Nice place a little on noisy side but it is next to the highway. The room was clean and nice the staff was helpful and nice to talk to. The ladies that do the breakfast in the morning are extremely nice and helpful. Nice place.
This is a great place for a clean, safe and enjoyable night. I was traveling with my family of 5 and it was so nice to have a good nights sleep.

Very friendly staff. Hotel needs major renovation. Room was clean and grounds, pool were nice. My main concern with the hotel was the air conditioner unit... It had that musty old smell. Every item on the breakfast buffet was cold except the scrambled eggs. Mind you we arrived to eat a half hour before it was ending but I still expect selection and hot food.

Great customer service, over the top in the lounge and restaurant!! Husband stays here often and if there is ever an issue, they try and resolve it quickly. Breakfast is pretty good, sometimes the eggs are a bit under done, but that's just a preference. Rooms are clean and comfy!

Loved this place! Our room was huge & very clean. We had some drinks at the bar. Bartender was very friendly, we had a great time. Bar is open to the pool area. Would stay here again. Breakfast was great too.
Very nice hotel and the design with all the wood and cabin feel is great! Great breakfast in the morning which is included and nice to have a bar/lounge in the hotel to relax after long work day. Outside is kept up very nice as well.
The actual area of the motel is not safe. However, this is kinda tucked away in the back. We really mostly stayed here for price and pool area. The price was good through trip advisor. The sauna wasn't working. The hot tub is tiny! The pool isn't big enough for all the people that were in it. It was so crowded. The first room we got smelled like a cat. So we switched. The second room had smashed poop in the carpet. Yuck. Someone came and cleaned it up and were apologetic. They also put a authorization on my CC. They said they will take it off.

The breakfast buffet is very nice. Staff was friendly. They supply organic soaps and shampoos which are wonderful. It has a laundry facility, plenty of snack and soda machines, on sight restaurant, workout room, which we never used so can't comment on restaurant or workout room. It's a few.minutes from White Water so that's nice.
My room was neat and clean. Rooms had recently been remodeled and looked fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.
The hotel was clean and spaceious. Bed was comfortable. Had a mini fridge, a large pool. The only thing I wish it had more of would be plug ins. With 4 girls in 1 room there just wasn't enough spots to plug in our phones. Other than that it was great!
Stayed for one night. The room was comfortable and properly supplied with microwave and fridge. The breakfast had a good selection. Everything was kept neat and tidy.

The room was beautiful and the beds were brand new. The pool was so nice the and sauna were amazing. The food was nice and warm and the dining area was spotless.

Stay way clear of The Arizona Grill. the wait staff doesnt want to help when it gets within 20 mins of closing time. 5 people were basically turned away.

If I'm ever shut in OKC again, this is where my wife and I will stay without question. Truck was in the shop at Freightliner for 2.5 days. BW provided a free shuttle, restaurant and bar if that's your thing. Everyone we really with was more than kind and friendly. Good rates, very spacious and clean rooms with a very comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave were clean and in good condition
We had a great stay on Father's day wkend. Beautiful pool and grounds. Clean and comfy room/bed. Cold A/C on 100 degree days. Convenient location to everything. Super friendly staff. Glad we chose Saddleback this time instead of the usual chain hotel we always use. Thanks Saddleback. We'll be back.

Breakfast is great! However, room is dated and not the best neighborhood. Value was very good considering we got Frontier City passes included in price. It's about a 20 minute drive from Frontier City.
If you like staying in a Motel and not a hotel this is the place for you. You can park right in front of your room which can be convenient except for when the guy in the room next to you with the LOUD stinky diesel truck starts it at 5:30 AM!! AND people think it's OK to stand right outside the rooms to talk and smoke!!!
There are large cracks around the door since the Motel appears to be very old, this allows bugs and other creepy crawlers free entrance to your room. I got a couple spider bites during my stay. I was also without AC for a night due to the 1970's thermostat on the wall malfunctioning with no one around to fix it.
The most annoying thing about my stay was that when I checked out I unfortunately left a pair of high $ shoes in the room. I did not realize it until later that day when I checked into the next hotel.When I called BW they said "housekeeping was gone for the day call back tomorrow". Well I did call back and I even went back to the hotel the next day but the shoes had mysteriously disappeared. There is absolutely NO DOUBT that I left the shoes in the room and that they are now on the feet of one of the housekeeper's children.
I was really impressed with this Hotel. For the age and location I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. There landscaping was really well maintained. The building was clean and the rooms were really nicely remodeled and a southwest motif. We loved the pool courtyard area. Shaded places, nice chairs, a bar, vending machines, pretty trees, and a clean pool. I highly recommend if your in this area for a horse show or anything.
Stayed here as a soldier in between flights. Very military friendly. Good food and comfy beds.
This is an older style of hotel, but significant investment has been made to keep the amenities current and clean. Very busy hotel with a great restaurant. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Great location. We would definitely recommend.
Great best Western! Staff is quick and super friendly. Location is perfect- your close to everything you could need. Restaurants are wonderful and so close. The bar restaurant and pool areas are great. Food, drinks and seating areas comfortable. Dog friendly - we had no problems taking our dog for walks and to just relax with us. We will be back- on my favorites list. Thank to best Western plus saddleback!!

We have stayed twice here. Both times it has been exceptional in service and cleanliness! We will not stay anywhere else when we come to OKC. You can t beat the price for what you get here. The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal (chicken fried steak and fried pickled okra was soooo good!).

Pleasantly surprised by the room, breakfast and service. First time at a Best Western Plus, and definitely not the last for a price like this. Incredible value and completely wowed by our stay! Sadly, the fitness center was locked, but management told us this will be fixed shortly.

This place is extremely clean, which is the most important thing to me! Inside the lobby is a nice restaurant and even a separate bar as well. Plenty of parking and the staff in each business was very nice. Plus it's just minutes from the outlet mall, many other places to shop, and almost every name of places to eat. Great value for $180 a night!
try not to get an outside room they are cold and drafty and the room never gets warm I had to clean out the heat vents as they we covered it black dust and gunk as if they were ever cleaned but breakfast was wonderful just ask for ketchup in advance as now is out was there during the pre new years storms

Best hotel I have stayed in for a good while. I travel 2 weekends a month and will stay here every time I am in OKC. ROOMS clean and had everything I needed. Pool side bar was my favorite spot. Disappointed the hot tub was closed for cleaning on Saturday.
This is a very clean, and extremely nice best western. The staff are amazing. They have everything you need. The shuttle is wonderful. We stayed 3 days 2 nights and the package they have for white water bay, that is a great deal at 25.dollars per person. When at the park, they are 39.99. We are so coming back

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The air conditioning ran for 12 hours and it barely dropped 2 degrees. The manager said it takes two days to really cool down the room. That does a lot of good when it's 90F outside and you are staying one day. The refrigerator also did not work and the "pillows" they give you are barely considered pillows. They are super small, square and flat ad a board. I would find somewhere else to stay.
Very nice. Close to the Interstate but we weren't disturbed by it at all. The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The people there were great! We'll be back!
The hotel room and staff were great however I cant provide more than 1 star as my truck was broken into and stolen there. They advertise 24 hour surveillance and had no cameras covering the area where I was parked. And had to park far away from my room due to they allowed large trucks to take up multiple parking spots.

Staff was amazing and friendly. It has a bar the drinks were good kinda pricey, food was good, although the selection was very minimal.. Spa wasn't in working order nor was the Sauna. I would stay here again if only for the friendliness of the staff and the bar ....

Incredible hotel. I almost feel guilty for getting such a low rate! My king bed was extremely comfortable, and room seemed to be in brand new condition and very spacious. Shower was nice and high-flow. Also, impeccable job by housekeeping, rooms were very clean and tidy! Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I know Best Western Plus is supposed to be high-end, but this was Plus-Plus!
This is an older property located on 5 acres, so it is spread out a bit. The single track light that comes on when you enter the room I was in, reminded me of Eddie Murphy singing "Roxanne". The room was nice though, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast bar was delicious, and had plenty to offer. Overall, I was pleased with our stay.
