Just a bit useless. The pick up was good, then they confirmed the Find My iphone feature was deactivated and authorised the repair. 2 weeks later they call back to tell be the repair hasn't started. I have been on hold for 15 minutes whilst I write this and they figure out what is going on.

I have my insurance with Nationwide, Then get redirected to RSA and then to this rubbish agency and the whole thing is extremely inefficient, infuriating,
