I started taking my daughters to this practice and I loved the doctor that they see. When we had an issue with switching insurance they canceled my daughters appointment and refused to work with me to have payment plan for out of pocket cost. What kind of doctor office doesn't care to help their patients during this difficult time. Don't go here because they will just lie to you and don't really care about the kids when it comes to the office staff. The office staff wont hear you out they make up lies I mean you are still getting money. I hope the doctors that work for this practice see how horrible the office staff is towards their patients and fix the problem soon.

We love it here! All three of my children see Dr. Chambers. He is wonderful with children! The office is always clean and the staff is always welcoming with a smile.

While the staff was nice, the doctor was not very child friendly, which is pretty odd considering that they're a pediatric office.

Watch out for them sneaking in billing for exams above what your insurance will cover without telling you. They sent us a bill for some answers circled on a piece of paper about something we knew for a fact our child didn't have. When we protested the charge, they proceeded to send us a certified letter telling us to go elsewhere instead of attempting to resolve it a grown up. It could've all been avoided if they would have told us that it was a billable test, heck I filled out several other pages of info and didn't get billed for those.

Good dr and spend time with patients and parents to understand better

We have been taking our kids a toddler and an infant to pediatric associates from birth and we've never had any issues with them. A certain billing problem was resolved as soon as they realized it was their mistake. The doctors are great and it is so easy to schedule a same day sick baby appointment. The triage service is very efficient and they were quick to re-direct us to the ER when we really had to go to ER in my son's case. We see Dr.Carr who is really great with kids and I would have continued had we not moved out of state. I would recommend them to anyone.

After being with them for several years our children were dropped by this doctors office for disagreeing with them that all children should get the same diagnosis concerning vaccines and masks. They are very closed minded, rude, and after our last interaction we see they base some of their medical advise on their liability insurance and how and even what to treat. Not on the individuals needs. Blanket medical advise is not medical advise, it's malpractice. If I could give them 0 stars that is what they would get. After posting my experience online I learned several others were dropped over the years with like experiences. Steer clear of this very "reputable" and popular drive through express Drs office.

We adore Dr. Peabody. He goes above and beyond for his patients.

We absolutely love this practice! My daughter has been with Dr Carr 6 years now. He is wonderful with her, she went from being very scared of doctors before to very at ease with him. They are great about getting you back right on time, appoinments are always easy to get even on weekends, Dr Carr spends time talking to us and listening to my daughter and that is very important we never feel rushed or like we are just another family being nursed through.

Horrible, never take your child here if you actually care about them.

Was told very rudely that they don't accept my insurance (Tricare Select) and that I would have to file it myself if I wanted to see one of the doctors there. She acted as if I was beneath her asking this question. Why is it that they are OK with my service to this country but they won't take my insurance? I STRONGLY recommend that the doctors here first reconsider your customer service personnel answering the phones and then reconsider YOUR service our military families. We need healthcare and shouldn't have to file ourselves just to be seen at your office. Unbelievably rude!

All of the doctor's are great. Wonderful staff as well.

Checkin is easy and the front desk and nurses are kind. Had Dr Hood for both my girls and she was wonderful at every visit. Very knowledgeable and listened patiently to any concerns I had. They're doing a great job with taking Covid-19 precautions seriously. We just moved away to MD but miss them. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Peabody is wonderful. He is our 3rd doc for our almost 3 year old and we are so glad to have found him! He is so patient, kind, fun, and very smart. He goes out of his way to make my lil one feel comfortable and really listens to my concerns- addressing everything with detail and care. She isn't afraid of the doc office because of him. Fantastic doctor!!

I can't say how pleased and blessed we have been to have Dr. Brooks care for our 10 children when the rare need arose. Such a kind, professional, caring individual! Our youngest is almost 24 years old but i didn't want more time to go by to express my heartfelt gratitude!

Dr. Townsend is wonderful and cares about the well being of my children. My son had the flu at 18 months and was extremely sick. Dr. Townsend even called on a Saturday to check on him and showed concern for his well being. I've taken all 3 of my children there and will never take them anywhere else.

The doctors of this practice saved my daughter's life many times. They are top professionals. From the comments of some of these mental midgets, I am glad I will not see them in the waiting room. A Pediatrician is not your waiter at O'Charleys...they are highly trained professionals who do their absolute best to keep your kid healthy. If you embarrass yourself by speaking to their staff like you would a Walmart clerk...GO ELSEWHERE. BTW..you have no excuse to speak to a Walmart clerk like that. We have been with this practice for over 18 years (long story and not a divorce remarriage situation...only have had one wife). We have had the pleasure of seeing every doctor in the practice and they have been the best. Now about Dr. Chambers...he will go above and beyond to treat your kids. I am amazed at the comments about him. He literally saved my child's life.

One Star is reduced only for the working hours, hospital should open all the day especially pediatrics. Sickness will not happen only on the week days for children s. Management should think of opening hospital over the weekend too. However the doctors are very well experienced and taking good care of children s. Allen P body is wonderful, very friendly and providing excellent treatment.

Dr. Scott Brooks is fantastic! Personable and knowledgable. Always speaks to my child when providing care. Excellent physician.

This is a great practice. The staff is polite and accommodating, always getting a sick child in the same day. Every doctor we have seen has been professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Chambers is amazing! He always takes time to talk to my kids while examining them and explains everything he is doing or may have concerns about. My daughter is very typically very shy and adores Dr. Chambers. My newborn had a concerning mark on his spine and Dr. Chambers arranged and ultrasound at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. He was very reassuring and answered all of the questions I had about the procedure and possible outcomes. I recommend him and the entire practice to everyone I know.

Wonderful pediatricians and nurses all around! Child-friendly environment and special waitingfor brand new babies. I've never had any problems with the billing or insurance "miscommunications" like 90% of all other doctors' offices. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Brooks too!! Not only was he a great pediatrician for me as a child, now I take both of my children yp him and he is so great with them. Very thorough, never over-prescribes, and I trust him completely!!

As a father of 5 kids I know the importance of a good pediatrician. I have never been so disappointed with a Doctor in my 12 years as a parent. Dr. Chambers is unprofessional and disingenuous in his approach. He speaks condescendingly towards kids and parents. If you are not on the same page then he wants you out of his office and will no longer care for your children. He actually said, "this is not easy, my appointments should be easy." I guess I should not ask questions or be concerned about my child because that would be too difficult for Dr. Chambers to handle. No Thanks, I'll find a new pediatrician that actually cares about children rather than easy appointments.

Both of my children have been seeing Dr. Hood for over 9 years. She's very attentive, patient and spends as much time as needed with us. The office waiting area is spacious, clean and nicely decorated for children. They also have a waiting area for infants. Dr. Hood is usually booked a couple weeks out. but the office squeezes us in for a same-day app. with other doctors or nurse practitioners if we have an urgent need. Every doctor we've seen here has been top-notch and I'd see again.
