Best Western Saddleback Inn & Suites Review

We have stayed here a number of different times on our way east along I-40 on various different trips. The rooms are always clean, the staff is willing to help in any way they can, and the breakfast buffet is wonderful! A good hotel for not too high a price.

This place need major fixing, the place is huge horizontally, the lobby looks really nice, but the rooms hallway, outside facade looks really old. The breakfast is the only highlight of this place. Sorry I don't like the place.

Every little thing about my stay was amazing from the beginning to the end! The rooms were very nice and clean and all of the staff was so amazing and attentive! No stress stay at all and I appreciate that so much! Means a lot! Thank you!

Newly renovated looks like a great place for conferences.

The facility is old but in good condition. The grounds are beautifully well kept. The room was small but clean. There was a little noise from the neighboring rooms and traffic but we were tired enough to get a good night sleep.

This is a wonderful hotel. Rooms were nice and clean and had plenty of space. Breakfast was excellent! Will definitely come back if traveling through Oklahoma City again!

Love staying in this place they have a awesome breakfast and very friendly staff.

I've been staying here for several years, and it seems to be going down hill. The TV must have changed to Satelite TV because very often it freezes up and glitches out as if there's a heavy rain storm. The tub draines really slow and the toilet runs all the time if you dont go jiggle the handle. Kind of sad, as I have stayed here enough to have platinum status and it seems to be in a slow decline.

Great hotel, with an easy location to navigate to off I40. Gas stations and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Great free breakfast, great staff, and the rooms are spotless and very reasonably price. I travel alot and now after finding this gem of a Motel, the Saddleback Inn. Whenever I am in Oklahoma city this is the place I will always stay!

It is equipped with an outdoor swimming pool and a breakfast buffet. The prices are reasonable and the rooms are clean and updated.

Had a great experience. Our room wasn't quite ready but the lady at the front desk (she was super) found us one close to family still. The room was huge and very clean. My only complaint was the restaurant burnt my food.

Everyone was very helpful. I love the decor of the entire place and love all the pillows on the bed. I have stayed in many motels/hotels over the past 3yrs. And Saddleback was by far the best. I highly recommend this place.

It was ok fir an overnight stay. Very nice people and the breakfast was amazing.

This is an older property located on 5 acres, so it is spread out a bit. The single track light that comes on when you enter the room I was in, reminded me of Eddie Murphy singing "Roxanne". The room was nice though, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast bar was delicious, and had plenty to offer. Overall, I was pleased with our stay.

Great location with easy access to both the airport and fairgrounds. Tons of restaurants nearby and the breakfast offered in the morning is outstanding. For the money you can't beat the Saddleback Inn.

The room was wonderful. I am a truck driver and broke down. They got me in with no issues. The hotel was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I had....there was a gnat issue.

Conference for Bridges out of poverty. Staff and management created fresh baked cookies and brownies for guest. The breakfast buffet was great. If you are ever in the area, stop here for a done in meal.

Arrived late , no reservation, needed a room downstairs and a place to park my offshore fishing ski, they hooked me up and visited with on-site night security who took my info and kept an eye on my rig, which was very much appreciated . Room was very nice and clean as usual , restaurant was open and a late dinner was great ! Very good all around experience and will stay again

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We highly recommend staying here. The choices for the breakfast were fantastic. The rooms vey clean and the service was excellent also. We had trouble with the room safe and when we reported it, they were right there to fix it. We stayed here for 5 nights and will stay here again when in the area

Great location for a road trip with dogs! Rooms have access to green spaces and dog relief stations.

Rooms are spacious (albeit slightly dated) with a microwave and everything you need. Close to lots of restaurants and amenities. Respectful of social-distancing, mask-wearing, and other covid-19 protocols.

Its a great place the property was clean and the staff was very helpful at checking in and out. I definitely recommend this best western if in okc.

Clean, breakfast is decent, staff are so friendly and attentive but the rooms need some maintenance specially the plumbing and the tap water mixers, water was leaking up and down the sink

We have been here almost a month we will leave next week. Staff was always helpful and very friendly. Maintenance was always on it 100 percent if there was an issue. Cleaning staff cleaned our rooms daily and were pleasant to talk to.
Everyone here always had a smile for you .The breakfast staff were wonderful to see in the morning so friendly with good mornings and waiting on you.
Food excellant at all times of serving.
Pool well maintain as was the hot tub and sauna area . Well stocked towels available if out we just asked front desk and they gladly gave us some and had someone restock enjoyed the use of these amenities daily.
Grounds were beautiful here .
My only complaint s are
On the side we were in is no shade door handles were hot to open and it would of been nice to have a bench closer to
our side of hotel there or a sitting area.
And laundry room and fitness room on ground floor area closer to lobby area tou did have the occasional street people sneaking around and going up alone early hours to beat the rush on machines was a little uncomfortable for me

An with staff I only had an issue with a night server you have whose just not friendly at all and a little on the rude side. The rest were so out going with there welcoming smiles an attitude.
Yes neighbor hood sketchy on meridian but this is the best hotel in the area

Was just in one of their conference rooms. It was old and dingy. The hotel needs to be remodeled.

I attended the USATestPrep training for teachers and administrators here. I liked that the hotel was right off the highway and easy to find. The refreshments were nice, and the conference room was great for the presentation. My only complaint was that only one wall had outlets for those who needed to plug their laptops in.

Very friendly customer service. One of the best hotel experiences I've had. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was very good, fresh, homemade food. They also had good complementary breakfast. The room was also very clean and nice.

My stay at this Best Western was exceptional in every way. I was met by friendly welcoming staff even though it was 1am. The room and bathroom were perfectly cleaned. The whole complex was very quiet. The bed and linens were clean and comfy. Everything in the room functioned properly. The breakfast was simply amazing. Free to all guests, freshly prepared, hot, and complete breakfast prepared me for my day. Looking forward to staying here the next time I am in n the area.

VERY dog friendly. Great breakfast and dining area. Excellent staff. Did not compensate enough for three nights( between midnight and 3 a m) when I had to call security for outside yelling and hollering.

Despite being located in the commercial area, it is a respectable structure, with attention to detail, recently built and very clean. Very large rooms. Continental or American breakfast included with a wide selection.
