Entrada Pointe Apartments Review

Bob is awesome, we have never had a maintenance issue last more than 24 hours. He comes in and fixes everything very quickly, these Apartments have an awesome maintenance crew.

We moved from a different state and wanted an apartment short term in order to find a house. We picked this apartment because it was in the district where my daughter wanted to go to school. The maintenance crew were very responsive. The apartments were super outdated and the cabinet wood rotted on the inside. After living there, we started having a roach problem. We had a guy that the company uses to spray but it did nothing. We tried to take care of it ourselves but that did not work either. We were finally leaving and the last night there it was in the teens and the heat had not been turned on. I felt bad for families with little kids. The swamp coolers are old and not effective. The day we left my wife cleaned everything for about 5 hours. The apartment was cleaner than when we moved in. We only got back about a 100.00 dollars. Many times I got notices that my rent was overdue because my payment was credited to the wrong account. I got tired of having to go in and figure it out after I made an effort to pay early or on time. I would not recommend this place.

The staff here at Entrada Pointe is AWESOME! Our Maintenance Man Bob is so friendly and helpful! Any time we have an issue, we know that our maintenance men will be on it and it will be fixed right away! We Love it here!

First thing i want to say is we ve been here in this apartments for almost 2 years and since we got here all the workers there are always nice with us. I want to say Stephanie Martinez is been really good and always listen and help us with everything she can. Thanks for let s have a place and enjoy talks with you guys all the time.

I am a new resident, but have to say that everyone in the leasing office has been so pleasant & helpful!

Maintenance is on it! My air conditioning went out & Bob was here in what seemed like a flash! He fixed it in no time & it s been nice & cool ever since! He is super nice & so very helpful! It s nice to have someone to call who is always willing to help!

The staff was very friendly but somehow in a month their prices went up even though their one bedrooms are listed on other websites for 656 a month the woman on the phone said it would be charged 705 a month even though it was 656 a month ago? I'm going in the next day to see about this issue.

Best maintenance and management team! Stephanie and Tanya work in the office, they care and sincerely want you to be taken care of. Bob the maintenance guy is incredible! Extremely respectful of your home, and is the only guy I trust to be in my home when I'm not there. He also made friends with my cat. Rent is affordable, great place to live with great neighbors!

Ever since I moved in, I have had great experiences! The office staff is absolutely amazing and helpful, maintenance is quick, friendly and knowledgeable, and they hold great events and activities!! Even during COVID the office staff and maintenance have been amazing!! Stephaine the manager is always so friendly and ready to answer any questions I have! I am so happy to call Entrada Pointe home!

I'm changing what I said before, because it was all a lie. When I lived here, it was super unprofessional. The area was dirty, they barely cleaned up trash but took care of the grass. I lived on the bottom floor, in the C building, and upstairs, something ended up flooding and coming down into our bathroom. The ceiling started to mold and become squishy. So squishy, that you could barely touch it and your finger will go through it. I told them about it 3 times before they "fixed it." They only repainted it, and the leaks kept going on. We shortly left after that.

Been living here a few years now and have seen big changes in management that have definitely shown to be positive.
MAINTENANCE - well trained and professional
OFFICE STAFF - always friendly and ready to help
APARTMENTS - functional and spacious
LOCATION - close enough to the everything I need but not so close that traffic is a constant issue
COMPLAINTS - apartments are a little dated but it's understandable given the price point

They are old apartments and the staff keep up with the land scape pretty well.

Stephanie Martinez and her entire staff has made living at Entrada Pointe an amazing experience over the last 2.5 years. Stephanie and the staff have maintained a clean and safe environment both before and throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. As a nightshift ICU/covid RN, the Stephanie and her staff have gone above and beyond to make sure that not just I have felt safe and well taken care of, but my furry companion was as well. The decision to renew my lease twice was a simple one with Stephanie. I would highly recommend Entrada Pointe with Stephanie Martinez as property manager to anyone looking for a safe, quiet and clean apartment in Rio Rancho.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you would like to move into a place where you pay the agreed apon rent, but get a notice for eviction ever single month you have found the place! Super nice to you to sell you the apartment, then super rude during your lease. If you want to be ignored and treated with fake smiles and fake understanding come on down! If you want to sign a lease, then regret it the next day, well we have the place for you, right here at entrada pointe!! I have held back doing a review for 3 months now, and enough is enough. Go somewhere else.

Worst place ever still trying to collect from me even though it took them almost 5 months to replace the water heater they never cleaned the carpet when we moved in we were harrased multiple timesand have proof none of what they said happened happened. My shower was brown for the longest time i now have awful skin irritation from the water and have been having too see a dermatologist for it. Had to buy bottled water for everything

I made a maintenance request shortly after moving in and Bob was eager to solve the problem and had the replacements we needed in only a couple of days. He is dedicated to his job and does a great job! Thanks Bob!

Maintenance does an awesome getting things done in a timely manner, The office staff is wonderful and very helpful. Jen and Nicole make sure to get things taken care of, The new management and the girls in the office have definitely helped and improved these apartments from what they were, and the prices are reasonable!!!

Maintenance personnel Mr. Bob has serviced my apartment on at least 3 or more times since I've been here. Bob is a very nice and respectable person whom takes his job seriously. He not only does the the job needed done, but also takes his time to make sure it's done correctly. He is VERY competent and knows his job. Great asset to the company in my honesr opinion. Thanks Bob for doung a great job each time!

The complex is such a lovely, multicultural, friendly community. The management staff is friendly, accommodating, and always pleasant and helpful. Terra took care of my application and is always extremely friendly and eager to help and take care of issues quickly and efficiently. The other ladies in the office are great, too! If you're looking for a great place to live and a great property management staff to deal with, come see Terra and move on in. It's wonderful!

Friendly staff!! __and very honest. I was told on different leasing options. I have no complaints at all. I have had a great experience since moving in.

Just moves into a new apartment and can be any happier had a small leak under the sink and maintenance showed up within 10min fixed the leak quickly and effectively, Bob really does an amazing job at these apartments. And thank you to Stephanie for getting me into this great apartment.

Good experience from start to finish leasing agents were awesome Stephanie is great manager she takes care of any issue and work orders are done within 72 hours or sooner nice comfortable place to live.

Bob in maintenance did an excellent job of fixing my shower leak in a timely manner within 15 minutes of me reporting the issue.

I resided at Entrada for about 4 months. I had never lived at an apartment complex before and was nervous because of my two dogs. Ended up being a pleasant life adventure, had good neighbors, quiet place, any maintenance issues I had were taken care of in a timely manner and sometimes even followed up on. Stephanie the Manager at Entrada made me feel at home from start to finish, and I appreciated the hospitality during this whole Quarantine nightmare. If youre on the lookout for place, check em out.

Tanya, Stephanie and Lyle are so attentive and nice and just all around fabulous. Its cozy. The location is perfect. My balcony has an amazing view.

This is a great community. Nice apartments, safe location, friendly neighbors. The staff are amazing, especially Bob. He goes above and beyond to make sure the community is taken care of.

Lived here for 6 months, didn't like the maintenance service. Visiting a friend, it's very hot. No swamp cooler and (during office hours) no answer from the office. I mean, once or twice called and missed might be dismissed. They hung up on my host when he mentioned the heat and we have both gotten "nobody home" responses (from different numbers) when trying to reconnect.

Glad I don't live here, sad that people are paid for this "service." Jobs are few and far between out here, time to hire people who will appreciate their jobs, EP.

I'm not even going to rank this apartment complex....It is down right awful. I have been here since November and I have nothing but regrets towards it. The apartments are way overpriced for what you get. I have never been so disgusted with a living situation, as I am with this place. There are roaches, the appliances don't work, and their idea of "maintenance" is just sad. I had my front door kicked in by who knows. When I brought up the concern to management they said they could fix the door and that was all. A week after moving in and paying $700 for a one bedroom. they ran a special for one bedrooms @ $560. Its bull. This place is pathetic and the management is just as sorry. Save your money ya'll and look elsewhere. Oh and they love to break into cars around here. Bunch of druggies and domestic violence, which the management will also do nothing about, despite how many times you call cops or their "security guard" And as far as their "upgraded gym" they have no gym, a treadmill and stairmaster, if that's what you consider a gym. The pool doesn't even open because its always "broken" or down for maintenance.

Please do not move in here!! The "manager" Lance is the worst person to ever deal with! There are dirty mice in our apartment., which the owners do not take care of. In the summer months, the air conditioners do not work. In the winter months, my children froze,

Stephanie is one of the most caring people I have ever met. It's nice to be part of a community where you not only like the office staff, but feel like family. The entire staff has been nothing but kind and courteous. Keep up the good work guys, this kind of service is extremely hard to find these days!

Very poorly constructed. Maintenance people are semi competent at best. Office staff is rude and very condescending when you try to report something. Roaches everywhere. Laundry room is disgusting and never was clean. They are all very unprofessional and it was only made evident even further when I moved to a different apartment complex. This is the ghetto of Rio Rancho.

Bob, John, Lyle are an awesome maintenance crew. I've only had a few problems the few years I've been here and they always came by the same day of the issue and did an amazing job at fixing it.

Apartment has mice. Roof started to leak after first rain. Management just gives the run around about fixing the problem. Roof never got fixed.

Terrible experience here. Management isn't very good. Their nice but not good. Maintance is the same except for one who prolly isn't going to stick around much longer and I don't blame him. We were told the upstairs has a washer dryer hookup but it doesn't none of the upstairs does it's a LIE!!! I'm absolutely not going to renew my lease.

this place is gross, it smells, I always see drunks and run into strange people. There is always police outside arresting someone or handling domestic violence. The maintenance they hire to go around with leaf blowers every Tuesday morning, at 8 am, has become so annoying that I don't know what it's like to sleep-in on my day off. Too many speed bumps. The walls here are very thin. These appartments even with new management makes me feel like I'm in a ghetto. I can't wait to get my own house! This place sucks!

I lived there a couple of months ago and when ever a maintenance problem came up, Bob was on it to get it fixed, fast and professionally. Bob always had helpful advise and a positive attitude. Thank you for all you did Bob.

The only reason I gave this one star is because there was no option for zero. I signed a sort of leaves there but then I didn't actually sign the mainly as Pearl and calling and leaving a voicemail and letting me know I have not done so. I would have gladly gone to the leasing office and signed the lease but immediately upon moving from the first 3 days I already knew something wasn't right. They have swamp coolers just like most of the ancient other apartment complexes around the area do know the difference between those ancient complexes and this specific complex is that the air that comes out of the vent is at least a hundred and two degrees as we have gauged it and checked it ourselves which is obviously way hotter than the air outside. I contacted the leasing office on numerous occasions approximately 10 to 15 separate times and what was told to me that was it was fixed everything's okay it was this problem this was changed everything's fine but the truth of the matter is I literally could not cook in my apartment because it would make the hundred and two degree temperature inside a hundred and fifty or a hundred and twenty degrees hotter. I would sweat while sitting there watching friends would not come over no one would visit because the entire apartment was like walking and sitting in a sauna. I understand that living in the desert these people have decided for whatever ungodly reason to utilize swamp coolers as a reasonable choice for cooling off an entire apartment however it is not especially at this apartment complex I literally cried sometimes at night because I could not sleep I live with a heart condition called IHSS I need air without it I cannot function eventually and inevitably I had to leave I contacted the office before I left and let them know that I was leaving her a voicemail because you can never get anyone to answer in the office so I left now I have a $2,000 delinquent charge on my credit report as a result I am hoping that we can resolve this issue without me Consulting my lawyer however if I do have to consult my lawyer unfortunately it will be a whole lot worse but I can tell you now do not move here do not live here there are police there every night there are crackheads that are walking around asking for money the leasing office does not care I was originally working with Ricky who for whatever reason quit or got fired then I started working with Lance who is very polite and not rude and any way shape or form however I'm sure that he has very little options that he can utilize because the owners are the company of this complex does not put money into it like it should yes it has nice floors yes it has a nice black microwave however if I am sitting in my apartment and gasping for oxygen it doesn't matter

Entrada pointe has this thing where if you sign to have your rent payments submitted to the credit bureaus they will report your ontime payments. I did this because I'm trying to repair my credit. Well after a little over a month it was reported and my credit jumped up 15 points! That's huge when you are repairing your credit! Also the manager Stephanie and the maintenance crew are so awesome!

Entrada Pointe are great apartments the staff is great and very friendly, loved our time here at these apartments.

I don't have any complaints. And when there has been, it was always resolved pretty quickly. Nicole at the front desk has been beyond helpful from move in day up until now. She has gone the extra mile for so many and she really doesn't have to, but you can tell she is passionate and good at what she does. And maintenance has always been on top of things. I had a heater leak and it was replaced within 20 minutes after my call. They're a great team and what they've been doing has been making everything work smoothly and I can live comfortably. Thank you!

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the office staff are wonderful to talk to. But ultimately it's overpriced and if you want to be scammed easily for your money they will do it! So glad I'm finished with them!

Do not rent from here, i was there from 2013 to feb 2015, I had Elanor Gonzales as the property manager at the time and she was fired for letting people pay as they go. she let me renew a lease well aware I was receiving unemployment and going to school, she continued to let me live there then she got fired for screwing up the books and creating such debt. then lance who knew the situation continued to let me live there and did the same thing as Elanor and i had to leave because the apartment unit heater was not able to be fixed and i was being blamed that it wasn't working lance let me leave and said he would let the management company know that i was current and would not be charged anything. Now they want $4,100 , no i am not paying that , it should be zero , not my fault they had the worst property managers and they are well aware of it, i can not lease anything now because of it and it refuse to pay that when it was not my fault at all and i am just being scammed . Do not rent here at all.

CarlaDee Lucero is very good at her job, always gets things done, and is always a very warm person when you walk into the office. Just all around a fun person to talk to and my son loves her and getting candy from here. Lol so that's a plus

We have been here going on 2 years and have gone through some bad times and some great times. They have changed a lot of things. The maintenance staff has really stepped up their response time, that s greatly due to hiring wonderful caring people. The manager Stephanie has been the only consistent person in the office. She puts her heart into getting your issues resolved. It has been nice seeing the transition of this place!

this place fkn screwed me over BIGGGGGGGG 2 years ago now they want $5,500 from me and its hard to get into a new place they stole money from ppl and love to increase rent also cant find my damn lease agreement

When I had moved in I feel like I was not told the whole truth. I wasn't told there was an option for a 6 month lease so I'm stuck in a 12 month lease, I was supposed to be in a different apartment but last minute they told me that we weren't aloud to go to the one we had chosen and this was after signing the lease, they told us we were getting an upgraded apartment but nothing is upgraded about this unit what so ever. I don't want to live here anymore but I'm stuck due to the lack of communication between the 6 month and 12 month lease agreement. Also I have been noticing homeless people sleeping around in different sections of the complex this has made me feel unsafe and very uncomfortable. When I first moved in everyone was very nice but now it seems like no one is interested in helping. I'm just sick of this place and I wouldn't waste your money.

Bob is always incredibly helpful and nice when he comes to fix whatever we need help with! He gets the job done well and quickly too. After we put in a request he s there within 5 minutes. Thank you Bob for so being so great!

I have lived here since 2015 I have never had any problems with the staff. In fact when I did have a problem Steph was the first one up here to check on me. She is the most caring, honest and very hard working person. She even called me 2 days later to check on me. Her and her staff make you feel like family. I feel that I can always come to them with any problem and they will try to help me. Fred in maintenance is fantastic also when I had this problem he came the next day to fix it. He always responds in a timely manner and is very nice and helpful. Steph and everyone makes this feel like a family community instead of just an apartment complex.

I have never left a review before but after seeing how much things have improved and how much work the management and maintenance crew has put in, I really want to.

We have lived at our apartment for a couple years. When we first moved in the place was a disaster. The grounds were like a junk yard. Other apartments would leave trash and broken items on the porch for months. With the old staff we were looking to break our lease because things had gotten so bad. It was embarrassing.

Since the new manager Stephanie came in things have made a complete turn around. The office staff is finally consistent and will take care of any problem immediately. The apartments have more of a community, neighborly feel too. There are pool parties, and people just seem happier.

The rent is really affordable and the condition has improved so much. We are now proud to live here and invite our friends over. I don't see us leaving any time soon.

For the past two years, Bob has been a reliable and capable resource for maintenance. He is a big reason I love my apartment here.

Worst place I have ever lived. It's a dump. They let my neighbor leave a broken microwave outside there door for over 4 months. The Lady that was there when I first first moved in was very nice but the Lady there when I left 2 months ago was a witch. Trying to charge for everything she could and I never did get my deposit back or anything on why. When my son came to visit he asked if I lived in a bad neighborhood. This is the first time I have ever written a review for anything but you need to stay away from this place. Total scam. I was catfished!!!

The office staff was exceptional in accommodating my move-in. Tonya was particularly impressive in the way she handled my move-in. I had an issue with the swamp cooler shortly after moving in, but the maintenance team was outstanding. They responded very quickly and fixed it that same day. The location is great, within very near proximity to various shopping and dining locales. Overall I am very satisfied with my tenancy here.

I want to tell everyone that office staff Stephanie and Tanya are great!! They know tenants by there name and you can go in the office and ask for help or even just to talk and they always have a smile on there face. The maintenance guys Jim Lyle and Bob are so great they always take care of an issues when they arise. Always in good spirits!! I am so glad that I have a safe and great place to call home!!

Moved in about 4 months like the place,but the backside of the building lot near where the Albertsons was has sketchy people roaming around and needs security very much!

Excellent management: From day one of moving to Entrada Pointe Apartments I felt welcomed and respected. Steph and Tana are extremely friendly and professional. When it came to addressing my inquiries they were fast and accommodating. Replaced my carpet very quickly upon my request.

Excellent maintenance team: they showed up within a few min upon my phone calls. Very friendly and respectful people.

Location: the complex is located in a sweet spot near Target, Smith and Walmart and is surrounded by restaurants and eateries. About 8 min to a public library. The apartment gets enough sunshine with large windows and overall in a good shape.

This is the second time leasing with Entrada Pointe. Stephanie Martinez has made the process easy every step of the way. Excellent maintenance staff, courteous and prompt. Definitely recommend.

Entrada Pointe Apartments is the worse place I have ever lived. It's old, cheaply built, anything that can break down, does. They use a bait apartment to get you in. The management is horrible. They are ruthless, and won't work with anyone. Lance is a cold-hearted person, with absolutely no personality, as are these apartments. Don't bother to come here. There are a lot or properties around this area that are better built and less expensive. I'll be moving as soon as I can.

Bob is incredible! The maintenance here is always quick to respond and does a great job! He will also explain what he's doing as he's fixing so as residents we know what's happening.

Lived there for six months. Don t bother looking at Entrada. Don t expect to be happy with your choice if you decide to live here.

I am a current resident at this apartment complex and so far I am extremely pleased with it. On a whole, its a great place to live with many amenities such as a gym, pool, laundry center, beautiful landscaping and quality living conditions. However, what I find to be the true watermark of excellence at Entrada Pointe Apartments is its wonderful staff! I believe that whoever is in the upper echelon of Entrada Pointes corporate command should take close notice to its truly quality, and world class employees that make living here both a benefit and a privilege. First off I just can't say enough about Bob Weaver (Property maintenance) he has been there to address any and every quirk, problem, or complication with the most positive attitude and quick resolve. He is a true gem and a rare find in this day and age of service. Lyle Roberts and Jim Macintosh are also in property maintenance and as I have not had as much experience with them, in the few encounters that I have had. They have also exhibited the same kind of excellent work ethic and extremely friendly attitudes that make one feel right at home. Another truly sterling member of the Entrada Pointe family is their Office Manager: Stephanie Martinez. As she truly, demonstrates leadership, dedication, and excellence in all aspects of her performance, be it either organizing a fun Easter egg hunt for the resident children, or juggling daily package deliveries she truly shines as a quality employee. Last but not least, I would like to mention: Tana Gallegos. As I understand, a new member of the staff that has been here a short time but is already demonstrating the warm friendly and professional level of service that I have come to understand is the quality standard at Estrada Pointe.

I moved there in October, and the staff, CarlaDee, Fred, Oscar. . . . all of them are wonderful and friendly. Some issues with rude neighbors but quickly resolved!

I relocated from California and began my search for my new forever home. Entrada Pointe was the apartments that caught my eye on the internet. With numerous conversations I found my home. The staff are all so friendly and the apartments are beautiful. I am so at peace here and anxious to meet more of my extended family. Great job Entrada Pointe !!!

I have lived here for 18 months. The first year with Lance as manager was not great, and just as I was getting ready to move out, Lance was dismissed, and things took an immediate turn for the better. I chose to work with the new managers and renew my lease, things were worked out quickly and efficiently! Since the new managers have been in place, things seem to be much quieter and smoother. The pool was open by the end of May instead of mid July like last year. Am glad I stayed.

The staff at Entrada Pointe are awesome. They take care of the property and are all very friendly.

I live there now and love it. The ladies in the office are great and helpful. The placevlooks a lot better since we got our new maintenance guys are great and very helpful. Fred the head maintence is very nice and is always willing to help out. Thank you Fred for your help.

I just moved in, and I appreciate the lovely new flooring, fresh paint, updated counter tops and that Maintenance even installed a new shower head for me upon request. Overall, both the Management and Maintenance Staff have been pleasant and responsive to any of my concerns or requests. I'm also glad the neighbors I've met are friendly, parking is readily available and the location is so convenient!

Going thru some stressful times in my life...Entrada Pointe Apartments went out of their way to make sure i had the perfect apartment when i needed it...leasing agent Tana...was the best!

Tanya and Stephanie always made me feel welcome and heard. I never had to wait for any maintenance concerns to be addressed. The grounds are so peaceful quiet. I love how closely located the apartment is to local dinning and parks.

If you just one time park in an area that you don't know you can't be careful, they'll tow you with out a single phone call or email, also my maintenance request i sent hasn't had a response, thanks for wasting $100 of my money. This is my first apartment and could have used that for food/gas but now it's gone

There was a really bad water leak From the unit right behind us and I spotted it Under our fridge after grocery shopping and left a message for Maintenance. Bob was such a savior. He came out and took care of the leak and vacuumed the water from both units in a very timely matter. Awesome team!!

Very accommodating, helpful and Stephanie was always kind. She was always willing to answer questions. We are very happy we have a nice place to call home.

The maintenance men are great, every time we need something done Bob fixes it quick and efficiently.

Bob the maintenance man handled the electricity apocalypse of building H October 4th 2019 like a boss. Got everything back on and working before it got to late including the swamp cooler which was having it s own problems. 10 out of 10

Lived here for two years. The first year wasn't so bad, but I was counting down the days as soon as I renewed. Nothing but problems. Third party site where I paid rent charged additional fees for failure to have proof of renter's insurance even though it was on file. Never resolved or refunded for those I did pay.

Multiple maintenance requests for the same problems, including a leak in the wall and fan malfunction in the fridge during summer. The unit was infested with roaches the second year and I had to purchase roach motels. Unanswered phone calls even before covid restrictions. Too little space for too much money.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I wrote a frustrated and "fed up" review due to - management, disruptive tenants and the safety of this community
UPDATE
I must say that there has been a major improvement from the Management, they did in fact "clean up" the issues that were non-livable. Nicole is truly a SUPERSTAR and has ALWAYS shown the utmost respect and concern for her residents and property. Even is there is something that is beyond her control she will always try to have a resolution. Since they have also removed the previous rude management it is much easier being able to talk to the staff about common issues while living in an apartment environment. Maintenance also has been wonderful they respond quickly and get the job done with a great attitude :) ! I very much appreciate them! I personally am a MUCH happier tenant here and hope that the new property management continue to strive for better living conditions for everyone. Nicole, Thank you for all of your hard work making this property SO much better!

Place is very chill. The people in the front office are the best part! Terra and Carla are very down to earth, and took care of any problems I ran into immediately!

No complaints, any problems that may have been or ever came up were quickly resolved. Nicole at the office is dedicated to improving the entire complex as a whole by finding even the smaller things that need fixing or improving. It's nice having people that take your concerns seriously. She also goes out of her way outside of office hours, talk about dedication! Maintenance has always been timely and efficient. So far so good!

Scammer alert!!! Scammer alert!!! Scammer alert!!! I officially moved in on December 14th, 2017. Stephanie Martinez was and still is the property manager to this day. They are scammers, try and blame you for things going wrong with their apartment, like I told the front office, when my swamp cooler was malfunctioning for four months, that I have spare parts that they could use to fix it so that way I wouldn't have to wait any longer for it to be fixed, and then two days later I get a notice on my door saying that I tampered with my swamp cooler and put parts in there that weren't there's, and yet my swamp cooler still never got fixed. Now I am going to make something perfectly clear, I have no way of getting on the roof nor would I know which one was mine. I went to court while I was working with Charities to pay my rent, as I had just lost a roommate and experienced a major Financial loss. Stephanie Martinez knew that I was working with a charity, and the judge even told Entrada Pointe that they are to accept payment from me, and that she was only making the late charges stick, and that if I didn't pay that they would have to file the 7-Day writ of restitution themselves. Well the very same day that the court made this determination, the charity went up to the front office to pay the rent, as well as I accompanied them, to make up any difference that they could not pay. Stephanie Martinez would not accept their payment nor mine, and I was ready to pay for all of August September and October all at once. The charity was going to help me with August and I have the money for the other two. Apparently all these people are scammers I will be filing suit. Stay away, unless you like people taking your money and being homeless. I now get to live in my truck because of this lying thieving woman. I found A3 bedroom 2 bathroom house for $800 a month. And that house has AC. They want $950 a month for a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. What a rip off these apartments were built in the 1980s they are energy inefficient as heck, they have constant problems that you can't figure out, when maintenance can figure out what's wrong, they do a good job, but it seems the front office doesn't care if you have a swamp cooler for your apartment, and your apartment is currently 91 degrees on the inside because the swamp cooler is malfunctioning, they would rather just leave it like that so that way you will leave on your own terms and break the lease so they get extra money. Stay as far away from these apartments as possible, I lived here once 8 years ago and there was a different management company and owners, and it doesn't seem like anything has changed one iota since that time period. PS I talked to one of the other maintenance men before the new maintenance guys took over, then he explains to me how Stephanie Martinez Carla D in any of the other front staff that worked up front would put people that did not qualify into an apartment let them stay a couple of months and then evict them. These people are despicable deplorable POS thieves that could care less about your well-being or the roof over your head.

In the 2 years that I live here stephie has been the greatest manger She does a really great job! she really takes care of us here and very understanding. Bob Weaver the maintenance guy is awesome he does everything great fixed what weds to be fix and does an overall great job. Thank you guys for making it a great place to live

The apartment overall is awesome. Love the location and community areas are clean. Though Stephanie is one of the rudest people ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She makes rude comments and threatens me with calls on issues that havent happened. Example: I live on the top floor, she sates, if you make too much noise and the people below call me ill call you. I have never delt with someone so unprofessional and discourtious. Another example: I just moved in and asked about the gym and was let down it wasnt 24hrs. She states, thats why you come in person not rent online. Mind you we are in the middle of a pandemic. I understand she is unhappy with her job, but to take it out on a NEW RESIDENT is ludicrous. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and NMRC. Sad that I feel uncomfortable in my OWN complex.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. GREAT MANAGEMENT, STAFF, AND TOTAL APARTMENT COMPLEX ENVIRONMENT!!! WOULD CERTAINLY CONSIDER LIVING HERE IN THE NEAR FUTURE. If its broke. IT GETS FIXED

Some of the most incompetent staff I have ever run into, they are not available the hours that the company states they should be, picking up the phone seems to be a real issue with them and if you come to them with any negative feedback you are likely going to get a rude and snarky response instead of an apology or god forbid an attempt at fixing the issue.

My partner and I moved in at the end of January of this year, 2019. The leasing staff was wonderful, super helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had maintenance assistance ASAP when we found a few minor issues. The guy from maintenance, Bob, was AMAZING! He was very kind and patient, explaining how the upright gas furnace worked and answered all of our questions and concerns with an obvious vast knowledge base, but explained things in layman s terms! He was also very sweet to our dog and cat, and our pup fell in love! This is a great place to live in Rio Rancho. Thank you again to Bob from maintenance, and Stephanie, and Mae from the leasing office to help make our move-in process easy and less stressful!
