I've been living at Inspiration for about 4 years and really like the location. Everything you need is in walking distance and 101 right around the corner makes commute very short.
Townhouse is not the most spacious, but it has 2 car garage which is rare. Disasters happen. Like A/C stopped working Saturday evening in the middle of August. But maintenance & management are awesome, they took care of the issue first thing on Monday morning and It was fixed before I left to work.
Ryann is amazing, she is always there and ready for help. Sometimes I think she has superpowers, because she can predict time when someone shows up in the office :)

I work for an assisted living residence nearby and when I pulled up with a bus full of seniors that needed motorized carts and found that all the carts were out MATTHEW did not stop collecting the motorized carts until everyone could get off the bus...I think that defines above and beyond.

I have been living in Inspiration for a year and half. I would recommend and have recommended friends and family to live here. The staff is always helpful and on top of everything.

Lived here for 2 years - after talking to numerous neighbors I realized I was paying more monthly in rent than those who had upgraded units (for a unit that was not upgraded). Upon move in was filthy conditions (highly recommend recording- record all interactions w office- AZ is 1 party consent and it is legal for you to record any conversation in the state without informing the other party).

During the 2 years of living here- I never had the screen on my sliding door despite it being repaired 2x (I was never able to leave my sliding door open - at all- because my screen was never on the track, after 2x of them coming to fix it -I gave up). I unfortunately have video of Maitnence illegally entering into my apartment (while I was getting dressed) with NO proper notice whatsoever- entering without notice - other neighbors have complained of the same occurance of entering without any notice. Water damage in unit while being there, was promised proper remediation of water damage flooring - it never happened , was never properly remediate therefore water sat still and mold eventually formed - this is a very common theme with multiple neighbors- refusal of sitting water remediation (cdc guidelines)- even at move out walk through after reminding them they shrugged it off stating we will leave it as is . Please Keep peeking the tube for a inspiration at FLW dedicated channel. Notice the condition of move in and out conditions on the tube- you will still be charged cleaning fee for leaving your unit in documented cleaner condition than what it was when you moved in. Talk to your neighbors, get to know them. They are much more trustworthy. Carpet is never replaced yet you re charged for new or replaced carpet (nonexistent). None (0) of the (7-8) side gates (street access) lock whatsoever- meaning gates are unlocked 24/7 for anyone to freely walk inside from the street. Electric gates left open over night for weeks at a time, see photo. There is certainly 0 sense of security due to the obvious lack thereof- walk around and see for yourself with all the gates that don t lock. Pool/spa/gym are closed yearly for 2 months in late summer/ early fall. Trash bin overflow is a weekly regular occurance- only one trash bin for entire complex otherwise you re forced to keep stinky trash in your garage (gross) and they will threaten you otherwise if not abided by due to refusal to have another community trash bin for the complex. The only thing decent about living here was the great neighbors / friends made and met. Other than that, you will find a house with a yard you can rent for the cost of a one bedroom here. When it is time to renew your lease they will offer you % off your overall new + raised Year/renewal quote to get you to stay... once all is said and done- very glad and grateful to have gotten out sooner than later unlike others. Don t make the same regret w your $ and place you call home. if you do unfortunately move here- stay away from units next to noisy electric gates (noted from others) as well as units near the dog park where the fecal and urine scents literally penetrates into your unit (mine was in close proximity to dog park).

There's a few reasons why I ended up moving into the first place I looked at when I was getting divorced. First, I liked the location, conveniently located close to lots of things I love. Second, the gated complex/grounds/townhouse itself. Recently updated, I'm very pleased with the general look of the place inside and out, and all the neighbors I've met so far have been super friendly. Last but not least, my leasing agent Ryann Griggs. I haven't looked at a lot of rental places in quite a while so I really wasn't sure what to expect. From the moment I walked in the door of Inspiration six months ago, Ryann had already made me feel welcome and comfortable. And that was even *before* I would see her exceptional customer service when it came to the multiple needs and requests I had before, during, and after move in. Not only did Ryann nail everything I asked, every time, she did it with a smile. This is someone that loves what she does and it shows!

Regarding some of the other reviews here, I can honestly say those days must be in the past. A few mentioned the maintenace staff, which I've not had issues with, EVER! The pool and workout facility ARE 24/7, don't know what that's about. Renevations were done on time and look great! Ryann is obviously great (see above), but I've also had STELLAR service from Sarah on numerous occasions. I have no qualms stating that whatever issues were happening then clearly seem to be in the past. The maintenance I had requested prior to move in was all completed on time, and the couple minor things that have come up post move-in have been dealt with immediately and the maintenance guys I have dealt with have also been top notch. I've been constantly impressed with how quickly they respond and don't stop until the job is done, now matter how late it goes.

So yes, in my honest opinion, Inspiration deserves all 5 of these stars! I'd have no issues whatsoever recommending this place to my family and friends.

Loved living here - the townhomes truly felt more like a home than any apartment I'd lived in and the community was nice and safe! Ryann at the front desk really knows her residents and makes a point to get to know you by name. Maintenance is also fabulous - quick and thorough and even goes above and beyond. Great little place to live in a fabulous part of town!

I have lived here for 3 years and this is the best place I've ever lived in AZ - I might never move. I love it here... the maintenance staff is really helpful and arrives quickly to helpFacilities are all very well kept and state of the art, and the condos/Apt's are all brand new and beautiful. The concierge team is awesome as well and they are extremely helpful whenever you need anything....especially the pretty one that sits at the front desk!!!

Well, it's Sunday morning at 9am and I have a leaf blower in my ear. This happens every day an sometimes as early as 7am. Maybe you guys don't have to blow leaves every day? Especially the weekends.

Sarah and Ryann were especially accommodating for my move coming from Cali to AZ. Everything was done online and remotely which was a great help to me on this hectic move to the valley of the sun. I was impressed with the community, architecture, and design of this place! The upkeep of this place is great, especially the pool area. I love the layout of the amenities. Maintenance is prompt. They showed up very quick and wore booties per my request! Everything is in close proximity. I feel very comfortable living here. It is very quiet and feels like I'm where I'm supposed to be.

I been a resident for over 7 years and I like living here. The office and maintenance staff has alway been great and I would like to give a shout out to Kyle. A month or so ago my thermostat went out in my unit and with it being summer my unit temp keep rising and with it being late around 5:45 PM I put in a service request online. Within 10 mins Kyle was here to change out my thermostat. The maintenance staff has alway done a great job keeping the place look good.

I have been living at Inspiration for one year and I can say I truly love it. The town homes are beautiful and spacious. The pool is amazing as if you were at a fancy resort. Also the location is perfect because it's right by the 101 fwy and by tons of shopping malls and restaurants. Most important to me the staff there is absolutely great. Maintenance is always on hand when you need them and helping with every situation as fast as possible. The front desk worker Ryann is unbelievable she's always attentive and gets the Inspiration community involve in projects that's goes on with the property. For examples they on events for kids such as movie night as well as for the adults. Having food and drinks for residents to come together so we can all meet and enjoy ourselves. Ryann I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me and My girl friend with this 2 bedroom. We appreciate everything you do for us and the Inspiration community. You are really a great person and I just want you to know we appreciate you and all the hard work you do at Inspiration.

What makes this quiet, relaxing and organized community great is the Community Team. In my opinion Sarah the manager is absolutely wonderful to work with and so is her partner Ryann whom exudes happiness, professionalism and has a wonderful caring energy, our experience has been the best yet in our renting history of ten years and we are so grateful to how dedicated she is to her residents, staff and community. When you walk in you will always be greeted, your application process will be seamlessly easy. The maintenance team ( especially both Brian's) hands down has it together, Brian takes care of the property and always responds to work orders within 24 hours, your neighbors keep to themselves and always give a kind wave in passing. My apartment was clean, and ready for me upon move in, beautiful appliances, and open concept layout. I love this community and I am excited to stay here as a longtime resident.

Staff is awesome. They treat their tenants like gold. I highly recommend living here.

This place is by far the best townhome in North Scottsdale to call YOUR HOME!!
1st moved in over a year ago and did not anticipate re-signing my lease, although I just did! The people in the community are always looking out for one another. The office staff is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I absolutely have loved working with Ryann during my stay, she initially helped me finalize my 1st lease and from beginning to end made the process seamless. She is always looking out for others and is able to manage this property alongside Sarah with full regard to making this a place to be proud to live. Every service call, every mail waiting for your pickup, every attention to detail, they've got it. Sarah has been amazing in follow through and providing direct answers to questions and or issues and they as a team, truly exemplify what customer service is all about. I must also mention that Brien, one of the maintenance professionals is constantly going above and beyond in helping the residents, he has the most kind heart and has always offered to help people that need it if he's passing by. He's super helpful in determining the best solution vs a temporary fix and keeps you updated on the progress. This past summer, for example, my AC went out during a 100 degree day, having 2 young children, without hesitation, he brought us over a portable ac unit and has us feeling cooler instantly. This kindness sure does deserve recognition and I'm happy to call this place home again. I hope this team gets the credit they deserve. The unique charm in these units, including the fireplace, sizable patio, multi level, attached garage, beautiful pool and pet friendly, I don't know why someone would want to live elsewhere in an apt setting.

My family and I were about to embark on a cross country move from Boston to Scottsdale. We knew no one and knew nothing about the area. Endless hours and sleepless nights went into the google searches for they right place to live. Each time I would find the perfect place, I could find something to scare me away. It was about 2 months into the search and I found Inspiration. There were some older reviews that had negative experiences but the newer reviews are what spoke to me....the customer service! Things can get fixed, if you have the right management company and manager working for it. I called and spoke with the manager, Sarah, and she instantly had a warm, welcoming and helpful demeanor. No pushy sales tactics and no lies. She immediately took pics of the units I was interested in and got them right over to me. I connected with her just about 4 weeks prior to our cross country journey. And let me tell you, EVERYTHING was smooth with her guidance. We had only owned homes before so renting in a complex was a huge change for us. We felt out of sorts but Sarah and her assistant Ryann were quick to point us in the right direction. It s nerve-wracking to put a big decision in the hands of someone you don t know. I can assure you if you give Inspiration and their manager Sarah a chance, you will be thrilled with your decision. When we arrived we were greeted with the same pleasantries we had experienced through email and calls. The unit was up to expectations with the only questionable item being the floors on the main level....it looks nice but it s an odd laminate type floor that s uneven....but it works, it could be worse. It s nice to have a garage that fits 2 cars, pet area, 24hr pool/gym & private trash/recycle. The only real bummer (full disclosure, I knew this before renting) is the lack of walk in closets. Most other similar complexes had walk in closets....the customer service here far outweighs the lack of walk-in-closets. We had a few things that needed attention when we first moved in and the maintenance crew was out immediately to check on these items.

Amazing community, caters to business professionals! The staff is very friendly and professional! They act fast whenever you need anything! The community is very well kept and very clean! I highly recommend it to anyone!

Great place to live if you enjoy:

-Noise. Night and Day. Night for the parties at the pool and day if you like the smooth sounds of leaf blowers every morning between 6-8am.

-Bad neighbors. People don't like to clear up after their dogs. Also pretty sure the pool is public now. Some residents abide by the "world is our ashtrey" philosopy and like to leave Coors Light boxes everywhere.

Cannot wait to move out. Don't waste your money here- you can do way better.

This place sucks. Must be accepting section 8 or something cause this place is getting really ghetto. Don't move here! Been here over a year and a half and is gets worse by the month. From dog crap all over the location, terrible landscaping, spray painting on signs, dirty parking lot, and people working on their broke ass cars like its a garage. Look elsewhere, it's your money.

We love living here! The location is location is ideal, our place is so nice, attached garage, feels like a home, beautiful inside, neighbors are great, and the staff, Sarah and Ryann are the best!

place is not cool. this am tho a dude was literally operating a blower at 7am and people were yelling at him. this happens a lot

Sarah and Ryan are the most helpful people I have come across! Can t thank them enough for all their help.

Have a couple of friends who live here and they tell me it's amazing. If there ever is a problem they can maintenance 24 hrs a day and they will come out and fix the problem within an hour of your call. Now that's never amazing maintenance department they have there.

Maintenance Manager Jeremy was great! He brought refurbished dishwasher up the stairs by himself! He fixed everything we needed.

The management and maintenance staff at Inspiration has always been 110% professional. Every time I place a work order it is completed within 24 hours. Sarah the property manager is very approachable and is willing to do what it takes to help you out with you concerns and maintenance requests. I have lived here at Inspiration for over 4 years and have enjoyed my time here.
