It's a little bit of older decor, but it works well. I have enjoyed all of my stays here.

Quiet location, very courteous service, very clean.

Second time staying here. Staff was professional and knew their jobs well. Very helpful. Pool & sauna were wonderful. We enjoyed both. Breakfast was great! Presented well, good choices, something for everyone. Ate dinner once in the restaurant. Poor waitress was doing everything thing it seemed. She did her best & never complained. We applauded her efforts! We had a suite and it was most comfortable.

The company we are working for unfortunately booked this hotel. In less than 24 hours, we killed 15 roaches. 15! I have photos, as well. If you want to feel like the National Geographic photographer for cockroaches, then this is the place for you. This is the worst best western I have ever been to.

OVER CHARGED $100 AFTER CHECKING IN!! the pool was closed without being told ahead of time (On weekends). ROOM SMELLED OF CIGARETTE. Got scammed at the bar $50. Management didn t seem to be surprised nor did he show he cared at all. Rude service at the restaurant. Not enough seating for breakfast. Rooms are hard to find. Hard to find parking.<br/>stoped here for the night with reservations. Four people in front of me with only one person checking people in. The lady at the front desk was really nice. was kinda hard to find the room , there isn t any kind of map or directions that they give. Our room smelled of cigarettes. The pool is closed on the weekends and it doesn t say that on line nor any where else besides the entrance to the pool. Went to the bar to play some pool and have a couple drinks, there was only one employee and she SCAMED US!!! <br/>We had dinner at the restaurant and the waitress was super short. It was 10:04 and she cane up to our table waited over my shoulder for my payment. came back stood over the table some more and said very rudely <br/> WERE CLOSED 10:04 PEOPLE!!!!!! I get that you close at 10 but it s your just going to kick people out at 10:00 MAYBE STOP SERVING AT 9 OR MAYBE 8:30??

The lobby was attractive. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable.

I have stayed at this Saddleback twice for dog shows with my two Golden Retrievers. We were put both times on the ground floor with plenty of grass right out the door! So convenient!
This time a couple of flies snuck into the room, and I couldn't swat them. I called the front desk and they sent a very nice maintenance man who brought a towel with him and swatted the flies for me! What great customer service! Housekeeping was wonderful! The whole place is very nice and kept very clean. I will definitely be staying there again!

Nice rooms, very friendly staff. They have a restaurant that serves a decent meal. I had the steak, and it was surprisingly good. Cooked the way I like, tender, served with baked potato and a side of vegetables and a generous salad. There is a bar to relax at and have few drinks. The breakfast buffet is much more than you would expect. Definitely not your typical "continental breakfast".

The room appearance was nice but there were issues with bugs and wet carpet from rain. This was my least favorite stay out of our roadtrip

Nice place. Good location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Good food. Easy access to vending and ice macines. The night staff in the restaurant, I forgot her name, was informative and helpful. She let me know about room service and I utilized it. Room service was fast, efficient and the food was excellent. I definitely would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

The room was large, clean and nice. Nice buffet breakfast. NO bed bugs. (I always check as soon as I arrive at a hotel lol) The surrounding area is a little bit questionable which made me uncomfortable. For example, the law office across the street has a fenced and gated parking lot. (the fact that the hotel rooms have outside entrances didn't make me feel any better .)

I was just staying in the room for the night with some friends. The room was ok and the breakfast was meh, but it came with the room and it was a decent price.

This was a nice beat western. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty. I also felt safe leaving my car in the parking lot here.

We were on a long moving expedition from Indiana to New Mexico, 26 foot truck and geriatric pug with a broken leg included. We looked for pet friendly motels and Best Western was the best of the four nights. The staff was super friendly to my dog, and super friendly with suggestions about parking the truck. I particularly liked the fact that the pet rooms had a door with grass right outside, as my dog isn't permitted to walk much and it made things so much easier!

Nice hotel with a restaurant and bar. It is also reasonably close to a number of other restaurants.

Not a bad place, but I specifically chose this hotel for the pool... and unbeknownst to me, it is closed until noon on Mondays. I did call to verify that the pool was still open for the season, and gave my dates. Wish someone would have told me.

Room was a little musty smelling and the road noise is very loud. The pillows are TERRIBLE!

Pet friendly room you pay extra for, money should be used to keep the carpets extra clean and the room smelling fresh. When you open the door it should not smell like the last dog that had been in the room. The service was friendly and helpful even at 1 am. They also still provided a continental breakfast to go.

Easy to find right off the 40. Customer service was great. Room was nice, quiet and very clean. Plenty of parking. Only complaints are that the bed was a little stiff and the sheets were a little scratchy but definitely not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast buffet included, restaurant and room service.

In a industrial area. Rooms open to outside, very noisy. Room OK used to be a smoking room, drapes need cleaned smell of stale cigarette smoke. The u lot for larger vehicles, or with trailer not big enough.

A little pricey for the location but room was clean and serviceable. Overall would stay there again.

Room was nice. Really nice. Sheets and bed smelled nice and the shower was great. Loved the soap. The whole set up was fantastic. Only issue we had was the air wouldn t stay in and the tv broke.

Pretty old facility, needs alot of work inside & outside. Took a shower, pulled curtain on both ends, had water 12" out from tub 1/4" deep. There was alot of noise from trains, cars & trucks. Toilet is 2" shorter than handicap requirements. We got free breakfast but had to pay for dinner. The fried chicken at dinner was still frozen inside, only the outside cooked. They did not defrost. Was not impressed and wonder they got the Veterans Contract over Staybridge Inn & Suites? Staybridge provides all meals free.

Great place to stay. Clean and reasonable. The bar was great and was able to order from the dinner menu there. Food was great and the bar associate was friendly. She had a Great personality. Breakfast was wonderful. Eggs were better than most places we have stopped.

Both the ladies at the front desk at 3 p.m. check-in were super duper helpful friendly gave us anything we needed so accommodating I'll definitely be back and the bartender super sweet she gave us everything we need no complaints although I went there for the heated pool and they assured me it's heated outdoor pool

Terrible experience! I have a feeling a lot of the good reviews are from staff. Upon arriving to our room we instantly noticed an aweful odor, (human urine and cigarettes). My husband wanted to ask for a new room, but it was late and we are vacationing with children. We should have left then! The odor got worse once we turned the ac down, and was burning my nose and making us feel sick. You could also see where a dog had been left alone inside because the bathroom door was scratched up and broken. Probably part of the urine odor also. Dogs should only be allowed if they are kept in a crate, yuck!
The towels and bedding were cheap and scratchy. Also, my kids look forward to swimming while on vacation and the pool was locked at 10am, (suppose to be open at 7am). I asked an employee outside if he could unlock it, he smirked sarcastically and said he didn't have a key. Then I went to the front desk, lady said someone would come unlock it, 15 minutes later and still no one showed up. It was locked with padlocks, not a room key.
The only plus to our stay was the nice breakfast hostess.

I love this place! My room was large and clean and included a fridge and microwave along with the standard amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Lighting was convenient and adequate. There was a great selection of TV channels. The AC kept the room comfortable and was easy to adjust. Exterior entrance to the rooms made parking convenient. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was offered in the dining area, so there was lots of seating available. Staff collected the breakfast tickets we received at check in. Food was hot and there was a good selection. No waffles or pancakes tho. Great place to stay!!

We just wanted a 1 night staycation and chose a place close to our home. Could not have been more satisfied, this place is beautiful! You feel like your miles away from the city while being right off of I40. The room was super clean and so comfy! Pool was amazing and the food and staff were the cherry on top. If you are wanting to get away for a night or 2 or traveling with business you will not go wrong with this facility. This is definitely our choice for our mini get aways!

Hotel was clean & nicely decorated. The breakfast was mediocre.....gravy, eggs, apple juice were watered down. There was a sign posted about the dress policy in the restaurant and the employees did not enforce it. It stated proper attire was acquired in the restaurant and there were people barefoot and shirtless (males). The hot tub was dirty. The pool area needed a laundry pick-up....the bin for used towels was overflowing at 9am.

The motel itself is nice, modern, has a restaurant on site, and good breakfast choices. There are two stories, some inside the motel, some with outside corridors. There are both stairs and elevators, but your walk from an elevator to an outside room might be long. If mobility is a problem for you, ask for an 'inside' room. Nice pool area, which we did not use, but it's private, surrounded by the building, so not visible from the parking lot. Tickets are issued for breakfast by the desk at check-in. Internet is good, nice linens, hot water with good pressure for shower. There was an event happening at the Fairgrounds (about 2 miles away), so parking was tight when we were there. Again, this could be a problem if you have limited mobility, you will have to walk!! The signs indicating room numbers could be more visible, we practically needed a GPS to find our room, as the facility is large, and since we could not park "at the door"...we had to walk quite a way to find our room, especially if we were out in the evening and could not park near "our" stairs." Pets were allowed for our stay, as there was a big dog show going on at the Fairgrounds. Pickup bags and disposal receptacles were available for those ex'ing their dogs. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

We had a mix up at check in and the staff was very apologetic and accommodating about it. The room was extremely convenient and clean. Pets are allowed and they even got little treat bags! Great location too. There is a large property to explore with a nice pool. It's safe and there are security cameras everywhere. We really hope to stay here again on our way through OKC.

Weve stayed here every summer for the past 4 years. Weve always paid the same deposit in cash. Went to check in this year wnd the deposit was 150 MORE, after having specifically asked during my booking call if it was still $100 and being told it was. And we were forced to go to Walmart twice bc the lady checking us in didnt know what she was doing and kept giving us wrong info about the card we were trying to use. Took us 2 hours to get checked in.

Clean and sturdy room with a comfy bed. Couldn't hear anything at night although the front door could use better sealing. Friendly staff and an amazing breakfast buffet included. Stayed here one night and would stay again.

Good location and theme park package deal. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast could be improved and pool is very cold (too cold even in 94F weather) but not reasons I wouldn t stay again.

Nice hotel, not new or fancy. Hotel is always clean and comfortable. We get an executive king room. Has 2 rooms, each with their own TV. Free breakfast is very good:. Bacon, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy as well as bagels, cereal, muffins, yogurt and fruit!!

Nice Hotel, wish they had more stairs to access the outside rooms, but we managed.

Reception staff not welcoming, seemed a chore to serve & didn't seem to know the lay out of the hotel sent in different directions to the room AND ended up back in reception area.

We had a great room ,very clean and had s hot breakfast which was carefully served by two very caring young ladies.

Would give lower star rating, but they were kind and took care of my issues (kinda slowly).
When I got to my room the toilet was already clogged, and it took an hour to get fixed. Then I noticed the room was not cooling off, because it wasn t turned on before I got there. Three hours later (already dark) and I m having to switch rooms and move to another building. Having already unpacked, this was very frustrating.

Stayed there quiet often when my kids showed animals through. The years. I stayed there a few weeks ago when my mom. Had surg and as always we had a nice clean room the pool was really nice and clean. Never a complaint!!!!!

Hotel was adequate. Having adult entertainment at both of the entrances was a bit off putting to me.

Clean rooms and hotel. Breakfast buffet offered more than most hotels that are of equivalent ratings (biscuits, gravy, sausage, bacon, eggs, and more). Front desk staff was very hospitable and told us of some of the good local restaurants in the area and printed off directions on how to get there. Great location off of I-40 and a 5 minute drive from the outlet mall, multiple eateries, water park, etc. No complaints whatsoever!

They wanted to much info on the vehicle and a bit pricey. 20 bucks for salad and 3 slider burgers . pricey !!

Overall clean and comfortable although the bathroom fan is loud and the TV remote works poorly (they did replace it). I have stayed here before, it's a good value for the area. They will preauthorize your card for more than the room rate (approximately 20% it appears). Tom at the front desk was great. Airport shuttle is a nice feature.

Dog friendly area is great! Nice clean rooms and the staff are all amazing and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our family of 7. Also the included breakfast is very good! Was not expecting that nice of a breakfast buffet for the price of our stay. Crispy real bacon, scrambled eggs, salsa, biscuits and gravy!!
