We had such a good experience with Charolte. She was so upbeat and patient even with all our indecision. She listened to us at every turn about what we liked and what we didn't and to all our basic requirements. Always worked us in to her schedule no matter how many homes we wanted to see or how many times we wanted to see a home. If you are looking for someone who is not pushy or will not pressure you. Had a particularly awful experience with the rental manager Lisa, was looking at a property listed at 1275 on Friday and told to call back to schedule a time to view on Monday. I called on Monday to schedule and Lisa told me that if I could not come in at 230 to view the home I could not put a deposit down and rent the home. She confirmed the price as 1275 multiple times. I asked for a 2 pm showing due to my work schedule and she denied.

I called back saying I would make time for the 230 pm showing and the first thing she said was that the price was 1375. In less than 1 hour she had changed the price to deincentivise me. I told her she was wrong and I have multiple screenshots of the home listed at 1275. On trulia the home is flagged as a price increase. She stated that the price had always been 1375 and that I was wrong. I asked her if she recollected telling me that it was 1275 (less than 1 hour ago) and she said no.

It is okay to increase the price of a home hut Lisa blatantly lied about the price being lower and it increasing in the span of 1 hour on me. She was extremely hard to deal with and when I asked the name of the property manager she would not give out any info. Stating that she handles everything

This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a property management company. I am working with another broker from Berkshire Hathaway looking for a home to purchase currently and will be discontinuing that as well.

If this is indicative of how they run their property management I m sure there would be many other unpleasant experiences especially with Lisa in the future.

Not a good realtor. Do not recommend, had a rental...

Not a good realtor. Do not recommend, had a rental that was falling apart. And had a leak and they patched the leak but didn t fix the water damage in the ceiling. And it still sprang a leak after the patch work. Realtor fixes what they deem fixable. Front spring door was always breaking and still charged me for the spring breaking when there s so many drills on side door wood paneling the spring is not going to be properly screwed in place. One of the light covering in room was broke before we entered rental and told them about it and was never brought a new one out of the four years being there. For the amount of 650, you have to tend to the yard your self and cover your own pest inspection. Staff is rude as well, don t give out information correctly. Had a package sent to rental before I left and they kept my package. When told about it staff said they didn t know what I was talking about. And showed them usps posting showing it was dropped off in mailbox. No word since. Absolutely do not recommend, better to deal with a person who owns a rental instead of dealing with this agency.

Definitely go with BHHS for your real estate needs! Gen Outland is by far the most professional realtor I have dealt with in my home selling experience. Her communication and honesty were just what I was looking for. She worked very hard to gather interest in the house, and that brought a buyer! She was able to have more people come look at the house than three agents at two other companies combined! From the first time she came out to list the house, I knew she was very thorough, and would do more than just list the house...she would get it sold.

Rented from them managing a property here in Roswell NM. Marissa is rude and extremely unprofessional. Some of the other staff were always polite (Melissa) kind and helpful. Marissa doesn't deserve her position there. No business ethics or morals at all. Very slow at getting things done. The ones above her condone her unprofessional behavior. No problem has every been fixed in over 6 months of renting from them.

A Real Estate Associate Broker, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Enchanted Lands Realtors:
1) Failed to facilitate obtaining CCRs, if any.
2) Failed to provide survey to me before closing.
3) Failed to be present during the home inspection (not a requirement but prudent). The Seller expressed dissatisfaction with the original inspector, circumventing Item 20D of the Purchase Agreement, and the inspector left.
4) Failed to arrange a pre-closing walk-through. Item 24 of the Purchase Agreement reads, "Pre-closing Walk-through. Within 3 days prior to Settlement..."
5) Failed to recommend that the negotiated repairs in the ORW dated 06/11/18 be reinspected and failed to provide Fulkerson WO dated 06/20/18 to answer my concerns in my 06/13/18 email.
6) Violated 2018 Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice 2-1. The verbiage "still leaking" in the work order dated 06/20/18, multiple service calls, and buckled wood floor in room adjacent to inside air handler make it "reasonably apparent" that condensate leakage was constant or repeated.
7) Failed to caution us about the Seller's verbal representations in her presence when we viewed the property i.e., new roof, newer AC, his mother liked to keep the house cold (implying working AC?) and/or failed to incorporate the Seller's representations into the contract.
8) Failed to provide a key to Bob Reed Pest Control, Inc. Consequently, the garage was not inspected and treated on 06/22/18. Bob Reed Pest Control, Inc. arranged an inspection and treatment of garage on 10/23/18 without additional charge.
9) Failed to provide a copy of the roof warranty in response to my request on 09/26/18 and failed to incorporate the warranty into the contract. She cited the Seller's 09/05/17 disclosure that was prior to the 01/22/18 roofing permit.
10) Failed to include an insurance contingency in the contract and the Seller did not provide a C.L.U.E. report.
As a result of the oversights, I paid $508.00 to Delton's to remedy the condensation leak that the Seller agreed to correct. On 01/25/19, I learned that my insurance is surcharged in connection with property and contents loss on 09/25/17 due to wind and hail. The Seller did not repair damage to ceiling with insurance payout.
Bill Davis, Broker, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Enchanted Lands Realtors, a New Mexico Real Estate Board Commission Member, failed to address the points in my complaint or make it right.
Before move-in, my Real Estate Associate Broker asked me to write a review on Zillow. I gave her five stars and a glowing recommendation. A word of caution to buyers: 1) Include an insurance contingency in contract and examine C.L.U.E. report from Seller. 2) Do a pre-closing walk-through. 3) Do not sign without substantiating documentation of all representations. 4) If your Seller runs off your inspector, it should be a red flag.

I'm not really sure what Kim Perry's problem is but it certainly appears that she judges you on some unknown criteria to determine whether you are qualified for her time or not. She sends phone calls to voicemail and then texts generic responses. She was extremely unprofessional and possibly racist or classist. I was willing and able to purchase one of her listed properties but I'll find another listed by someone else. I will not give her any of my money and suggest you don't either. I'm not sure why a reputable company like this would choose someone like Kim to represent them. Loosing

Some of the worst customer service around. I own a home next to one of Berkshire Hathaway s empty lots. The Berkshire Hathaway property is overgrown with weeds as tall as 4 . The weeds are encroaching on my property and causing all sorts of problems with my lawn. My back fence needs to be stained but I can even get to it because of the weeds. I called and ask if they could get someone out to take care of the problem. The lady on the phone sounded like I was crazy to suggest such a thing. She told me she would notify the owner and let them know about the problem. She seemed short and couldn t wait to get off the phone with me. Cutting me of mid sentence. My problem obviously wasn t a big deal to her.

The whole problem with this is that a year or so earlier I was threatened by Berkshire Hathaway with fines and penalties for grass clippings that were dumped on the vacant lot. They have neglected the lot for the 4 years that I ve lived next to it and have only cared about it when I dumped a few lawn clippings on it. Mind you not enough to take care of the overgrown weeds.

When it comes time to sell the house in a year I wil definitely not be using Berkshire Hathaway s services.
