Bel Red Energy Solutions Review

Because of our service agreement for our furnace, Bel-Red offered us a free plumbing & hot water heater inspection. It was awesome! Jamie R. checked every drain, every toilet, and all sinks for flow and leaks, adjusted toilet flushing wierdness that was bugging us, found slight issues and had tips for us. He also drained and flushed our water heaters and found the source of an issue that's been bugging us for a year. He was so thorough, and polite, and gave great explanations. Bel-Red is now our new plumbing source! :)

eric sams and john dickinson replaced a valve in our water line and also a pressure guage to control water pressure. they did a great job and we are totally happy with their work. nice guys to talk too also. the groves family.

I have been a Bel Red customer for 3 years. In the last maintenance check up the technician gave repair charges that were so ridiculously high. When I wrote to Bel Red asking clarifications, they did not bother to respond back. I finally called in to cancel my services with them and the rep asked me why I was canceling. I told the rep about my story and all I got was, Ok, sure. We will be happy to cancel . Now that s sad customer service. I am taking my business somewhere else.

I have been a customer of BelRed Energy Solutions for many years. This year was no exception. During a routine maintenance of our furnace, they found a crack and it needed to be replaced. Kyle H and Dalone S were stellar installers. They helped me understand the new furnace and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand.

Matt York came to take a look at our furnace, as it wasn t working for months, turns out all that needed replacing was the thermostat. Extremely friendly, funny, personable but also maintaining an excellent service. The business itself was very communicative and always available if you had a question.

We had to replace our 15 year old furnace and water heater, and called Bel-Red based on BBB and other ratings. We were happy with the entire experience from receiving estimates to installation, and recommend this company. Scheduling was easy, people arrived on time, service was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. All of our questions were thoroughly answered and new products were installed within two weeks of our initial phone call.

Ray B and Mikal D were fantastic, on time and very respectful, wearing masks and staying socially distanced.

Trevor was very professional and informative. My only issue was that Trevor arrived approximately 30 minutes late due to traffic with no phone call. Once here, he was very thorough, explaining options and explaining overall observations.

These guys did a great job fast, and made me feel not only confident in my decision to get the Bosch heat pump, but I went into other bids educated on what to ask and how to compare them to eachother. If you are looking for a heat pump, contact these guys first, they give a fair price, work professionally and quickly, and will Educate you on your choices and not try to push something you don't need on you.

Tracy J and Fernando were very professional and knew their job. They kept me informed along the way during the day as the work was a day long installation of a new furnace. Their work was neat and clean and I m glad I went with a new company for this work.

I had an initial appointment scheduled when a snow storm hit. Chad C visited for the annual maintenance check of furnace /HP (heat and cool) / power generator. This is my 41st year of servicing and installation with BelRed. I started with them when they were a one person operation. Never a break in between; always good service reps.
Chad was ready to teach and I was in a mood to learn. Best visit in several years.

Too expensive. I don't think it's worth the money I paid.

Our bi-yearly inspection (by Chad) revealed a crack in the heat exchanger of our furnance. He answered all of our questions and told us that 17 years was beyond the normal life of a furnance and that we should do a like for like replacement. With his guidance, we scheduled a furnance install and were lucky enough to get a crew (Dustin and Kyle G.) here in the afternoon to complete the job. ALL of their technicians were polite and answered all of our questions. All of them were well trained and knowledgeable. We have been using Bel-Red for over 20 years. No other HVAC company has been to our home!

Richard did wonderful job replacing our hot water heater and addressing all my questions too.

I replaced my two 20 years old furnaces with two new furnaces and air conditioner. The installation team lead by Jose S. with Brett M, Mike S, Jordan B and Hoa T. They arrived on schedule. The whole team worked diligently. They made proper preparation, did a good job and cleaned the site after work. The electrical sub-contractor -Always Current Electric - also work professionally. The good team work provide good result. Jose the leader arrived first at 7am left the last at 7pm. I am impressed with his working attitude and performance.
The city inspector came to inspect today. He's very satisfied and impressed with the work. I am glad to selected BelRed to do the job. Their people's performance showed the management really paid attention to customers.

BellRed has been our go-to company for anything dealing with our furnace for a few years and we love them. I would definitely recommend them. Our most recent interaction with BellRed was to replace our furnace. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a very good job explaining all the options without being overzealous. My wife and I are very satisfied with BellRed's level of service.

Very pleased with the plumbing services received from Richard in promptly repairing a constant drip in our upstairs bathroom and replacing our kitchen faucet with a high quality American made product far superior to anything available from home improvement stores. We will use them again

Bel Red Energy Solutions installed a new oil furnace and a heat pump for us last summer. After my initial call to them, a representative came to our house, checked out our house and gave us a recommendation and written estimate that day. Their installers brought the new equipment on the date promised and completed the installation in one day. The invoice price matched the estimate. There were no hidden or surprise charges. In December, a service man came to check that the furnace was working properly, at no cost to us because it was part of the warranty given us at the time of installation. They have promised to return in the spring and check out the heat pump.

I found the Bel Red office staff and installers friendly and courteous. I have recommended Bel Red Energy Solutions before, and will recommend them again!

Wow! What excellent service and a great company! It was a pleasure to have Tracy and Cody out to install our brand new furnace today. They showed up when they said they would, completed a tricky install like the pros that they are, taught me how to use the Nest thermostat and were fun to talk to. Bel-Red has provided annual heating and plumbing inspection for me for the past 5 years. I am on a monthly maintenance plan and it is a great value, providing much peace of mind!

had furnace trouble had bel red come out it was better to replace the furnace than fix the 33year old fossil sam at the office was awesome to deal with the help we needed and there was lots thanks sam then nick e. and kyle h. installed the new furnace and they were also great , nice and efficient cleaned up all the old parts and everything works great, will only use bel red for any needs (hopefully not soon)

Jose S. and Ray B did a great job installing our heat pump. They were professional, courteous, and instructional. They spent over 10 hours and made sure to complete the project in one day even though it was dark and cold. We are having some other issues with the heat pump, but the installation experience was great.

Another quality experience with BelRed! They are my go-to for any HVAC need. Had the team assess the need for a mini-split AC unit in a room of my home that isn't connected to the main HVAC system (which I also went to BelRed for). Joe M. and Brandon provided very thorough assessment and discussions around what I needed, including options for how it could be installed. Brandon kindly came by multiple times to walk me through what the unit would look like. Jose S. and Mike S. then came and provided COVID safety compliant installation, including further suggestions for how to improve the set-up, and had everything set up in no time. Cody helped get everything started up and walked me through what to expect. Yolanda and Gregg worked behind the scenes to get everything going.

This has got to be my 5th or 6th experience with BelRed. Everything from their communications to assessment to installation to start up are top notch. Highly recommend!

I had an unusual work order request to relocate my heat pump and I also needed a new furnace. I was impressed at the professionalism of the team throughout the entire process from scoping out the work, scheduling, and execution day-of execution. Ray B, Cody M, and Salim D worked diligently and throughly. They took care when moving things in the garage and placed them back in their original spot. This is consistent with the business conduct that I've experienced from BelRed and it keeps me coming back.

Extremely pleased with the level of service I have received from BelRed Energy! Of the 4 bids I received on replacing my gas furnace, the consultant from Bel Red (David) was the only person to mention permits, the only person to offer duct cleaning, and the only person that took the time to measured the windows and the insulation to determine the heating needs of my house. Fernando and Lawrence installed the new furnace the very next day and did an exceptional job, even figuring out some tricky installation issues with the electrical side of things and making sure it was done to code. The duct cleaning crew of Cody and Sam arrived about a week after installation of the new furnace and did an incredible job and even gave me info on an air filtration system that I will definitely be adding on in the future. Top notch professionalism at every level of service! Highly recommend!!!

Richard visited twice to provide an assessment and estimates. He was thorough and confident, and compared to others I had to have a look (total of 3 referrals), Richard's professionalism and self-assuredness convinced me Bel-Red was the way to go. On the day of the repair, Richard and Dalton H showed-up early, got right to work and with as minimal impact (turning off the water, drilling, etc..) as was possible, got the job done and done right and much more quickly than expected.
Yes, the repair was pricey - one has to pay for expertise and confidence. I will be engaging Bel-Red for future plumbing issues. And I can't forget Denise J in ther BelRed office, who was always cheerful and quick to coordinate whatever I needed!

Been a BelRed customer for 2 years and finally installed new heat pump system. My installation team of Dustin H., Brandon A., and Mike S. were great. They were on time, very professional, and did a great job all in all.

The only issue I had was with the guy that did the survey earlier - he was super pushy with his sales pitch. While he was super knowledgeable about systems and patiently walked us over all our options...by the time it came down to us making a decision, his attitude changed into a "take it or leave it" kinda attitude and he just wanted to close the deal right there and then without giving us the space to think about it. I'm still glad I went with the installation. System is miles better than our old 16-year old setup.

Master Plumbers (Richard/Trevor) Installed a High efficiency Tankless system & their Senior HVAC technician (Jason P) installed a Halo-LED disinfecting air purifier during our Bi-annual heat/cool tune up service for the Awesome Hybrid Heat pump with ac they install a few years back (working at tip top because they help us stay on top of it!). All systems working flawlessly of course. Truly appreciate Team BelRed going above and beyond on every level! No question why they are the BEST in the PNW!

I have been a customer more than 20 years. I had prepaid for the next years service until 2015. Bel Red had added a new program called the platinum program. This included furnace/Heat pump maintenance as well as plumbing service. I had several upgrades done to my furnace/heat pump system. I had a couple of the plumbing specialists check out my system and they fixed a couple of minor issues. In 2015 a Bel Red plumbing specialist Richard Saxton came to the house to do a routine inspection of my plumbing. During his inspection he identified numerous things that need to be updated. I had the recommended upgrades done over the next year. Richard did all the upgrades and I could not be more pleased with the work he did as well as the great job the heating specialists do.

Our experience with Bel-Red Energy was amazing. Joe & John diagnosed exactly what we needed in a new furnace. Brandon & Brett arrived and installed the system. All 4 of these individuals were very professional, fast and knowledgeable. But most important, they were concerned that we we re satisfied. We could not be more happy. Thank you team! Perfect!

When our electric furnace failed unexpectedly during cold weather, we called BelRed. Chad arrived as scheduled the next day and discovered the fan motor was failing. He restored the furnace to keep us warm overnight, and returned the next afternoon to replace the 40-year old motor. Chad's expertise and professional attention to assess, troubleshoot, and repair our furnace reminds me why BelRed leads their competition. Great customer service makes all the difference.
