Room was very clean and spacious for my family with 2 small children. Staff were friendly. Pool was clean and not busy, we were the only ones in there both times we went. Breakfast had a great selection and was good food

I won't stay here again. Service was mediocre not pet friendly even in carriers made us leave our pets in the car during winter. Room was poorly cleaned half the buttons broken on the phone. Etc.

Small conference centre is good for office meetings.

Great hotel, very clean and well-maintained. Very helpful and accommodating staff who were all wonderful. Free breakfast was delicious... waffles and strawberries and whipped cream. Yum!

Excellent choice for a visit to the Abbotsford area. Easy to find and a very nice breakfast. Also a nice restaurant available at the far end of the building.

The place is clean Staff is friendly and the rooms are cheap. Well affordable under $100, free full breakfast in the morning fridge and microwave in the room. For the $$$$$well worth it. Pool and gym on site

Small rooms; little to no variety for suites; 1 Jr suite and 1 presidential suite; unscheduled pool water changes; hot tub is cold for that reason..... Wouldn't recommend this place at all; not for long periods at a time especially. Too date; this is the worst Best Western I've stayed in! "Best Western Minus"

Attended a wedding of a friend and we had a great stay. I had unfortunately forgotten my make up removal wipes and was THRILLED to see one the room, beside the sink. Thank you so much for that.

This hotel has a pricing policy that makes no sense and is bordering on highway robbery. One night was $153 and the second night was double at $308. When I called to inquire I was put through to a voicemail.
The entrance was dirty, the complimentary breakfast so cold it was uneatable.
Staff at check in were good, room was average and the staff cleaning did a good job.

Recently attended a wedding at the Vest Western. The location was very convenient, being right off the highway. The space was clean and the staff was very accommodating

Abbotsford is a good stop for those traveling the Trans Canada Highway and want to avoid the crazy Vancouver traffic (especially in rush hour). The Best Western Plus Regency Inn is an oasis from all of that. It is easily found and offers a quiet and friendly stop. The breakfast included is noteworthy.

Attended a painting party in the conference centre. The space was clean and comfortable. Christmas decorations made it feel homey.

The front desk and room service staff are very friendly and always ready to do what they could to make the guests comfy and feel at home.

Room was huge breakfast was good. Would fo again for sure. Pool was okay no slides but still it was warm in the pool

The hotel is located beside the freeway (highway 1)so there is some highway noise when windows are open . The hotel is nice and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice sized with great free wifi and there is a free breakfast every morning. It's a great hotel!

They gave us a great room. The pool was very nice. And as always the breakfast was great. BW does the best breakfasts.

Rooms were clean and service was nice, except when checking out. We spent 28 nights there as well as had 5 family's come stay there because we were staying there. I asked for 2/3:00pm check out instead of 11 because I have two kids and we had to wait for husband to get off work. They said the best they could do was 12:30. Even though we spent over $2,500 there, they still could not accommodate us, so my husband had to take an extra day off work just we could make the checkout time. Also, they told us because we got a monthly rate we get NO points. We thought they would at least give us a discounted amount of points for staying with them since we got a monthly rate. My family all would have stayed at the sandman if it weren't for me convincing them to stay there. I guess I just expected a bit more customer service. Next time we will choose to stay elsewhere given the inconvenience it caused our family.

Sarah Stricker helped us quite a lot to make our pre-wedding party a perfect event. She booked all my guests into their rooms at preferential rates; moreover, she provided me excellent customer service. She also coordinated all the beautiful decorations without much interference from me. The room was about 1,350 sq. ft. and it fit our 80 close guests along with our DJ and food. It was very affordable, and it was one of the most fun parties we had during the wedding weekend.

Stay was fine, other than being told I stayed for, and would be billed for 3 nights, rather than the 2 I actually stayed. The first night they claim I was there I wasn't even in the country. But no worries, they are going to check some cameras and see if I am a crook with a clever plan to defraud them. They wouldn't give me any paper at checkout time. Entire experience was a bit surreal.

I felt like a kid going to school with the paper bag brekkie... I didn t have time to go to breakfast provided by the hotel so they gave me a paper bag breakfast! It was pleasant and so thoughtful. The room was comfortable with numerous comfy pillows to pick from, soft blanket, spacious and well appointed. I will stay there again anytime

Hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. I like that there was a window to open to get fresh air, so we don't have to put up with noisy fan at night time if we want air circulation. Breakfast room was spacious. The hot scrambled eggs was a little hard as well as the sausages possibly due to being overcooked. Hotel is divided into 2 buildings.

The overall experience was great and affordable, however the parking lot looked messy and the water pressure was nothing to get excited about.

This hotel is in a great and quiet location. Prepare to get lost looking for your room as it has a very strange lay-out.

Very professional, friendly staff. Quick to solve problems and answer any queries that I had. Would definitely stay there again in my next visit to this location. I'll have to check out other Best Western Hotels in my other travels.

Excellent hotel probably the best in Abbotsford, BC and at a great price for our 8 night stay less than 90 per night before taxes. A few issues such as only one desktop out of 3 working during our entire 8 night stay and excessive noise heard from guests on 2nd floor above our room . This is not a guest issue but a hotel noise suppression issue.

Nice place to stay. Nothing too special to mention but all in all good and nothing to complain. I would definitely stay again if I need a place to stay in the area.

Well furnished rooms. The kitchenette was useful with our baby being there.

My recent stay at the Best Western was excellent. It is my favorite place to day when I am in the Abbotsford area.

Felt like the ghetto was a little too close. Nice rooms, all staff interactions were great especially breakfast. Good sleep just nervous about my truck and trailer.

Because of a fire we needed to stay in a hotel till our apartment was fit to move into again. Our service at the hotel was excellent.

Our stay was very pleasant, hotel was convenient to our daily destination and easy to find. Staff and amenities better than expected. We were always greeted when we passed the desk, and there was no need to travel for meals if we didn't want to drive. The free breakfast was exceptional and the room super clean; also way quieter than expected.

Really poor management especially the manager needs more training in customer service

Great place to stay. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. I would like to point out that if you are under 21, you can't stay there by yourself or with other people all under 21. It was lucky my brother was with me or I may have been sleeping in the vehicle.

Not happy, being scammed. Paid money for a hotel and get a motel room. Reception area look like a hotel , the actual room is like a motel, smelly, dirty and having a small dirty manual air conditioning unit.

We just stayed at the Best Western Plus Regency Inn & Conference Centre, 32110 Marshall Rd, Abbotsford ,BC. It is located right off Highway One, very conveniently. We found the facility perfect for our one-night stay, clean and well-serviced. We enjoyed the included free hot breakfast and would book this Hotel again.

The stay at this hotel was great. The room was big and bright. Could not hear the traffic noise even being so close to one of the main roads, so it was very quiet. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. The check in was easy and quick and the staff very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Evening staff not very friendly. She kept walking away while speaking to us. Was not very clear in directions to room in next building over. Had to ask another guest. Got to the room was clean but had a chemical smell. toilet did not flush. Called down and she actually asked if we would like it fixed desk clerk in the morning was awesome. Housekeeping staff was very nice. We got a refund for second night because we didn't stay.she called and made arrangements for a room at the other best Western. The second location charged less for a room. Will never stay at clear brook location again. Aldergrove is much nicer.

Best of the Best Western.We stayed there for February long week end it was a big group of us obviously every body has different needs the hotel did their best to accommodate every body. Rooms were super clean best of all was the food nice variety and fresh.every body was super friendly. nothing to complain about we are al ready planning our next get together in the same hotel, Big thank you to every one who made it such a fun and enjoyable experience to all of us.

Breakfast is decent and rooms are clean. But you can hear people talking in the adjacent rooms

Abysmal front desk service. Arrived for check-in at 10pm and waited 30+ minutes before being helped. Entered the second building where our room was located only to be left confused to have a room number in the 500s in a building with only 2 floors. No signage to indicate where our room was located. Sheets on one of the beds had a stain which is completely unacceptable. Will not be returning.

Miscommunication about my suite was not what I wanted no compensation made

The conference room was the perfect size for our group, and the food provided was very tasty. There was nothing I didn't like. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good experience.

Fantastic Hotel. Excellent maid service. Beautiful hot and cold breakfasts from 6 am to 10 am. All you can eat!! There are two terrific pools with hot tubs. And a weight room. The price is also very reasonable for all the amenities. I'd stay here again for sure.

We had an awesome stay at this hotel. Our original hotel we had booked was supposed to have a pool. When we found out it was closed for maintenance we booked with Best Western. The wonderful receptionist gave us the option for a free upgrade to the presidential suite! 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs and living room... It was a small apartment really... All with our military discount to boot. The pool was just what the kids needed. The included breakfast was actually good. 5/5 stars for sure.

Always a class hotel. From the prompt and efficient and friendly service at the counter to the great service at the breakfast bar. Clean room and great maid service. and of course the price is very reasonable as well.

The service at this hotel was OUTSTANDING!!
We stayed in the best room, so I cannot rate the regular rooms; however, if the same standard is applied then you will not be disappointed.

The room was spacious and nice. Hot tub jets didnt work but it was still a nice temp.

I found the staff upon checking in to be very professional, and friendly. The room that we where "UPGRADED" to for no extra charge was hardly an upgrade. Room was outdated dirty and in need of repair. No proper ventilation in the room so the Jacuzzi tub did not steam up the entire room. One small fan in the bathroom was noisy. Toilet was blocked for most of our stay. We counted 8 different sources of lighting in this small room, and most of which were poorly situated.
Overall not my favourite Best Western stay.

Good experience.. Very clean rooms and polite staff. Breakfast was good and pool area clean. There are 2 things: they need to turn on the Ac in the lobby and breakfast area. And they need new beds as they are very soft. Other than this, for the price, we will def stay here again :)

At the outset I will say that most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately they don t have the best product to represent to customers. Although they have been making some cosmetic changes to the property, we found both rooms we had booked for our family to be damp and musty. No amount of industrial hotel air freshener was able to cover that up. The hallway carpets were filthy and smelled heavily of smoke (in a non smoking property??). We were told that the carpets were going to be replaced but that did us no good during our stay. No one in either room slept well because of the noise all night - bedroom floors have new new laminate flooring so you hear everything from the room above. Drive right past this hotel on your search for accommodation as there are much better options available.

Good place and good price just my bed was so weird and sunk in the middle

One night stay, the staff was very nice and helpful had forgotten a few things and they were more then happy to provide us with toother bush and paste along with more shampoo and conditioner. Room was very clean and worked perfectly for our quick stay.

Best Western is the preferred hotel wherever I travel. I have yet to be disappointed. The BW Regency in Abbotsford is one of my favorite places to stay.
The rooms are always clean, quiet and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.
I also enjoy eating at the onsite restaurant, the food is great. The people who work there make you feel welcome. I have no complaints.
