Matt Y was our service guy and was great. Very friendly and easygoing. He took lots of photos to show the inside of our furnace of what was wrong. He gave great suggestions on what should be fixed eventually, but didn t pressure us to replace everything immediately. A great experience!

Cody and Jose did a great job installing my new Trane Heat pump and furnace. They were very friendly, worked really hard and had a long day getting it all done. At the end of the day we had a warm house again. They cleaned up everything nicely.

Russ H. came out on a day when the roads were barely passable to fix my heating problems. He had the equipment he needed on his truck, and worked quickly and effectively to fix the problems with the installation of my furnace/heat pump. [Note: this was the third time BelRed had been out to install or fix problems with the installation. BelRed kept coming back until it was right.]

We were told by PSE our smaller furnace is a fire hazard. He also suggested we might replace 40 years old furnace as it would become hazardous, too. Ben came to inspect both furnaces. We had no idea how bad our furnaces were! He recommended two energy efficient 2 stage, variable speed TRANE XB models. Ben's bid was similar to another Trane dealer in prices . There was no comparison to customer service BelRed offered to us. More impressive was installers, Jose and Dustin !
They came on time, neat and clean , organized and explain step by step what they are doing and why.
We were amazed how they installed them properly.
I need to clean ducts now! We recommend them if you want great installations and prompt office staff support. We enjoyed discount, too.
This products are very quiet and heat is distributed fairly evenly( house is 40 years old and ducts are solid but original). Thank you Jose, Dustin, Shannon and Yolanda!! We will contact you for regular maintenance shortly.

I have been a customer of Bel-Red Energy since 2003. They have installed my water heater, replaced the furnace, installed 3 toilets, and for the 2nd time - installed an air conditioner. These folks are RELIABLE, friendly, super helpful and I will continue to be a customer.

I have the 3-service (furnace, A/C, and plumbing) annual maintenance contract with BelRed at a very reasonable monthly price. The two technicians we use - Aaron Stack for furnace and A/C and John Dickinson for plumbing - are terrific guys who know what they are doing and always do the right thing.

TL;DR -- DO NOT CHOOSE BELRED!

I initially chose BelRed because of high ratings on Google and favorable word of mouth recommendations. The technician came over to diagnose our HVAC failure. A couple of days prior I had to shut off power to our AC unit because the house was getting warmer and when I went outside to check on the condenser unit, there was wisps of smoke coming from the compressor area. The unit was only five years old, installed by the previous owner of the house.

The short version is that the technician blew the unit's fuses when he was diagnosing the issue because he didn't do any electrical tests prior to turning the unit back on, in spite of me recounting the way I found the unit (this is important to note for something I will explain later). Regardless, when all was said and done, as the technician wrapped things up, he was trying to sell me a new unit (and said it would cost about $9500), because the repairs were probably going to cost $4500. The existing unit would need a new compressor and he wasn't sure he could get one. As I was looking at the estimate, I noticed that one of the line items was $260 dollars for new fuses -- the cost of these 2 fuses is $6 and it takes about 30 seconds to swap them out -- he blew them while he was diagnosing the unit. There were several other line items on the estimate that were grossly overcharged. Because of this, I asked for an estimate that separated the labor from the parts, but was told it they didn't do that.

A couple of days later someone from BelRed called me because they had heard I was unhappy about the estimate. I explained what had happened and how some of the line items were highway robbery. The individual apologized and told me that he was going to write up a new estimate and that some of the estimate issues were due to new software. It's now been a month and I have *NOT* seen an updated estimate from BelRed.

In the meantime, I reached out to another company that is well respected in the area. They came by and put together an estimate for $1500 less -- this included an additional part (a thermal expansion valve) that BelRed hadn't even identified. They were extremely open and patient in their communications and were a pleasure to work with. In contrast, I cannot recommend BelRed at all.

I would recommend BelRed to anyone. they are fast, thorough, and respectful. Their plumber that came to my aid (Richard Saxton) was engaging, knowledgeable and was able to communicate well with me any and all issues. He had my home back in service way quicker than I expected. He even found plumbing issues not related to the original problem that I was unaware of. He and gave me advice on how to deal with, or repair these. Great guy. Great organization.

The technician, Sam, arrived on time. He did a great job explaining the work plan and then executing it.

Start to finish, Jose S. and Rylee L. did excellent work, cleaned up everything and were genuinely nice to have working in our home.

Unfortunately the cost of fixing by older Trane was amounting to 1/3rd the price of a newer, more efficient model. Bel Red did a great job with the assessment and the pros/cons. Once having made the decision I was delighted with the project management and oversight.

Dustin H and Stephen T arrived on time and with all the COVID PPE precautions in place. The placement of our HVAC is as far away from the furnace as could be. They happily wore their PPE the entire day and I m sure it was hot and unpleasant. Dustin H was primarily my face to face contact during the 5hours of installation. He kept me informed every step of the way on progress and managed expectations.

Both gentlemen were clean and tidied up their work area for me to inspect as they completed their job.

Russ Hall came the next day to turn on the HVAC and manage the City of Kirkland inspector. He mentioned that the wrong PSI level (200 vs. 400) for my system was put in but he quickly corrected before inspection occurred.

Lastly, let me say how happy I am with Bel Red s service & project management which takes a lot of the guesswork out of an installation like this.

Thank you Carmen Gray (Installation Coordinator) who called to insure I was happy with the install, but more importantly went through the remaining mechanical and electrical inspection expectations and who was handling what.

Nick, AJ and Eric recently installed by furnace and they did a fantastic job. The project took two days and these gentlemen were polite and friendly all the time. When they had to call in a plumber (Eric) to move a water line they explained everything in detail and then got the work scheduled as soon as possible. Great team.

I recently had plumbing and heating services provided by BelRed Energy Solutions, and was happy with the service I received. John Dickinson did an annual inspection and cleaning of my tankless water heater, along with inspecting all sinks, toilets, and the crawl space of the house. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. I also had Sam Kirkland who inspected and cleaned my furnace, and Joe Gentzler who did a duct cleaning. All 3 people were great to interact with; would recommend them to others. They give me confidence that my furnace and water heater will continue to operate well into the future.

Have used Bel-Red for >10 years. They take care of their employees, so they have polite, nice, trustworthy, competent folks. Over the years we have used them for all our HVAC and plumbing needs. If any problems arose with their work, they were very good with resolving them promptly. Most recently, Matt York did a fine job with furnace service, as have virtually all their staff across many roles.

The technician, Jamie, is very nice and knowledgeable.

Called to get pilot light on hot water tank repaired and, as usual, BelRed came out the same day and fixed the issue the same day as well. Continue to be super happy with them and, while I don't look forward to having to call them again, won't call anyone else when I do.

Jeff Richter found a puddle of water on the garage floor and confirmed that the water heater died. He worked efficiently and effectively to replace it. I also appreciated Jeff as a highly professional educator. Patient, kind, and courteous at all times, he explained how to register this new product and how I can take the best care of my plumbing and home. BelRed recognizes military veterans and provides a discount. The installation team (Kyle H.,Steven B., and Dalone S.) did an excellent job of installing our new Trane furnace and heat pump. The crew was responsive to our requests to make the installation the least intrusive as possible and worked long and hard to get the equipment installed and ready for operation. Throughout the process Kyle answered our questions about the best location for the installation, the equipments capabilities, how to operate and maintain the equipment, and the benefits we should expect form the unit. Cody M. Came on the second day to activate the heat pump and made sure the system was working to its specifications and our satisfaction. He did an excellent job teaching us how to work the thermostat and create the internet account needed to operate the system remotely through our phones. We could not have asked for better service and intend to have BelRed maintain our system and also use them for our plumbers. Great work by the entire BelRed team. They earned our 5 star rating.

Our old water heater tank started leaking last night and BelRed sent Phil S to check it out first thing in the morning. Phil S arrived on time and did a great job replacing our water heater. He s very professional and knowledgeable. Been a customer for the past 12 years and would like to thank Bel Red for their timely response even within short notice.

Jeff identified current and potential problems with our hot water system. He made recommendations that we are following through on. He fixed the current leak and will be back to install new hot water tanks in a couple of weeks.

BelRed Heating Soln installed a new Trane furnace and was disappointed by the experience I had with them. The installation team was thorough and professional in installing and cleaning up but the company increased my final price by $500 after installation, I let that go thinking it was paperwork error. I needed help later with my new thermostat and after multiple follow-ups they want to charge $100 to visit and another charge to install. did not expect this kind of poor service experience from them. would not recommend this company

Called Red Bell for issue with old furnace. Mike McDonnell the technician arrived on time and he inspect everything as the way it should. He take some extra time to look inside heater chamber and he found some holes in the chamber. Now I'm sure I need a new furnace.

Fernando O, and Cody N were professional, and did a great job replacing a 40 year-old furnace in a few hours. They made it look a lot easier than I'm sure it was.

I've been a customer of theirs for at least 13 years. Over time they've replaced various and sundry parts of my home HVAC. This time I replaced the whole thing after cracks were found in a 10 year old gas furnace. Jose and Larry did a lot of work to get it all done in one day. Over all I'm satisfied with the company but every once in a while I feel like their bean counters get a bit too much authority and the customers suffer a bit more greed than I'd like.

Russ H arrived right on time at 7am to be later joined by Tracy J. Although it was very cold in the garage, they removed the old furnace and did a beautiful install of a new Lennox furnace and an air scrubber. They thoroughly cleaned the garage and were done before noon. Great Work!

Richard was great. He showed up promptly in the morning and was very flexible. We have a very young daughter and we had to get her ready for preschool. He was willing to delay service for over 30 minutes so we could have water to finish our morning routine.

Our furnace went out on a Saturday afternoon in early January. After calling a couple places trying to get a technician to our house, I was referred to BelRed. I was able to get a consultation scheduled for the following Monday morning and a new furnace installed the next day. Considering we were using two space heaters to keep the house warm, the lightning quick turnaround was very much appreciated.

On the day of service, our technicians, Jordan B. and Micheal S., were prompt, courteous, and very professional. They arrived on time, wore their PPE at all times, and were even finished a few minutes early. The heater has worked perfectly since the installation.

All in all, this was a great experience. The customer service was top notch throughout the process and the cost was in line with what we expected to spend, especially on a moment's notice. I would highly recommend their service.

I've had BelRed as our annual HVAC maintainer for years. They are always punctual and you are notified when teams are in route to you with a picture of your technician. So you know exactly who to expect at your door. I love this! BelRed came and did a much needed duct cleaning service for us yesterday. Joe Gentzler was the Tech and he was so polite and cordial. He told us exactly what he was doing and how long to expect each "phase" of the process to go. He answered all our questions, and was able to work around some special needs we had. I definitely recommend them.

BelRed has been servicing my furnace for 15 years. Their technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly. My furnace had it's annual tune up today from Aaron Testerman, who was friendly and professional.

Bottom line, I trust BelRed.

Our 20+ year old furnace went out on Valentine's Day, and I called around trying to get an HVAC company to come out and look at it. One of the companies we called said they were short staffed due to snowy weather and recommended calling BelRed instead. The BelRed technician (Ben) came out the same day and diagnosed our furnace as having a cracked heat exchanger. The repair was supposedly going to cost $2k (although I verified a DIY repair would cost ~$200 for the part but involved disassembling the entire unit). The old furnace was noisy and we needed heat, so we decided to replace it with a newer model anyway. BelRed let us borrow some space heaters, and they scheduled a replacement five days later.

The installation team (Kyle H and Steve B) showed up in the afternoon as they had scheduled. The replacement took about three hours, and we now have a functioning furnace. The overall cost was around $5200. It may not have been the most economical option, but BelRed got the job done.

I am a long-time BelRed customer. They have installed 2 A/C units, a furnace, toilets and perform regular maintenance on the same. 2020 has brought a lot of uncertainty to everyone and every business we count on has to do their part to meet customer demand and comply with state and local regulations. The BelRed techs were amazing - as usual!
Kyle Giddens took care of the A/C tune-up. He was courteous, efficient and thoughtful. Kyle was on time and had everything he needed to not only service the new unit but to get on the roof without concern. Great job!
Dalton Hess was the plumbing specialist and was terrific. He was exceptionally polite and given both he and Kyle arrived about the same time, he deferred to Kyle getting my attention first as I had to get them both set-up with work and where things were. Dalton offered insights about the now aged water-heater with no pressure and walked through all that he did while he was at the condo.
Kudos to both Kyle and Dalton for jobs well done!
