The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great with lots of choices and my kids loved the pool. The Rocky's restaurant on site has fantastic food!

Only reason for not being a 5 star would be location. The hotel is kept very well. I would recommend this hotel for a clean, comfortable nights stays.

I stay at this place whenever I am in Abbotsford. The price is very reasonable, and they give a discount if you are visiting people in the hospital or seniors home. They have a nice hot breakfast which is different each day but always includes eggs and some type of meat. WiFi is good and there is a small business center with computers and a printer. Staff is friendly and helpful. The one improvement which would be nice would be if they had an airport shuttle.

We had to keep calling room service to make sure we were topped up constantly. Whether it was towels, coffee, condiments, or garbage bags.

Other than that, beds and pillows were very comfortable. The veranda with table and chairs were a bonus as well as the little kitchenette with a mini fridge. Reception was very friendly and courteous at all times.

Some of the reception staff can be really unhelpful but everything else is just dandy.

Overall, the room was clean and inviting. Bathroom was a bit small but workable. The pool area was also nice. Breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from. We loved our stay overall and would certainly return again.

Such a clean safe and friendly place to stay. We had a critically ill family member and this was our hotel close to the hospital. The staff were lovely and the continental breakfast was the best we have ever had. We are celiac and the staff had options for us to eat. The hot tub was nice after sitting in a hospital room all day too! We even were given a hospital discount. Over all the best hotel I have stayed in so far.

It has been a few years since I stayed here and thought that since it was renovated and under the Best Western Plus brand it would be good however, the reno was obviously the basic to meet the brand requirements. Beds were angled down at head. The toilets are still the old regular bowler high water volume. Just not what I expect in comparison to many other Reno'd Best Western Plus and definitely not comparable to their new facilities. On this note, I should mention the front receptikn lady was very pleasant and helpful.

I would say this was 3.5 stars. Good value and nice facility... but really not close to anything you can walk to either shopping or dining, in a residential area it seemed like.

Hotel was very nice, clean and well appointed. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast has a very large selection of good and healthy choices.

Room was clean and staff were friendly which is all I wanted. Biggest problem is vending machine being broken in the building we stayed in so having to go to a second building

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff, the service, the breakfast, and the amenities are top notch. The staff go above and beyond with any request I have. I've been coming here for years and will never stay anywhere else. It is consistently above average on all levels. Never had a problem and don't even consider going anywhere else.

Great service from the staff, Great well equipped rooms, but not much variation in pillows, and they are pretty firm. Price was quite high for what the kind of place it is, but in line with other options around town. Some rooms can be noisy facing the highway.

I got an excellent deal on this hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was obviously renovated (I like sleeker-chic modern looking rooms) but that wasn't a problem. It was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was small but it was clean. There were many options for breakfast and I enjoyed it. I could here faint footsteps from above the room and that's why I deducted a full star. I didn't have a huge problem trying to sleep. I did not try the other accomidities. The hotel and my room was satisfyingly clean and that's all that mattered.

My daughter and I absolutely loved staying at this hotel and the staff were all wonderful, breakfast was good and beds and rooms were very comfortable.
We stayed once in August on our first visit to Abbotsford and returned again because we had such a great experience at this hotel:)

conference room is quanta. buffet meal was alright. wish they had more ale options when it came to beer.

THis was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Great rates, real food at the breakfast nook, upgraded our room at no extra charge, clean, 4 firmness of pillows to choose from, friendly staff. This is a 5 start hotel at a 2 star price!

We had a very good experience at this place. It's clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to help us with all our needs. Everything you could want or need is included. Recommend it highly.

As other have said, this is a excellent hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and just a welcoming atmosphere. Also again, my only quibble is the small size of the adjoining bathrooms but it is a small issue.

This time around, I also highly appreciated the discount offered to patrons who are here to visit someone in the nearby hospital. Its made a difficult time that much easier.

Great value -
Our hockey team stayed here and got a good rate of $105 +tax.
The breakfast was quite good each morning which added to the value.
It is right off the highway, close to some restaurants on foot. Seven Oaks is a 5 minute drive to the north.

The rooms were great, but when I pay nearly $200 a night, eating off paper plates, with plastic utinsels and paper cups, was a HUGE disappointment for breakfast. We went to the restaurant for our breakfasts after that.

Clean comfortable room. Had an amazing sleep, a good free continental breakfast (including scrambled eggs with salsa and shredded cheese to add to them, sausage, etc), and was pretty easy to get to our events from there. Would stay there again if we were in the region. The pool seemed OK and the last hour it's open it's adult only which we liked. The restaurant is on a higher level with a nice patio and we'd love to give it a try. Easy to get to, easy parking, nice staff, affordable.

I have been to many hotels over the years, my stay at the Best Western Plus Regency Inn & Conference Centre in Abbottsford was THE BEST by far even compared to some high end, very expensive ones! The service was personalized, very courteous, efficient. Staff was very helpful, I would like to make a special note of Shandi... She went out of her way to make our stay the most enjoyable it could be! Thank you to the whole staff.... everyone was awesome!

Quite large room with king size bed. Lunch was free but not very good. The cafe was terrific. I'll have waffles, eggs and fruit salad.

Reasonable place to sleep. Tub/shower was broken and the sink was clogged. Breakfast was decent. Although they only had one highchair.

Room too noisy all night due to highway traffic. If we were on other side may be quieter??? Otherwise nice room and comfortable bed. Love lamps with 2 plugs built into each one for our electronic toys.

I've stayed at Best Western accross the US and they're usually pretty ho-hum, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. The rooms are updated, there are a lot of options for breakfast, and the staff are all super polite!

This is an excellent property for anyone wanting a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. The property is currently undergoing upgrades, and the improvements are great. Rooms are very nicely appointed and spacious. The bed we had in the King Suite was very comfortable. The free breakfast featured a good selection of hot and cold items, and was very tasty. All staff we encountered were pleasant and efficient. A great value stay close to the Big City of Vancouver!

Nice place to stay. Air conditioning was set at 60 degrees and it may have gotten down to 70 degrees in the room even running all night. Close enough to get to the PNE grounds and Grandville Island. We will stay again.

I was looking forward to a nice relaxing hot tub soak, don't get excited, they don't work properly. One in the office building tried to work, it wasn't hot and the jets didn't really work. The second one was just as cold as the main swimming pool and no jets what so ever. The bed was really comfortable and I did have a good sleep, that made up for it.

If they had a 41/2 i'd put that down. When booking I think it should be mentioned about the hold on your card. I had cash and the card. But just enough on the card to cover the rooms as I don't have a high limit on my card. I was covering 4 rooms so the hold was high. If I would have known this I would of had more cash to cover the cost. It was no fault to the rooms or service. Just my lack of knowledge. My hubby said he wants to just take a long weekend and to stay, just because he enjoyed it so much. My friends have asked me to contact them to find out where they buy their beds..they were so comfy. The breakies each morning were amazing and the workers were friendly and happy. I just sat and watched to see how they were with everyone. My goodness I would hire each one! The rooms were beautiful and I could retired in the suite we had!

We came here because we lost power for 5 days in the ice storm and it was too cold in our house which is 2 km down the same road. Prices were average, especially being New Years. We had asked for late check out (an extra hour) to give everyone time to shower and enjoy the last of the warmth. They declined saying they weren t offering late check out. We called BC Hydro and our area was still unassigned and they wouldn t get to it until tomorrow, earliest. So we called the front desk and asked if the room was available for one more night and it was. So they wouldn t give us an extra hour, but they d take our money. I find the other BW in Abby tends to be friendlier and more accommodating even though it is a lesser tier on the BW scale.
