Phil S. replaced our hot water heater that died. He was on time, friendly, explained what he was doing and shared some good tips for maintenance. He also installed a pan and drain so if our tank ever leaks, it won t saturate the wood structure it sits on and the water won t drain into our crawl space! He worked quickly and cleaned everything up when he was done. I was very pleased and thankful for his professional and friendly attitude!

Phil Straight and Richard Saxton replaced our hot water heater along with our kitchen sink and two bathroom sinks and faucets (including new valves).

BelRed Energy recently replaced our aging HVAC. We have used the for maintenance for years and were happy, so it was easy to ask them to help with new install. New Heat Pump and furnace are working great. Installers Fernando O, Dustin H, Brett M, and Russ H did a great job for us. I asked quite a few questions which they were helpful in answering. quality of work was great. I particularly liked Fernando's custom ductwork pieces. Thanks guys.

Superb! I lost my furnace after 20 years of service and BelRed team installed new one two days after. I highly recommend BelRed Energy Solution because they are highly professional and well organized to get things done in the best possible way.
I call them just because I saw their maintenance sticker on my furnace dying and they got call at 7 p.m and scheduled for visit next morning!. Brandon came in in time, did full diagnosis and gave me options to repair with estimates or to replace which made more sense. Mike visited after Brandon left, spent more than 3 hours to get estimates by walking through all possible combinations of furnace+heat pump+coils, figuring out layouts and installation options while taking careful look at premises.
Jose and Fernando arrived on Saturday morning 7 am right on time and installed new furnace nice and tight after duct testing. They also did several fixes or replacement to the existing old duct and seal up leaks completely as well. I was worried about gas leak and bad smell with my old furnace which must be bad for my kids. After they install new furnace and sealed up, bad smell around furnace area is gone.
Fernando revisited on the next Monday, just in time, with Cory and installed new heat pump. There were a number of hurdles to connect the indoor unit to the outdoor unit, so they took another detailed whole walkthrough - crawl space, attic and other possible routes and discussed with me for the final solution. The whole installation took more time than expected in the cold weather but they've done the perfect job. Russ finalize the installation by testing the refrigerant line, filling up refrigerant and configure thermostat to run everything in sync with proper parameters. The system went 20 minutes testing and everything works fine and so far it's working awesome. Rance and Daniel from Always Current electric company did the wiring job pretty nice, and I'm so happy to get new outdoor power outlet along with new HVAC system. Also I was able to spend some time with Rance to consult about installing other gears like electric car charger.

I still can't believe everything is done so fast and nice. I appreciate they responded so quickly that my toddlers won't have to be frozen in cold, and installed new system so professionally making me assured that it's safe, efficient and making my home keep warm in winter times and cool in summer times.
For the cost wise, I didn't have chance to get estimates from other company as it was 'emergency' to me. However, feedbacks from my friends, some of whom are getting estimates for their new HVAC systems, are that what I paid is just about right, and one said it's a better offer compared to what's available from Costco at the time.

Please give John D. and Phil S. a promotion. They were both professional and did great work. Cannot thank them enough for the quick installation and professionalism. Thank you.

BelRed has serviced our furnace, A/C, and plumbing for years, and they're always easy to work with. I appreciate that they send an email with a photo of the technician when he's on his way.

Richard Saxton was great. After a long wait (not him) of getting the part from Rheem Richard showed up today, installed the replacement part, and had our hot water heater up and running again in 15 minutes. Super nice guy and we can t thank him enough for getting our hot water going again after a week without it. Thanks again Richard.

BelRed replaced our electric forced-air furnace with a heat pump and air handler. We selected BelRed because the estimate we received from Dylan W was the most thorough, reasonable, and realistic, of the 3 estimates we received, even though it was not the least expensive. His estimate enabled us to receive a Snohomish County Heat Pump Rebate, a discount from the Trane manufacturer, and a BelRed Spring promo that helped us immensely, and will continue to help in the future. This will probably cut our electric bill in half. The work was started almost immediately, and they worked long hours to get the job done. The work was finished in one day in spite of the furnace being located in a tight location on the second floor, and the installation enabled us to use our original forced air ductwork for the new equipment. Everyone was very respectful, and Kyle H and Steve B kept us informed about what was happening as the work progressed. Everyone was very careful with our belongings and cleaned up when finished, and we appreciated that everyone was careful with their language. The electricians pointed out a very serious problem with the main breaker that needed immediate attention. This saved us from a potential loss of power, or maybe even an electrical fire in the near future. We are very pleased with the results, and recommend BelRed to anyone who is considering installing a heat pump or needs repair of existing equipment.

Had some blonde kid named John surprised he was so young but he knew what he was doing. He was super kind and honest really helped sift through the rif raf.

DO NOT use this Company! I am a Realtor and we had an analysis done on a non-working fireplace. We received a estimate for repairs over $1,000. They charged us $98 for this FALSE opinion and will not refund the money!! We had another service man from another company take a look. The ONLY thing this fireplace needed was to have the gas turned on. We believe and have proof that Bel Red didn't even turn the gas on to properly diagnose this problem. They send a supervisor to over see the problem - we appreciate that but when it came to refunding the $98 FALSE diagnostic (a lie) they won't refund the money and said that they technician still did his job?? Are you kidding me??

11-4-19....We are a new condo unit owner. With the plumbing inspection that Bel Red offered, we became aware of some necessary and recommended updates for our 20 year old plumbing, valves, and hoses. We also decided to replace our hot water More

My water heater went out. They said it would cost $105 for them to come out to diagnose. The tech takes 2 minutes to turn on the pilot light, then proceeds to up sell me on a new water heater. I don't bite so he charges me $200 to light the pilot light. Something Puget Sound Energy would've done for free. My advice, if your water heater goes out, do not call these guys. Call your power + gas company first.

Jeff R. did a perfect job of scoping, executing, completing and cleaning up after our Navien tankless water heater and winterized hose bib installations. He was prompt, thorough and courteous, and clearly explained what he was going to do, what he was doing, and what was done. Jeff L. provided a great assist with the water heater installation. They minimized any inconvenience with the jobs. We were extremely pleased!

Jason showed me his troubleshooting talent which is wonderful; despite a minor follow up problem( may be he had too tight schedule) .Chris did the heat analysis and explained to me the different options professionally. He is knowledgeable, he was on time and arranged for me the installation appointment. Nice follow up. Friday, Ray B and Dustin H did fantastic job on installing the new furnace. They are professional and were able to complete the installation, leak test and overall functionality check with in less than 5 hours. I want to mention also about their quality work on the duct manufacturing, specially on the transitions. Me and my family are enjoying our new furnace. Thank you!

These two worked well together as a collaborative team and would help each other when needed. They divided up the work and got right to it. They communicated well with the electricians to let them know where they were in the installation process.

They were also helpful in explaining what they were doing along the way. I am impressed at the amount of detail work that goes behind the scene for the installation of all the equipment. It all looks so simple when it is complete.

Nick E and Larry B installed my new furnace and they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves and explained how the furnace and the thermostat operated. BelRed is the best!!! Our furnace suddenly stopped working. We changed the thermostat, still not working. We called Bel-Red Energy Solutions for an estimate for a new furnace. Phineas checked the our furnace, found that the door panel was not properly closed, pushed safety button and the old furnace worked again. No charge. We will definitely call BelRed when we replace this one.

Exceptional service! We have used BelRed over the past several years for our furnace needs and they are always prompt and professional. Richard and Dalton came out to fix my gas line and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. Work still isn t completed but I m sure they will finish the job quickly once the permit for the job is done.

Never call belred to service anything. They pulled a fast one on me by ripping apart my furnace and saying it has to be replaced due to safety. They quoted exhorbitently to replace a part which was under warranty. Eventually, i agreed to have a new furnance. But in retrospect realized they were only here to rip me off. I ended up changing a perfectly working furnace to buying a new one. Next time call them only if your furnance is totally dead. Even then look for options like costco or home depot. I will never call belred again.

Charles Damewood was the Nest Pro to startup our new Nest thermostat. He was very professional, knew what he was doing and well trained on the Nest. What stood out was his patience in working with me on the Nest App. There was a lot of customer input required and he stayed with me to work out all details to my satisfaction before leaving. He did a great job and we are happy with the Nest as a result. I strongly recommend BelRed for Nest installation. We are going with BelRed for our regular HVAC work as a result.

Fernando O and Larry B worked so hard all day to install my furnace. They took care to protect the carpet and put everything back when done, including vacuuming. Richard and Dalton recently converted all our house drainage lines from galvanized steel and cast iron pipe to ABS plastic as part of a complete re-work of our home drainage system. They were always very professional and personable. They arrived on time each day and worked very hard to complete the project with minimum impact to our daily lives. I appreciated them explaining what was being done and providing updates as to the status of the work.

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent work Cody M. and Cody L. did a couple of days ago. Jose Salmeron installed my new furnace and did a great job. Replacing two furnaces with one was a challenging, multi-day job, but he made sure I had heat at the end of day one (good thing with freezing temperatures at night). And Joe Maly was great to figure out a way to replace the two old furnaces, with their vent issues, with a single, much more efficient approach.

I moved into a mobile home recently and I wanted to get a programmable thermostat for my Mitsubishi heat pump. A technician came out and took pictures and took the serial number etc. He was going to call me in a few days letting me know what my options were. He never called back and there was a $107 charged for this service. I called about a week later and spoke with Denise who was very friendly and told me there were only two thermostats available for my system. One was $900 and the other was $1300. I told her that was way more that I was prepared to pay.
My son went online found one right away for my Mitsubishi for $235 including shipping. He installed it and it works perfectly.

We ve used bel red for years for our HVAC system and more recently used their plumbing services. Eric and Dalton were able to come to our house quickly when we had a problem and installed a new water heater for us. They explained our options and helped us with the best solution.

Such a wonderful team! Jose S, Larry S, Russ H and Fernando O spent a marathon day at my house installing two heat pump systems. I was a little concerned about the cosmetics of having a large wall-mounted unit in my living room, and they went to great lengths to make it as unobtrusive as possible.Jose was great about consulting with me ahead of time, and they were all extremely professional and did excellent work. I am happy to support this company because of their charity program that gives back to the community.

We had leaks in the front and back pipes due to freezing. It was easy to call and set up and appointment, and they did the assessment as well as the repair on the same day. Having a maintenance contract with them helped the process along nicely. Our plumbing specialist, Richard Saxton, was excellent!

FAILED TO COMPLETE JOB BY DEADLINE, TEARING OUT FURNACE BUT NOT COMPLETING REPLACEMENT BEFORE COLD FRONT.

As of 1/10/20 we are working on an HVAC replacement with BelRed and they have failed to deliver by the promised deadline, and instead left us without a working furnace (we had a working, but inefficient, furnace before they started) as we approach the coldest days of the year.

We had clearly communicated a deadline for completion of this work by 1/10/20 since we are traveling from the 11th onwards, but instead we look to have no furnace during the coldest days of the year, and fear coming back to frozen pipes or other disaster on our return.

Pricing quoted for this job is also roughly 2.5x the retail price I see of the equipment, which I thought was an OK mark up assuming they would get work done on time and to a high degree of quality, but based on our experience so far we now feel ripped off.

They also made at least one error in designing the system, our invoice clearly states a thermostat and another control system that are not both able to be in use with our heating system at the same time, indicating a lack of design knowledge and attention to detail on this side.

Dustin H. and Fernando O. did a great job with our furnace replacement. It was more challenging and time consuming than they expected but they managed the job with professionalism.

Very friendly and very attentive to customer's needs.
