Room was a decent size. Bathrooms were small but clean but hotel needs some updates.

Good value for money. Currently renovating main building. Soap and shampoo were nice!

Friendly/helpful staff, nice rooms, wonderful all inclusive breakfast. A bit more pricey than other hotels in the area, but close (convenient) to the airport.

Close to the airport, lots of parking, nice pool area. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing too fancy but no complaints either.

Hotel was nice and stuff for extremely helpful I have the Best Western rewards card Platinum Edition so I got upgraded to the presidential sweet and the room was definitely the nicest room I have ever been in

Staff very friendly and helpful, comfy beds, really good free breakfast, different choices each day. An outside guest was allowed to join us for breakfast at a very reasonable fee given all the choices we had.

Pool and hot tub nice and warm, everything very clean.

We had an accessible room right outside the ice machine and vending machines, we did not hear any noise. Would definitely stay here again.

I was waiting for someone, and a parking attendant ran up to my car within the first 10 seconds of me being there and gave me a ticket, no warning or nothing. The parking attendant didn't even have any identifying marks or a uniform.

The website for the ticketing service has nothing but a payment section, no dispute email or number.

The back of the ticket states the amount is to cover lost revenue and cost of patrol, I know for the fact that lot isn't a paid lot, parking is free, therefore the patrol services are unnecessary.

For a hotel who's goal is customer service, it makes no sense to hire such a ruthless company to handle parking. Unprofessional in appearance and attitude, not customer oriented, and no courtesy of a warning to move or get ticketed. No inquiring as to why I've parked there.

Resturant was fantastic. Rooms clean and staff great.

After driving, we were looking for a nice place to sleep. The staff was amazingly friendly, we got one of the renovated rooms and they even offer breakfast! Talk about a good deal!
The room and the breakfast was great.
Nevertheless we did meet the maintenance man. He was not aware we got the room. Probably the only suggestion would be to let staff know if the room was occupied. ^^ but, besides that it was a wonderful stop

This hotel was one of the top stays of our trip and for a reasonable price. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. Had a good night's sleep and a good breakfast.

Everything was great yntil we went back to our room at 11:05 am. Room was nice. Breakfast was great. But...we went swimming in the morning and came back up at 11:05 am and couldn't get in to our room to get our stuff. Nice to know that they are quick to shut down your card without knowledge if you're out. We were told to go to front desk which is in the other building but our shoes were in the room. We didn't want to walk across the parking lot in bare feet. We won't be staying here again.

Well-priced rooms. Somewhat dated interior. Good continental breakfast. Close to airport.

not my fave place ive stayed at many hotels this was at best a place to sleep for one night the walls are thin can easily get woken up by people in the hall way or the person in the other room.... the ice machine had no ice i walked around the entire building to find a snack machine and was none just a pop machine on 2nd floor

This hotel has wonderful staff and a decent location. The first room we checked in to had an over whelming mouldy smell. The staff were great and switched us to a less mouldy smelling room. Breakfast was good.

Great selection of rooms to choose from, comfortable beds, clean and organized rooms provided, breakfast included in the morning, dinner establisment offers on site to make it easier.

Stay here when I am in town for work. Very nice and the staff is exceptional.

great hotel, the rooms are clean and the rates are great. The food at the ABC is wonderful, I stayed for medical reasons because they are handy to the Abotsford hospital, but felt like I was on vacation in the room.
Wonderful pillows, great bedding's, and no skimping on comfortable furniture, and towels in the bathroom.
All in all, pretty much for me was a 9.5 out of 10, a 10 would have been a free room, lol....great place, great service, great people. :)

Nice beds, convenient location to Abbotsford airport. The neighbourhood isn't the greatest as there's nowhere to go.

I stayed here one night, the room was not clean and there was some old carpet stench or something.

met the standard for a Best Western +. Was happy with the lack of sound off the highway - expected it to be worse.

This best western offers a large 2 bedroom suite with a large living room, and full kitchen. There are 2 pull out couches in the living room on top of the 2 bedrooms. If you want to book this room as for room 100.

It was ok, we were in the outbuilding. Beds where good. Little dated

Very decent sized room, clean and was already a decent temperature when I arrived unlike so many others. I never had the breakfast as I was working too hard but would have liked to try it.
I'd recommend this property more so than the ones I've stayed at in Vancouver for sure and the price is better.

Nice hotel, oddly I miss the carpet over the laminate flooring-my own preference though not a knock on the hotel.

Easily accessible from the Trans Canada. Modern upgrades in a tired part of the city. Close to the airport.

Very nice clean hotel. We had a great breakfast with a lot of choice. We also got lucky that they were having a flash sale with rooms as we got there. It's was $85 for a king room! Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Cheap place with equally cheap services n louzy rooms/beds. Friendly staff. Room smelled like wet carpet. Stuffy. AC not working. House keeping lazy n left room poorly cleaned for the 2 nites i was there. Not a place i will return to.

This Best Western was one of best of many hundred's of stays at hotels. The entire staff deserves a 10 out of 5. One staff member, Arret, was a super star at her job.

Over all it was a great stay will likely stay again.

Great staff, great hotel and better that normal complimentary breakfast. Large attendance at the breakfast room at all times but never a shortage of fresh food to select from. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Would recommend this BW to anyone, business or pleasure.
