the process being dragged out for ages but Sam was so amazing and helpful during the process. Always kept me updated and was really friendly and helpful. I initially panicked because the reviews on here are quite bad but I feel completely at ease now and if ever I need to deal with BeValued again I'm hoping I'll get Sam.

Hand on heart the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Staff are either completely incompetent or just thick. Had the laptop for over a week before even looking at it. Told us it would be 5 days and ended up being 30.

Do not under any circumstances let these people have your belongings!!

Terrible! Nearly two months now and they haven't repaired my Samsung. Lying that they were trying to contact me. They cannot do anything right. They were quick with sending me a new phone when I had lost one (which was the wrong colour), but they are terrible when it comes to repairing and will have you waiting a very long time.
