Been there for family mini vacations several times. We have always had a great experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing, love having the pool and jacuzzi. The price is very affordable

Husband was here for a conference in the conference rooms. Had a great experience and the staff was super helpful.

Overall, pleasantly surprised with condition and amenities of this Best Western. Staff was very helpful, and facility was clean and orderly. Hot and cold breakfast buffet was a big plus. Shuttle service to downtown at a minimal fee was a big plus for my 4 night stay. First night, had issue with noise from nearby industrial area, but moved to an interior room, and balance of stay was excellent. Motel has been remodeled and is very nice inside and out, and based on condition, and amenities, the value can't be beat. Reservations were made through a third party, and I was informed once I was registered at motel that Best Western rewards points we're not offered on third-party reservations. Just an FYI

Wasn't the worst place I stayed. Kind of pricey for the quality. Has conference rooms so it was extremely busy the week I was there. I had a room next to the pool so it was a bit noisy. The workout facility was disappointing as it was advertised as "state-of-the-art". It was 2 ellipticals, 1 treadmill and a universal weight machine. Good customer service.

The front desk staff was rude and not user friendly, ignoring you once you were a customer. Takking on phone in pricate conversation and not willing to get off phone to answer questions. Did not give information or guidance to finding room. Dinning room staff nice but not professional. One gentleman complained about his meal and at no time was there an offer to get him something else or make the tab right. He sent his meal back for not being cooked properly. Afterward I overheard him and his wife talking about her having the same thing as him and that hers had a funny taste as well. Very disappointed in service.

The room is okay, needed updating. The lounge is fine. The dining and breakfast, skip both! Food is terrible! Overall I would not stay here again.

Every employee greeted me! I had to make a room change which was handled with consideration. The issue with this room was immediately worked on as I was changing to another room. The room cleaning was pristine. Breakfast was good. My only suggestions would be room fresheners and inform your front desk employees when the hotel was built.

The room was nice and clean! Modernized decor was a plus! They had a breakfast buffet, which was ok...would have loved more fruit, but the food was good! If i ever go back, I'd stay there again!!

Staying three nights. Over All it s been a good stay! Checkin was easy and the food is good. My only complaint is house keeping. If you leave and want your room cleaned before 3pm be prepared to take the trash out and make the bed your self. We got back to the room around 1pm house cleaning didn t come. When I called the font decks i was told we had to call in the morning if we needed it clean. I asked if they could bring towels and take the trash. They came an hour and half after I called.

As expected. The big benefit is that they take pets which makes this a place I stop at often.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great room and bed. Freeway noise was very loud all night long but the convience of easy on and off was worth it.

A true authentic country feeling at a hotel in the capital city in the heart of the state. What more could you ask for.

Great spacious room with the king size bed. Hotel is a complex of 4 or 5 buildings with a lot to offer. Outdoor pool, enclosed hot tub, restaurant inside the main building, wide variety of food for the complimentary breakfast, a tall tower in the center of the complex that overlooks the entire area the hotel covers. I stayed in a room that was in the building closest to rout 40 and I could not hear the traffic noise at all. Pet friendly with a few. Lots of parking and lots of potential room for vehicles with trailers.

Had an issue with the heater unit having a smell when turned on, was compensated with extra rewards points for the stay. Manager explained that the room was under construction not too long ago to update lights and such. Still a great stay!!!!

If I am ever on Oaklahoma City again I will most definitely be staying here!

Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Only about 100 channels on tv but they make up for it with WiFi.

Everyone was very polite. I was able to check in early without any problems. The room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was also very nice.

This hotel should not even be considered a Best Western Plus it is old doors are facing outside it's filthy I saw a mouse in the dining room area the hotel is very run down and needs a complete remodel

We have stayed twice and have another scheduled. I love the atmosphere, great service and very nice people.

The property was clean enough, but there were lots of little things that made the stay not that pleasant. When I first arrived and was carrying my baggage to my room. There were probably 30 to 35 kids standing around the courtyard that you had to pass through. I had to navigate around all of them. Granted, I understand that this is not in the direct control of the hotel, but it does add to (or take away from) the guest experience. When a hotel has large groups of kids that check in, that is the time to address expectations. In the room, the toilet would barely flush. In the shower, there was about an 1/8" in the shower adjustment between freezing and scalding hot. Two of the lamp plug-ins for the cell phone chargers didn't work. When I went down for breakfast in the morning, there was literally not a table to be found. I ended up having to take my food outside and eat by the pool. The hostesses only words when I arrived were "ticket please". There was no "good morning", no "how are you", no "sorry there aren't any tables available right now". It was more of an attitude of "hand me your ticket and good luck". If you're willing to put up with little things everywhere, it could be an okay stay. I tend to expect a little more in the way of customer service, and quality.

Had a WONDERFUL time!! The girls at the front desk were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK but John was REALLY helpful with water and the extras. They also had a shuttle pick us up and take us the the water park!!! Such a nice staff!!

We stayed three nights and were perfectly pleased with our stay. We travel with our two dogs, and this motel is set up for dogs - lots of poop stations with poop bags and disposal bins available. That is important to us! The room was good, plenty of space, TV set big enough, ice machine handy, and the motel is located near several restaurants. We would stay there again!

Nice will stay again in the future, breakfast was good, they actually used real plates & silverware, not plastic. Real scrambled eggs, not the taco shaped eggs folded with cheese inside.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle to go to water park. We were taken and picked up in a timely fashion. Beds were awesome wanted to sleep all day.

I really wanted to like this one, anywhere that has a restaurant onsite is usually a winner in my book, but we actually didn't eat there during our stay.. From the moment we got there it just wasn't that wonderful- the girls at the front were super nice, but that's about it. Parking was horrible. (By our room at least) We had to park all the way on the other side of the hotel, so I unloaded in the parking lot outside our room.. Which brings me to the next thing I wasn't impressed with. The sidewalks weren't accessible- like in any way. Lol. It was placed right in between cars, no extra room to walk between them, just-right in the middle of a parking strip...(not over to the side where there was a grassy area) and it wasn't flush with the parking lot anyways so whether you had a handicapped person or just luggage you were trying pull, you couldn't access the sidewalk from the parking lot leading up to the rooms... Once we got to the correct room, other things sucked, too. The shower had horrible water pressure, along with changing temps from warm to cold throughout the entire experience. The towels were scratchy, and there wasn't a full length mirror in the entire room.. And I hated the coffee maker, but that's just me, there wasn't anything necessarily wrong with it. I normally stay at Best Westerns, but I probably won't be returning to this one... the fridge worked, and the AC kicked like a champ, but that's about all I can think of that was good during our stay this time. I couldn't even find the stupid ice machine. Sigh.....

People here are rude. We are diamond select members and even to their Website says they have suites
Available they refuse to upgraded us which is supposed to be a perk of staying with Best Western so many nights a year. We ha e stayed here several times in OKC for truck shows etc.. they have a decent pool but their rooms need upgraded and their restaurant/ breakfast is not very good.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Great free full brakfast!! Easy to find, right off of the highway. Free wifi.

Stayed here last July as part of the White Water Bay package. Enjoyed it so much, we just booked a room again for TWO nights for our vacation this summer.

TV did not work properly.
I was moved to another room, with acceptable results.
Staff was very nice.

These are clean cold rooms with cable TV and a pool that was swimmable and the breakfast buffet closes at 10 am I got there just in time and the the ladies helped me and my father. I like how I can park my vehicle infront of my room and I can actually see it. Thank you and I would recommend to anyone for a quick stay.

Spending a week here and couldn't be happier! 1st night we were checked, super late, into a second floor room, because we have an infant, and all the equipment that goes with her, I asked for a 1st floor exterior facing room the next morning. Guest services was happy to switch us. Super polite, friendly staff. Clean, quite rooms. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of options and the staff was so attentive. Love this hotel, would definitely recommend, I know we'll be back!

We were enjoying our stay until the last night when the desk clerk opened our door at 11:15 p.m. and accused us of not having a reservation or the right to stay in that room. Someone screwed up when we checked in on the Saturday and did not enter us in the computer. We had the room keys, the map to the room and the breakfast coupons. I had the email showing that we had indeed paid for the 18th - 20th of May. It scared us and the situation could have been handled earlier and better. Very disappointed, scared and angry and will never stay there again!!!!!!

Very pleased with this best western. Its clean and very inviting. The people are so friendly. The room smelled clean and fresh when we entered. The bed was some what harder then I'm use to but it was still cozy. No spots on the carpet and this place is pet friendly. The breakfast buffet had everything you wanted for breakfast, maybe not the flavor you savor but still delicious and well maintained. The Hostess "patti" (I think was her name) was pleasant and made a point to welcome every guest that came in. She was quick to remove our dirty dishes. Very professional, in my opinion. The pool area was clean and looked so beautiful (to cool to swim) you can tell this place is taking care of with pride! Keep it up and people will return.

Stayed at Best Western Plus Saddleback Inn for Memorial weekend. I booked one night (Saturday) but was possibly planning to stay in OKC for 2 nights. The room was not comfortable at all. AC did not work and it smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Checked out the next day as soon as possible. Checked in to the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Airport (Sunday) down the street. Had a wonderful stay there.

Rooms are not clean an the check-in process was a hassle.

Always clean, always quiet, always friendly, always good food. Always smells nice. Always safe. Not a newer hotel but well maintained. Stayed here every time we visit our grandson since he's been 2yrs and going on 10, about every other month.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in at the Best Western Plus level and the cost was very reasonable. I would stay here again, anytime.

I love this best western. I love the full breakfast which comes with the purchase of the room. They have a huge pool. It's right off the interstate. We got a king size bed. The room was clean. The tv was nice & simple lol. Definitely will go there every time.

The room was dirty. The wall has stains on them and we were told we were the first person ever staying in this newly remodeled room. The tiles in the shower are cracked and what looks like fragments of a bird's nest in the bathroom. The hallway had a rolled-up carpet which may or may not have had a body in it. I add humor to what is a very serious issue and a dark bluish on the name of Best Western. I have stayed with this hotel chain for so long I love the hotel's damn flies and experience I have when I stay with them. This experience has been by far the worst not only with Best Western but the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced. The employees are rude and give wrong information. Before arrival I called a couple times the week before and unemployment looping told me they did not offer upgrades to platinum members. She did not know who told me that but they don't do business like that here. After I spoke to a manager name Pat he assured me that they do and that I would be actually staying in a room that they had just remodeled and would be the first guest. The day of my arrival the office staff asked me for a cash deposit in addition to my payment I asked the employee if that was because it was a sketchy area. I was not being offensive I literally seen a lot of dangerous looking people hanging around the hotel. As we have traveled far and could not read bookIt made traveling to this destination difficult. When I said that a man came around and said this hotel is not sketchy and asked me if I had any other issues. I found out he has the general manager for this location his name is Mr. Yeager. If I had known what we were facing I would have definitely stayed at a different Best Western location for this trip.
I am saddened by this experience. I have never been treated this way at a Best Western. My daughter actually said on the way to the car I don't feel safe around those people. I will not take this experience and use it as a reflection of Best Western. I know better and have stayed with this company for years.

Easy to find, nice rooms, cafeteria and bar was clean. Free games of pool in the bar. Awesome pool and spa. Good internet and TV also restaurants nearby

I gotta say when we checked out this morning the older gentleman at the front desk was so kind and polite. He really made the highlight of our stay at this Best Western Plus. Aside from all that the room and the pool were nice. They also had an open bar (open 4pm - 10pm).

This hotel was very clean, not expensive, with comfortable beds and clean, spacious bathroom. Slightly dated, but overall a great hotel to stay.
Make sure to take a walk up the tower.

Clean hotel. A.C. works too good for me. If you like the cold, your room will get there. Big breakfast. Grill and bar offer food at night, different menus, and food brought to your room for only $2!!!

I love staying at this property. The staff is top notch and the experience is almost like staying in a resort. The rooms are great, the pool is really nice along with the other amenities.

With a full service restaurant and bar, which is unusual these days. The experience is almost staying at a resort right next to Interstate 40.

The only downside to the place is they cannot figure out how to serve a decent breakfast, You would think with a full service restaurant, they could figure out how to keep eggs and sausage hot, not tepid. But I don't stay somewhere because of the breakfast, so that is a minor point.

The always have good prices on the weekend, and it is close to many of the things I like to do in OKC, So I will be back. SOONER, I hope.
