The stay was alright. Food at breakfast was pretty good and they had fruits too!
Coffee was so-so.
More annoyingly, never ask for rooms by the pool. Bunch of high school kids were playing so hard and chasing each other so much it became very disruptive and annoying. We were given the room right next to them too!

Very nice friendly staff comma clean and very comfortable rooms with excellent high speed internet at a very reasonable price. And excellent value. A very nice breakfast buffet. Centrally located close to many very nice restaurants for dinner as well as having an in-house restaurant.

Driving cross country with my husband and young ch...

Driving cross country with my husband and young children, and needed a place to stay for the night. We had the two queen suite on the third floor. Overall, the experience was very nice. The ceilings are vaulted in that room, which made it seem bigger and there is a wall separating the living room area from the bed area. I would have preferred a completely separate room for the beds, but this was much better than some of the other "suites" we stayed at in other hotels on our trip. Overall, it felt fairly private between the two spaces. The room was very clean and relaxing. The pool was great, but got a little crowded in the evening with people cuddled up in the hot tub, as well. It's seemed like a lot of locals go to this hotel on the weekends, as the clientele we saw were mostly younger couples and groups of twenty something friends. We were there on a Saturday night, so that might be why. Anyway, we had a great stay and it was quiet and comfortable! There are lots of ice machines and vending, which I really appreciated. My husband spoke to the man working the front desk that night, and my husband said he was the nicest, sweetest, most hospitable person ever. The man working at the front desk really impressed my husband with how kind he was! One small problem I noticed is that on the third floor, the balcony railings do not go down to the ground, and I was worried my toddler could fall through the opening. So that made me nervous. I didn't let him walk outside the room unless we were on the first floor. If you have a baby, toddler, or very small child, you might want to book a room on the first floor. Overall, very pleased with this hotel stay and would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Oklahoma City. We really loved our visit in Oklahoma City and this place was one of the big reasons why!!

This place is amazing .Being a truck driver and avid traveler I have stayed at many hotels. This is by far the cleanest Best Western Ive stayed in. I am very impressed with the service. I had to get a special room because I have my dog and I had some concerns about it smelling like previous animals. Surprisingly it didn't smell at all and wasn't destroyed in any way. Tina, Hannah, Suzanne, and Richard(The driver) have been extremely helpful and professional. They even gave us some coupons for their buffet. The lobby area is so inviting. It's decorated nicely and it's very organized. It's almost like a cozy living room. They have a sports bar and grill that looks to get quite live. They also offer a shuttle that will take you up to 4 miles out which is very convenient. Walmart, Burger King, Ihop, Dollar tree, Verizon, Ross and much much are only a mile away. The downtown area is not far away and we found a huge farmers market. The maintenance crew is very attentive and they respond right away. There is a bad winter storm and they have been out since 9am shoveling and salting the walking areas for safety. They are a non-smoking hotel but they do have smoking areas and designated areas for dogs with dog stations which is really thoughtful of them. They even have a heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. If I happen to be in Oklahoma City again I will definitely try them out.

The hotel is a motel. All rooms are entered from the outside. The place was decent with an ok price, but my bed was too small. I reserved two queens and got two doubles I think. It s not like I paid less for a smaller bed. The pool, sauna, and hot tub felt great but I couldn t find pool towels. I staff was friendly but the breakfast buffet was backed up and I seemed like an inconvenience to them when I asked for silverware that wasn t at the buffet or when I asked for more orange juice to be put in the containers so I could fill my glass. I get being busy, but some of them were borderline rude in the food service area. They were nice enough to extend my checkout to 2pm, but they don t take cash for check in so be careful of that. They were just ok; nothing to brag or complain too much about. It was more inconvenient and annoying than bad.

The Saddleback Hotel and Conference Center in Oklahoma City was great.
The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the decor of the Hotel was pleasing. My only regret is not having more time to stay there.

Was staying overnight for the OKC memorial. Reason was staying was because they said a shuttle would be going from this location to the the start although finding out it didn't. Had a room with on King size bed. The air conditioning was very mediocre, fan stayed on but had no thermostat setting. It was an OK stay. Would find somewhere else next time.

Called ahead. Talked to Pat the GM. Told him we were on the road and would be at his hotel by 11 am. We were told that they would be ready for us. Its now 2 hours later and we still don't have a room. Very poor customer service. I will go out of my way to never stay here again

The room was clean and smelled fresh. They had a good hot breakfast which was served by two very friendly staff members. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful. It is pet friendly and only cost $20 for our dog.

Dog friendly, great breakfast, pleasant staff. Avoid west-facing rooms in the summer as the sun heats those rooms all afternoon and evening. Room A/C struggles to cool.

A great stay that put Best Western back on my lodging list.

Great people and breakfast!

Great people and breakfast!
Spacious, clean rooms.
Good sized pool surrounded by rooms not cars. Far enough from freeway to not be bothered by traffic noise.

We came with a large group to work a show. The worst was that two rooms had bed bugs. One person caught it before they stayed and the other unfortunately got a lot of bites. After informing the motel the best they did was offer a new room. No discount no dry cleaning of clothes nada. The second worse thing was the gym is completely non-functional after advertising a state of the art fitness facility. No ac, no free weights, a broken cable machine, no water and a treadmill that rattled. After asking the manager to have it fixed or get us passes to a local gym he simply stated oh yes we are moving out gym soon so we won't be fixing it. And would not pay for a local gym pass. This place is a s**t hole

I certainly don't dislike this hotel. In general they are efficient and professional but the moment you need something, oh my good it's the end of the world to these people. Found a rat in my room and the maintenance guy huffed and puffed the whole time. Need a new room key? They need every form of ID you can find and pack your bags because you're going on a guilt trip. I lost over $150 worth of electronics in that room, and I know I left those items inside the room. But like I said, beyond that it's fine. If you like showers that don't drain.

My husband and I booked here after having a laptop stolen at a 4 star hotel. This place was less than half the cost and we got a bigger room with a refrigerator and microwave, the pool was bigger, and the breakfast was better. I loved the fact that they change up the breakfast a little every day so we didnt get bored with it for our weeklong stay.

Really nice hotel in Oklahoma City. A bit too big, a bit pitted on the outside but really great inside. Room very spacious, lounge area and beds separated, very comfortable and complete, nothing to complain about about the room. Pool good and spacious. Breakfast good is very good. Restaurant and general areas cool. Saddleback.

Real nice hotel. Outside a little bit used and some work todo. But inside rooms perfect. Plenty of space, all inside you need. Pool area good. Restaurant and breakfast really okay. Friendly hotel staff.
