Richard (Plumbing Specialist) diagnosed a fault with our system that was causing the hot water to run cooler than it should. Gave good advice as to what was the cause and replaced the faulty part quickly and efficiently. We also had a system flush and service. All in all, very pleased with the service we received. Thanks.
