We moved to Roswell little over 7 months ago and had a bad experience with a Realtor right off. I am a Licensed Realtor myself in Montana so I hold Realtor's to a high standard. We were referred to Dan Coleman at your Real Estate Agency and after calling him we had an immediate response from him with his willingness to help us. Dan was AMAZING and he went above and beyond for my husband and I. We looked at multiple homes and in the end put an offer in on a home that we kept going back to over and over. We had some serious struggles with our Mortgage Company and in the end Dan took the bull by the horns and got the deal done as we were ready to give up. If you are looking for a Realtor that cares about you, returns your calls, answers your questions, and works hard for you then Dan is your GUY! Thank You Dan for all you did for us!

Very small cozy friendly place. Not many parking spaces. Best time to go is 9 a.m. if dropping of a payment.
They have a system: You call in the day before you want to view a home, then they send a txt message the next day that you must verify that you're still interested in viewing the place.
Kinda different for us where people are hungry for buyers/renter's seeking housing, lacking same day viewings.

Lety Lopez was our realtor and she did an outstanding job helping us find and close on our 1st home. She is very professional and knowledgeable.
