Our first experience working with TBF Computing and Breanna King was exceptional. We are a medium sized company providing IT services to a variety of retail companies. Our recycling services were limited until we found TBF and we are pleased that they will find a purpose for the equipment.
TBF helped us recycle a pallet load of desktops, laptops and printers. We were very pleased with the quick response and friendly drivers! Our account manager Jovi gave us some A++ customer service. Big recommend on using this company for your tech recycling needs.
We have used this company twice now, and will continue to use them in the future for our scrapping needs. Tiffany communicates well with us for scheduling the pickup and follow up. To schedule pick up was easy and was very fast (within same week), also, free! We would definitely recommend this service to those that need scrapping services.
Brian and his staff are probably the best place to pick up used servers. The main bulk of their inventory seems to be centered around HP (which I prefer) and some Dell. They do have items other than servers, but that servers seem to be their main focus. Best way to see their inventory is to hit them up on eBay, where their user name is rawko. They do allow for local pickup, but you must call and talk with them before you buy anything. Once you arrange for local pickup, their office can be a little challenging to find. Definitely read the directions on their website CAREFULLY, as it tells you exactly how to find them.
TBF hired me to take photos and notes of an inventory of laptops. They paid me as we agreed upon, on time, were easy to work with, and professional throughout the whole process. I hope to work together with them in the future!

Racist and inconsiderate. The building smells like mold and the receptionist is the type to schedule an interview and cancel it when you show up. They clearly arent a good company to work for or do business with. I also heard they over work their employees and pay close to minimum wage. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Please dont insult my intelligence with your fabricated statistics or your unsympathetic apology. There is obviously a lack of communication in the heart of your establishment. If Laura scheduled me to have an interview with you on Sunday and set it for Tuesday. Then doesnt tell me its canceled until I arrive. That is blatantly unacceptable and highly inconsiderate. Just because you hire a 48% PoC and minorities doesnt mean that the Caucasians that work there dont look down on them. As that is a very common practice here in this hypocratic nation. Great experience, had a large number of servers and equipment and TBF responded promptly and quickly. The pickup was easy and efficient. Definitely would recommend and do business with again.

Quite unprofessional outfit, subcontracted our company to do inventory offsite and then stiffed us on payment. Staff was rude and condescending and confused as the nature of the job they sent us out to.

TBF, Jovi in particular, was extremely helpful and professional when working with us to handle a difficult situation with a loved one's computer shop who had passed away. Jovi worked with our schedule, and she followed up to make sure everything went as planned. I would highly recommend TBF Computing!
The process was handled with efficiency and even with quite a few changes on our end (we kept finding things in rooms we needed to recycle after the initial offer was signed) it went much smoother than expected. The price for their services was also incredibly competitive and depending on what you have to recycle, might end up with significantly reduced out-of-pocket costs compared to other e-waste vendors.
The only hiccup we had in the entire process was that the truck got here a bit early for the pickup! The crew was respectful and speedy.
Would definitely use again.

This is a great outfit. They have always been very accommodating of our pickup needs, and always process our e-cycle materials quickly. We don't always have a consistent schedule of recycling, but TBF has always been attentive and they make sure that when we have a batch ready to go, it gets gone. Working with TBF is so painless. Amanda Ryan calls every six months or so to see if we have some scrap, which we always do, and in a low-key way motivates me to keep our facility cleaned up. All I have to do is wrap a few pallets and put them on the dock. It's too easy.

I have been pleased so far with the quality and service. I did receive to bad laptop batteries but they did in fact replace one of them. I do realize though, that these units are 3 to 5 years old ( EOL). As a professional, I understand this happens and still pleased with the team at TBF in Kennesaw.

Easy to work with and great customer service! They take care of everything once you've packaged up your recylcables, and they even provide a "Certificate Of Data Destruction" at the end of the transaction. Would recycle with them again!
Did a photo gig for them taking pictures of equipment they are going to purchase. They want all these pictures and serial numbers and such but they don't pay you on time. They say 75.00nip front and 75.00 when you are done. I had to pull teeth to get the first payment. Still awaiting my second payment. Stay away from these guys. They buy stuff for pennies on the dollar and then resell it on EBay without doing anything to it.

bad stock , mike from this company sell us , as per invoice promise 17 but came mix size and cables are cut mixed , and u guys can see the way they pack the goods. they dun care . they just want easy money . try it and u will know good luck.
