GM Transportation, Inc. Review

I've been a customer of GM Transportation for going on 11 years. Their drivers are personable and professional. They always go to great lengths to make sure that their customers are comfortable and taken care of. Getty, the owner, takes customer service very seriously and believes only in providing top-notch service. Zino is my personal favorite - he is prompt, professional and very friendly.

I really can't say enough great things about GM, I would recommend them to anyone needing transportation services!

The absolute best service in the metroplex. The Chauffeurs are extremely professional and the customer service is beyond top notch. I'd highly recommend GM Transportation to any Corporate group or event planner

I was very impressed on their punctuality, vehicle cleaness , Pleasant drivers. I will for sure use their service next time and highly recommend for those in the DFW area.

GM Transportation worked with Hyatt DFW on a round trip deal to/from the 2015 ACM Awards at AT&T Stadium. We were told it was the best deal we could find, so we booked it! I originally spoke with Getty. He took my call very early even before his usual business hours. The service was great and the shuttle was on time and a blast. Getty allowed us to bring booze on the shuttle and even hooked it up to drop us off closer to the door. GM even made trips to the liquor store on request and had a full cooler waiting for us when we hopped on board after the show. It was a nice touch as we were in that lot for at least an hour post show. I am in the hospitality industry myself and have high expectations when it comes to service. Getty and his team are great!

Our family used GM Transportation this summer for airport trip. We try to book UBER for a 4am pick-up and could not get their service. On the other hand, GM transportation was available and they guaranteed us they will be at our door on time. They called the day before to confirm our pick-up time and provide us with our driver s information. On the day of our trip our driver, Zino, was at our door 15 minute before 4am and informed us via text to be out whenever we are ready. To be up at 4am and be greeted with a friendly and smiling person was a great start for the day (thanks Zino). Overall, GM Transportation customer service was outstanding and their staff was courteous and professional. Their vehicle was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend them to anyone who need car service at any time.

I have been using GM Transportation for family and friend events for over 15 years - all drivers throughout the years have been courteous, professional and so willing to go above and beyond. Most recently we had arranged transportation for a busy weekend concert. Not only where they able to accommodate at the last minute they were able to adjust pick and drop off locations to provide the most convenience to our guests. Highly recommend GMT!

I was in Dallas attending a group manager session for Centurylink, G M Transportation, went above the contracted deal, and ensured I was picked up from Love Field, and dropped off at my hotel, when the contracted airport was DFW. The driver was on time, very friendly and extreamly knowledgable about the area. I would recommend them to any individual or large group. Thanks for a great experiance!!!!

I had a great experience with GM Transportation. Our driver Mike De Le Crouix was courteous, polite and on time (early even!). We were lucky enough to have him on our departure and our return. This is my first time using GM Transportation but I have no doubt I will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone!

I will recommend GM Transportation to anyone looking for a ride in Dallas. On time, personable and reasonable. This is the 2nd time I have used them and I have not had a complaint from any of my executives.

Centurylink has its IT meeting in Texas every year. This year CTL selected GM Transportation. We were not disppointed at all. GM Transportation cars are clean and well maintained, the drivers are professional, courteous, helpful and most importantly safe drivers. Everyone was treated with respect, and one driver went beyond his way to help a customer to be picked early in the morning as his flight was on a different schedule. GM Transportation has an excellent customer service which I recommend for others to experience it.
