It was great! They did my designs fast! I was extremely impressed. Someone else was trying to charge me $15000 just for UI UX.

I loved working with this company! They built apps like scrybe streaming, and other awesome products like Evolution Wear. For me they built a simple shooter game, it was quick and easy to work with them. They even saved me money by starting with my design at a much cheaper price instead of asking me to start development first even though I was ready to pay $5000.

Great company to work with. Their designs and work are impeccable.

SEG Universe is a great company. They developed my app and website with great UI designs.
I am really happy with the results.

I hired them for an app. we agreed on a price which was $ 5000. i made first payment of $ 750 and they only send me a couple pictures. then i had to give 3000 to move to the next level. i said i need a contract for that. the same guy told me that the price has changed. he only can do it for a price between 10000 to 15000. and he said he never had to write any contract for clients. so they need your money without any contract so they can give you whatever they want for your money

They don t do any work in the US, all their work is done in India and the quality is really bad. Also, they re way overpriced. Not only their designs are outdated but also the communication is very slow. Stay away from this company we had to hire another one to redo the job we got from seg. Waste of money and time. Of course I'm using a fake name because I'm worried about my privacy. You keep harassing your clients and the way you replied to this review shows that. All the 5 star reviews are fake, they're all from India. Your work is not done in the USA 10000%

The experience with this company has been a nightmare!

We were quoted 7 months for completion . Our app was delayed 8 months and STILL incomplete. When we contacted them regarding the issues, they responded that they would get back to us. Now that they have gotten back to us, we have a new project manager which is accessible but just basically a go-in-between for the developer. The new project manager doesn't keep track of the issues and report progress back to us each week. For example, we had a test subscription and did not receive the $. We asked the project manager to provide a basic cloud architecture drawing and it did NOT include payment processing. Still 3 weeks later, he still hasn't told us where the $ for the subscription is.

This company has a google voice phone line, a Nashville , TN address but employees are spread out. My advice to you is DON'T. Save your money and most valuable asset, time because they will waste your money and your time!.

SEG Universe goes above and beyond to make sure your vision translates to your app. They are very ethical and made me feel comfortable from day one.

I ve always been extremely picky with my work.. as an artist I m very meticulous on how i choose to go about things & after a ton of research I found SEG universe, After weeks of some minor setbacks, not only did they accommodate to my financial situation..They also motivated me to keep going.. It s bigger than just building an app or website, these guys care! And their quality of work speaks for itself.. Can t wait to see what we do!!!! #TeamSeg
