Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We were provided with transportation to and from the dealership where are truck was serviced. The food and service at Ricki's restaurant at the property was excellent. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi room by being a rewards member.

The Best Western was a great stay. Amazing breakfast, all updated and close to the freeway. I recommend this place.

The front staff were super friendly and kind. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast was across in the next building and it was so good! Thank you!

Nice hotel. We had the presidential suite with two king rooms. Plenty of room for my wife and I and three grandsons. Breakfast food was average.

Room and breakfast are OK. Noisy night due to late arrivals. Bed very comfy. Restaurant breakfast very good.

Clean rooms. Decent family pool and hot tub. Two buildings stretches staff thin, I think, one building felt neglected. Okay breakfast

Hotel was noisy at all hours and required calls to get taken care of. Room was basic but not as clean as it should have been. Previous guest had used incredibly strong colonge and the room reeked of it so much that I broke out in hives when I walked in. Should have been aired out and wiped down before being rented out. Breakfast was better than other low cost motels. No powdered eggs!

Window frame was bent so bad the window wouldn't close. Unfortunately we were on the side facing the highway so it was louder than it could have been.

Poor room layout, the A/C blows straight at the chair for the desk and it's 2' away. Also when the A/C cycles off it makes a loud creaking noise.

Landing in Abbotsford can be a lovely experience if you stay at The Best Western. We only had time to experience the check-in and breakfast unfortunately as we had a flight to catch but next time I travel to BC I will absolutely be staying there. The staff are very warm and helpful and the breakfast alone was superb! Enjoy Delicious eggs,ham,bacon,waffles,berries,bagels and fresh coffee buffet style with a friendly smile and eager helpfulness from the wonderful staff. A 20% discount was given via rewards program for the next Best Western stay worldwide redeemable for about 6 months. I don't just hand out good reviews easily. It actually takes alot being as I have stayed in many hotels, but I have to san, this was the best one ever!

Hotel was nice but the room had a bit of garbage under the bed. Everything else was good

We always stay at the BW Plus Regency Inn when in Abbotsford. The staff is the BEST, the rooms are comfy and clean and the breakfast is yummy with lots of variety. When we checked in yesterday we were upgraded to the presidential suite. This is our second stay in this 2 king bedroom/2 bathroom suite. What a treat. Thanks Best Western for your excellent service.

Excellent property conveniently located near Highway 1. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, recently redone decor, friendly staff.

Food was good. Staff was awesome! Bathroom was a bit on the small side, but was enough room to use the bathroom/shower. TV channels were available and written out. WiFi was fast and password was given at the front desk. Check-out was a breeze

Always a pleasant stay when I'm in Abbotsford. 4 stars because the breakfast area is rather small and gets full easily.

Clean and quiet hotel. Location was good for our purpose. Not too much traffic noise. Beds were very comfortable. We did not have much contact with the staff beyond check in and check out, but they were very pleasant and sincere when we did deal with them. The pool area is basic and simple but it was clean and safe, the restaurant and bar on site was an added bonus however we didn t end using either of them. The breakfast room has good selection and was constantly tidied and replenished as the crowds came and went. Overall this was a great stay for us.

Convenient and comfortable, this place is great if you are hosting an event for your club, business or organization. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure your presentation needs are met. The hotel is just off highway one making it an easy and central location

Always our 'go to' place in Abbotsford, when visiting family and friends. The staff make us feel important. The facilities offer everything we need for our comfort.

Our stay at the Abbotsford BW hotel was one of our best hotel experiences. We were very impressed with the friendly and professional staff as well as the clean rooms and excellent complementary hot breakfast in the morning. Very good food and lots of variety.
Strongly recommend this hotel and will definately stay here again in the future.

Good value, clean and close to shopping and friends. Very comfortable beds and an adequate breakfast. Would recommend and will stay again when we are in tbis area.

Comfortable room, Friendly staff & a the best continental hotel breakfast we have had...plus it s close to the hospital for appts. Highly recommend!

Just an average experience. But extremely disappointing to have inflexibility to change booking dates. The hotel wanted 2 weeks notice on change of date. Charged us for an extra day that we did not stay for. I have never experienced this with any other hotel. Will not stay there again.

Excellent facility.. Friendly staff, clean and a comfortable place to stay. We stay here when Country Meadows, Aldergrove is booked and enjoy our stay all the time this facility is also kid friendly. Mahalo!

Easy location to get too and staff were very accommodating. Room was clean quiet and comfortable. Breakfast room was super busy but I did manage to get some hot food.

Sleep was ok but the hotel definitely needs a refresh. Curtains and blanket had stains, walls were scuffed up and stained, bathroom had mold and the shower head was way past its time. Not to mention the extremely crammed bathroom where one can barely get in to close the door. Could hear footsteps upstairs and hallway noise was heard very clearly. Ok for a night i guess.

In law's stay here all the time when they come to visit. They love it or they wouldn't keep coming back!

Conference room is beautiful and cold water and tissues were provided by the hotel, which was a nice touch

I would give this hotel -10 stars if I could. I did not have a credit card for my damage deposit (refused to take my moms). Would not allow my guest that I paid for, would not let me in the room without a credit card and refused to refund my money then was forced to leave. This hotel stole $140 from me and still refuses to refund my money even though I was not even allowed to stay there.

1000 times better than abbotsford hotel. Jasmit was super understanding of our situation and gave us a complimentary upgrade to the jacuzzi suite. What a gem. Jasmit is the essence of customer service. She is polite, kind, and professional. Loved our stay at BWR. Stay here first!!! We will be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The beds were extremely comfortable. There were vegetarian and vegan options at breakfast!

Had a fantastic stay here! The staff were always friendly, rooms were clean and refreshed everyday.The pool was great, the breakfast was great lots of variety! Ruckus restaurant in the hotel was soo Good!!!Loved the location of this hotel east to access highway and close to other businesses! We were vacationing in Vancouver but decided to stay here out side the city as it was cheaper . Easy drive into all our stops in Vancouver from this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. We will stay here again for our next visit!! Great rewards program as well.

Reasonable price for a student and not really a two or three star. It is more.

Very clean, super quiet, comfortable and good breakfast. The elevator was closed due to some renovations but the security guard helped us with our gear coming in and leaving. Close enough to Vancouver to shop and see the sights and far enough away to keep it at a distance when desired.

The girl at the front desk that helped me was the perfect mix between professional and polite & funny she ended up giving me the last room that they had I would definitely stay here again

Attended a wedding in the area. Hotel was close to the venue and easy to find. Family suite was perfect for our needs. Included breakfast is always a bonus. Before we arrived, all staff on the phone were helpful and knowledgeable.

After being told I couldn t fly due to being sick I needed to get to a hotel quick and fast with my small family. We checked in to this hotel at 11pm staff were incredible to us, gave us a quiet room at the end of the hall and a late checkout the next day at 1pm. It was comforting to go into a nice clean room with everything your home offers.

I stay here for business and I am usually satisfied - the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are lovely and it's an easy check-in/check-out process. If someone needed a hotel in Abbotsford, I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice place, great rooms, breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff were very nice and accommodating. The only negative would be the hot tub needed a boost in the jets.

Great location for our Girls hockey team, good rooms and the breakfast was awesome.

Simple location, simple breakfast, and simple rooms. Nothing too special about this hotel and it is mostly a one night stay for sport tournaments. Cheap clean rooms and it has a free parking lot right next to it.

The room smelled damp and the bed and pillows were damp. We moved to another room and the same was true. Close to a major highway so it was also noisy. Room, apart from smelling damp was clean.

There is hot water and coffee in the lobby, the room is clean, but the towels in the bathroom are a bit dirty, and there are mosquito bodies in the bathtub.

Great staff, renovations in progress, new rooms are very clean but removed carpet so bring slippers as the floors are cold.

This is absolutely the best hotel! The cleaning person, did something so unexpected, I don't know who they were, we were here from November 20 -22, room 216, room was cleaned on a Sunday, just want to say thank you. You made our sons day;). Will refer this place to anyone!!!

This hotel was awesome. Very friendly staff. We had an early flight so they gave us breakfast to go bags. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very impressed , extremely satisfied with the room , spcacious , clean with a super little efficiency kitchen. Exceptional reception at front desk . Stayed at The Marriott the night before , never again , I will go back to the Best Western chain . I have stayed with The Marriot chain for quite a few years , seems lately things have changed for the worse . I travel on the average 7 to 8 times a month anywhere from Edmonton to Calgary to Vancouver. I always try to find efficiency suites for convenience . Perhaps you could make some suggestions

Lovely stay! The rooms were modern and clean. The staff friendly and helpful and I was so happy to see that at the complimentary breakfast there was dairy free milk! That alone made my day. Thank you for a great stay.

Worst front desk staff. Wanted to get a place to sleep overnight from 1 am till 7 am. But the front desk was trying to rip me off with the rate of $150 night plus tax. And online was for $90. As it was 1 am in Morning and check in is later in the day. She was trying to oversell me. Anyway hotel lost a business of over $100 for 6 hour.
Absolutely very disappointed and hotel should do better training to their staff.

One of the best Best Westerns we've stayed at. Superb customer service, and have always have found our room to be perfect.

The pool was nice and warm, and the free breakfast had lots of choices!

We stayed here a while ago. Sorry for late review. Rooms are bright and price is right. Pretty decent considering what s out there. We ate elsewhere so can t comment on that.

This place in Abotsford is too noisy because it's not soundproof... The washing machine ran all night and people couldn't sleep in front of the room at dawn, laughing and chatting... I asked him to call me a taxi, but he didn't call me for half an hour. She's such a bad girl.

Not too bad, the bed was worn out and uncomfortable and needed to be replaced in my suite, my suite was located right beside a back lane which made it alittle noisy at times.
Good breakfast with lots of choice of food to eat. There is a restaurant next door that has good food and good service so you don't have to go far for dinner each evening.
If you prefer a nice and quite place to spend the night maybe ask in advance to request a suite that's not Street side.

Clean rooms, but not the best amenities. It's a cheap and cheerful hotel for a night or 2. They have a very small workout area that's ok to get a sweat but nothing fancy. Decent food and liquor store just over the road
