I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this dealership. Jose was super helpful and patient with me since I had never even rode a Harley so I didn't know anything about the different models or trim levels but he answered all my questions and helped me choose a bike to fit my riding style and the features I wanted. Jose and Dustin worked super hard and managed to get the financing approved even though it took about a week and a lot of negotiating on the down payment and monthly payments. Ok course it would have been easier if my credit wasn't as bad as it is but they never stopped trying. And for the first time ever buying a bike or vehicle they never once lied to me or pressured me into making the deal happen. So I would recommend going to see Texas Harley next time your bike shopping. Because everyone of the employees I talked to was very friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure you get taken care of

3rd largest Harley Davidson in the country. Amazing selection inside and out. Have been to quite a few Harley Davidson's across the country and I do have to say they have way to many sales reps working. Must have been badgered by at least 15 different people. To the point of wanting to leave. Whether we were in the clothing section to outside on the motorcycles. Amazing spot but left cause of sales reps.

Needed a couple of nits for my exhaust got right in and right out. Thanks guys!!

Up front, I am a fit specialist at Adam Smith's Texas Harley Davidson.
That being said, this is hands down the coolest, happiest, friendliest place I've ever worked. The way the staff, as well as our customers are treated, is amazing. Everyone smiles, everyone hi fives, all the time. I felt as if I were part of the family from day one, and I soon learned that EVERYONE is accepted at Adam Smith's from the moment they walk through the door. I've never been anywhere that I hoped to still be in twenty years... until now.

It is my first time visiting this dealership but my experience today was awesome! Brad provided great customer service and I had a great experience at the dealership overall. Brad took the time to answer all my questions and was patient as I looked around at multiple bikes to see which bike was the best fit for me. Everyone was friendly and informative that I spoke to today which made things incredibly easy. In light of my experience today I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Attention consumers I must say Ron in the service department is one of the best and someone who puts the consumer thoughts into into perspective. Texas Harley is a very nice facility, huge selection of....Everything! I went in to the service department and was treated great, advisors are cool to deal with and take care of you, prices are very good for a dealer. I even asked if they would do me a favor and send something to me and a day later I had it.....now that s Service!

Sales is pretty good as well, I was just looking and they really have all the models and colors, I was surprised, place is huge. Go see Alexis if you want to buy a bike, she tried so hard to help me and it was appreciated but I love my bike and wasn t ready yet. I will be back to buy one from them, either new or a few years old since they do have some nice deals going.

Texas Harley deserves my very rare 5 star review. As a new rider I was very nervous and uneasy about the whole thing (everything). I have received SO much help from every department.

Ethan and Sean (sales) have both seen me in that dealership too many times to count but I could not have been more comfortable with anyone else. Ethan made sure I knew all of my options for purchase and explained the benefits of each bike so I could make a well educated decision. After taking my bike home Ethan (remembering I was a brand new rider) reached out to me to make sure I made it home safely. It was very late when we picked up the bike so a simple message like that meant a ton to me. Sean was very friendly and easy to talk to about finance. Every time I had doubt about something he was sure to pull me off the ledge! Alex (apparel) has helped me several times. From buying my first helmet to gearing up for the winter - she has been there. Last but not least - Chris (parts) was there when I fell off of my bike in the parking lot for the first time (so embarassing). He came out of nowhere and helped me up and picked my bike back up when I couldn't. He has helped me find the best way to protect my bike from low speed crashes by educating me about crash bars and shorter shocks (since I'm so short). He has also helped me feel less embarrassed by telling me his own stories LOL.
Management - RECOGNIZE THESE PEOPLE.

I have NEVER gotten so much needed attention from a dealership in my life and I've had TOO many vehicles for being 27. Again, this is a well deserved 5 star rating that does not come easy from me. Getting what you want being a young woman from a dealership is hard but obtainable. Getting what you want and feeling comfortable knowing they are not out to screw you is what I got from Texas Harley. As long as I am riding a motorcycle I will be a customer of theirs.

Very nice facility, they also stock some third party aftermarket parts like floor boards and foot pegs which is cool. It's nice to see aftermarket parts in stock at a dealer. Not everyone wants only aftermarket parts made by Harley.

This is an incredible dealership with hundreds of bikes displayed in multiple configurations.

Thursday Night Bike Night on 06/23, was great time. Super friendly staff, good food and Music. If you have not been there it is an excellent facility.

World Class! I have been working a ton lately and Sundays have been the only day that I have to catch up - In need of State Inspection to obtain Registration for Scooter - knowing that Texas HD is open on Sundays - I called to schedule appointment for State Inspection but learned State Inspector not available - I shared with Service Advisor Robert Klein it was my only day available - he said he would call me back and see if he could make something happen! He called back and Boy he got it done!!! Reached out to one of his Team Members who was off and lived an hour away - agreed to come in and HBO "Help Brother Out" came in received Truly exceptional Service getting the State Inspection done! We also did routine maintenance and while waiting enjoyed doing a little extra shopping - everyone encountered was professional & fun ( In and Out in timely manner! A huge thanks out to Robert and please share this with the Tech that came in on his day off! Will be back and will recommend! #mad Making A Difference - Texas Harley!

Thanks to the professional business team at Texas Harley, amazing ability to succeed on deals with each customer. I left this place with a brand new bike, I never thought it would be that easy.

Service department is awful. First visit was for a 10k service on the bike I bought before moving to the DFW area. When I picked the bike up, the seat bolts were missing. Service guy said he is sure they put them back on... I guess they think I just took them off and hid them while I was standing there? Second visit for a TX inspection... nobody there to do it, was told to come back the next day and they d be there till 7pm. Get there at 5:30pm the next day and was told the tech was gone for the day. Finally on the third attempt, get the inspection and wait in plain site of the counter for 40 mins... never had the courtesy to tell me it had been completed in the first ten minutes I was there. Won t be back, not impressed with the lack of basic customer service.

If you are looking for an all round BEST HD store, I dont believe you will find better. Great selection and knowledge enough for all

This was a very nice experience. As always love going to any Harley shop! Looking at all of the awesome brand new Harleys... Just wow. We checked out helmets.. In love with a couple that's for sure! The staff... They're exceptional. Met a few and had actual personal conversations. You just don't get that everywhere you go!

I went in today to look at a Sportster, I didn t know a whole lot so just kind of browsing through to think about what I might want to get next. One of the guys that works there, Sean, was sooooo helpful. Not just did we have a great conversation about the bikes but he treated me very respectfully and taught me a lot. Being a female, sometimes it s just assumed we don t know anything about bikes but seriously, Sean was just so great and easy to talk to and I 100% recommend anyone go and talk to him!

What GREAT service I had with Ashley specifically and Chloe in retail today.
My fitting and choice selection for a helmet was made so much better with the attention given by Ashley to get the right fit while listening to my needs.
Excellent and I will tell others and be back for more great service standards.

Got me a 2018 Road King these guys are great after after being treated like a scrub at Longhorn went to Texas Harley after my friends told me about them I thought it was too good to be true but these guys are awesome these guys jump backwards through hoops to make you happy from the parts team to the service team the girls in the clothes department Texas Harley-Davidson that's where you need to be

Everyone at Texas Harley are very friendly and accommodating. The guys at service rock. Freddy, Bear, and the girls at clothing are knowledgeable. The GM transmitted a good vibe and made the purchase happen. Overall everyone is great at customer service. I definitely recommend this place and I will, and have been, coming back since the purchase of my first motorcycle there.

Customer Service is horrible. Bought a bike from the 5 months ago. The first month of ownership I couldn t ride the bike because they overfilled the oil. Every time I rode it the bike would slobber oil out the breather all over me and the bike. Took over a month to get that worked out. Now it s been 5 months since buying the bike and still have no tags. No one knows where the paperwork is for them and every time I try to call they act like it s the first time they ve heard about it and have to do some looking into it. Then they never call back and have to start the process over. I m tired of dealing with them. I m fixing to park this p.o.s. At there front door and go buy an Indian...

I am taking my money and business elsewhere. There are some good people at this dealership; however, the bad and dishonest ones who are only after commission make it very bad. I've purchased 3 bikes from Texas HD including the latest, a 2016 Street Glide CVO. The bike is great but the dealings I had afterwards with the paperwork has forced me to go elsewhere. Hostility and anger isn't what makes a long time customer return, it forces that customer to leave which is what I'm doing. I'm very disappointed in the person who caused this. Lies won't keep business coming in, it's only going to hurt. Bring back some of the people from the past. This dealership used to be enjoyable to visit. Now it's all about selling extras for commission. I was threatened with physical violence by one employee (finance manager) and I'm sure as hell not going to put myself at risk because of the instability of another. What's worse is no one from the dealership cares. Commissions received and zero follow up or concern for the safety of the customer. Avoid this place at all cost. This is a huge disappointment after all the years I purchased only from Texas Harley. So much for customer loyalty. I guess that only holds true when you spend money there. It's very sad that after years of loyalty on my part, I'm discarded and ignored by management for something I had no control over. I guess it's alright for employees to threaten customers and get away with it. Nothing like being abandoned by a dealership you've supported for years based on the lies of another. Thanks a lot guys. Great job.

Big kudos to Lauren in service. Spoke to Lauren over the phone last week she was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She recommended a couple upgrade options and gave estimates of time and cost. Came in for the service and upgrade today, I was immediately greeted by Lauren and she had me on the rode with the exact cost and time she had estimated over the phone. Great customer service!!

I usually don t do reviews but I was highly impressed by the customer service I have received when at Texas Harley. One person sticks out in particular and that is Ashley Balder aka Princess. She spent time walking around the store with me and helping me look for items for myself and also helped give me gift ideas for upcoming presents I need to buy. Will definitely be back in to see her and buy more things.

Becca and sale manager Chad is bad deal. Pull my credit and try to push to a new bike and end up just hurting my credit. I would never go there again.

I got my first motorcycle in United States. Just bought a fourty eight 2 days ago. It was amazing experience. They have a great staff, had fun talking to brandon, kimberly and bear. They answered all my question. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are thinking to purchase a bike or even thinking about it.

Bought my 1st out of 9 Harley at Adam Smith's dealership in 2010 but wow! The new dealership is huge! Live in Cali now but Riverside or any other dealerships need to visit and benchmark what a HD dealership should look like. Its bigger than Las Vegas Harley.

This place is HUGE!!! They have bike night every Friday and lots of fun events throughout the year. If you're in the market for a motorcycle this is the place to be!

I recently moved to the DFW area from SD and was looking for a new shop to call home. I visited many dealerships in the area and Adam Smith's is the only one that made me feel not only welcome but like I was part of the family. Then they were kind enough to offer me a position on their team.

Really poor experience trying to purchase a motorcycle. Deeply disappointed in the flakiness. Told them what I needed three times very plainly. They flaked and caught amnesia everytime I talked on the phone. Call around to other dealers outside of the metro - you will save alot of hassle.

I had ordered several parts for my bike and they arrived as promised. I was notified when the parts were there and was able to pick them up without any confusion. Even though there were several people involved in the transaction, everything went smoothly. I am continually impressed by the positive attitude and willingness to offer advice by the people in this department. They are top notch in my opinion.

They lied about the bike I wanted having available ABS, so they could make a quick sale. I went to American Eagle HD and bought the bike I wanted with the options I wanted.
