It was a quick overnight stay. Did not get a chance try any other amenities than the breakfast in the morning which was completely acceptable

Great place to stay. Clean. Fresh. Friendly staff. Great buffet HOT breakfast. All around great experience EVERY time we stay there.

This is a nice hotel in a dumpy neighborhood. Our experience at the hotel was great - comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff. I don t recommend doing much else in the immediate area because the neighborhood is quite run down,

We've stayed here a few times and really enjoy it. The pool, breakfast and staff are great.

Had a bad experience with this hotel. The rooms were ok and standard best Western. We were here with a big work group and had multiple rooms booked for few nights. There was a change in plan that required us to check out 1 day earlier than planned. The hotel lied to us saying this change is not possible due to the booking portal. We called and confirmed that it is not the case. When presented with that info, the lady at the reception said that the management does not like people checking out early and that's the reason. They pretty much scammed us all out of an extra days pay. I will not be visiting again nor will I be looking to best Western properties.

The staff are friendly; but this BW location needs some attention. The shower tap was so stiff it would be impossible to turn it if you were elderly or had arthritis... the vanity sink was clogged with hair when we arrived (so how did housekeeping clean this area before our arrival?)... the carpeting was dusty and had obvious traffic wear\soiling... and our duvet was covered in blonde hair (we do not have blonde hair). Noise from the hallway is pronounced, so be ready. Wi-Fi is spotty with poor connection that seems to cycle regularly and slow to a virtual halt. The most aggravating part was the lobby coffee only being available in the main building during the evening. So you need to walk out in the rain to get it even though the breakfast area has a coffee machine right down stairs ( it's turned off after breakfast)... Why?

Clean tidy. Wide variety of breakfast. Room smelt musky must have just shampooed carpets. Only reason for 3 stars is would have been nice to be informed before paying for our room.

We spent the night, arriving late and leaving at checkout time, but everything was so clean and comfortable and the shower and internet worked as they should - which was even more appreciated after the hotel we stayed at last week. The checkin lady was friendly and helpful even though it was the middle of the night too.

Room was comfortable, bed was great, but my wife regretted that there was no tea in the room, only coffee.

I stayed here for one night in a single king bed room. The hotel is decent quality although I did not try the extra facilities or breakfast. The rate was reasonable for the area with some noticeable highway noise but it wasn't bad. My window required some "persuasion" in order to close but that greatly reduced noise issues. Overall the room is adequate and clean. It's nothing fancy but it's a solid 3 star hotel and I would stay here again.

With the exception of my checkin experience, my time at this hotel has always been amazing. I was a part of a group this time while travelling and was not going to be able to use my second night out of the two nights booked. When checking in, I asked about the deadline to cancel the second night and the person checking me in didn't even get a chance to answer before the manager standing by listening in said, "Because you're part of a group, you would have had to cancel two weeks ago!" That was the moment I found out I was going to be out my $99 plus room tax and other taxes. I found her to be lacking empathy towards my situation, and to be honest, very unprofessional.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good albeit the room was small and very busy. Our room was on the main floor beside the breakfast room. There were noise issues with the room above us and also some noise being beside the breakfast room. I would however stay at this location again but would request a 2nd floor room in the newer building not the one with the breakfast room and pool.

Nice hotel but very loud if there are kids basketball teams here. We were not able to use the pool and they were running up and down the halls and playing music till late in the night. Check if they have teams staying prior to booking

Nice location good staff. The breakfast is very nice and plenty of choices, very well maintained and fresh. Only minor flaw is the parking for large vehicles as it is not really available although they were very accomodating and found room for my vehicle.

Loved this hotel. If I'm ever back in the city this is definitely my go to

The go-to local hotel. Always clean, the staff are efficient and welcoming.

As we were checking in, a pizza delivery man stopped by and asked how to deliver the pizza. The front desk lady then said that he couldn't deliver the pizza to the room because the family in the room is quarantining. This was not told to us when we booked, and we would never have been told if we weren't there at the right time.

Comfortable and clean room. Tasty breakfast and close to everywhere we needed to go.

Go-to hotel for my business trips to Abbotsford. Spacious rooms with desk. Reliable and fast wireless internet connection. Good selection of food at the buffet breakfast and the adjacent restaurant is a nice bonus.

The family suite as the Best Western Plus fit our family of 6 perfectly. We were very comfortable in the two bedrooms. The kids enjoyed the pool and the full breakfast the next morning was a great surprise compared to the usual stale croissants and fruit normally presented at a hotel breakfast. Definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean and rooms are updated. Convenient location for the airport with easy parking access. They seemed to be taking all the necessary steps to prevent the spread of COVID. Bagged breakfast was what was expected but nothing great.

Ant in the room, nothing but noise and no attention by the staff and a $75.00 deposit for incidentals at time of check in...kinda forgot to mention that to us when we booked the room. Upon checkout, I ask when I get my money back, they say immediately which really means anytime in the next 5 days...depends who you ask at Best western. Ambush charges and a joke to stay at...never again!

We had a little issue with not being able to cook in our full kitchen because there was no knife to cut with. I went to the front desk and they gave me a steak knife, but shortly after mentioning it to management, we had a chef knife delivered to our door.

Friendly and engaging check in person who upgraded my sister and I to a suite for our last night of vacation. Such an unexpected surprise. Fabulous hot breakfast with many options. Would recommend for future stays.

Old hotel. Snacks in the evening! Nanaimo bars, brownies, squares...Tea and coffee.

A very convenient location and excellent hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, especially, Bart!

This place is good if you're a minimalist. You got the basics :clean, bed, shower, but nothing extra whatsoever. The worst part is how unenvironmentally friendly it is in regards to using plastic and paper cups, cutlery and plates everywhere at this location. Yea save water I understand but this other kind of waste was horrendous IMO. Breakfast was hit or miss depending on the day. I usually am ok with BW but this was definitely not that great of an experience.

It was nicely renovated. The exercise room was terrible. The machine bolts were loose, tightened them by hand just to use it. Overall decent for price...

A wonderful clean and comfortable place to stay between visits at the Abbotsford Hospitol.

Great hotel. Stayed in the suite, it was awesome. Pool and hot tub are in good shape. Breakfast is included here and it's worth it, omelets, sausage, waffles, cereal, muffins,juice,coffee and more.

What a great hotel. No surprises and well worth the cost. The restaurant was great and the complimentary breakfast was way beyond expectation, lots of selection both hot & cold. The room was quiet, clean, neat, appeared newly renovated and equipped with a mini kitchenette. Fast internet. Next time I'm in Abbotsford this is where I'll stay for sure. Very handy to the airport.

Hands down my most favorite hotel to stay at in my western Canada work territory. I'm guaranteed a great room with comfy bed, ample selection at breaky; pool/hot tub, fitness room to choose from as well. A+++

Upgraded to family suite at no cost. The check in staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was well laid out and had lots of options as well as no cost everything was clean and tidy and welcoming I will definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel and good restaurant next door. Nice breakfast bar in the morning. The only thing that I don't like is the noise of the highway can be heard all night long. Maybe it is the location of the room that I get.

This was a clean well appointed hotel and conference center. Service was kind and knowledge. Rooms were average in size and worked for simple stays. The restaurant and sports bar onsite was a nice touch and more local restaurant than hotel bar. Pool was clean. Free WiFi and prices as expected for accommodations. I'll visit here anytime I'm in town for business or personal accommodations.

Weird layouts of the room. Sinks are not in the bathroom. Sheets were not clean and the air conditioner and shower was broken.
