Richard was great. He showed up promptly in the morning and was very flexible. We have a very young daughter and we had to get her ready for preschool. He was willing to delay service for over 30 minutes so we could have water to finish our morning routine.

Once he started he worked very efficiently and was able to do great work. He replaced multiple sinks in our bathrooms and I was impressed by how quickly he finished. I'm very happy with how the final product looks. All my interactions with Richard were enjoyable.
