Wait time to get back was great, but it took forever for anything else. The person who put my IV in and took blood was the worst one I have had in my life. I have huge bruises on both arms. The ultrasound tech was knowledgeable. She asked me to put the probe for a vaginal ultrasound in myself! I have had many of these before with pregnancy and miscarriage and no one has ever asked me to do it myself. She also took forever to perform the abdominal ultrasound. It took her over an hour. The PA I saw and the nurses during the end of my stay were great. Check in and out was fast. Needs more knowledgeable support staff. I felt like I had 1st year students. I didn't feel I was in great hands and that is never a good feeling in an ER.

My Mother had collapsed at American Radiology across the street. She was taken to BWMC's ER, she was in a tremendous amount of pain, Id never seen her like that. They treated her like a drug addict and sent her home saying she had an ulcer and to stop whining. Later that night her stomach descended and she started throwing up green bile. We took her to Anne Arundel Medical Center where they rushed her into emergency surgery because scar tissue was wrapping around her intestines and her bowels were rupturing in her stomach. They said has she waited a couple hours more she'd be dead.

The only good think about BWMC is the Tate Cancer Center, otherwise I wouldn't even take my worst enemy there. Useless.

If you like extortion, come here. My mother admitted two days ago and they found cancer mass. Nice slow pace of testing, lots of random consults with little info. The Last test needed is biopsy and then referral to their oncologost. They said she must sit in hospital for three more days to get priority as an "inpatient" biopsy, or have to wait three weeks as an outpatiet. Three weeks. Lol. Of course since it's an emergency they urge you to choose to stay.

This hospital gets 5 stars, by far the best hospital I've been to in a long time. They took very good care of my mother and addressed her needs and concern. All of the staff is very professional and answers questions throughly. Great job to the staff and owner of this wonderful place.

There with my mother the staff was friendly and caring not just about my mother but myself as well.

Rude and inconsiderate didn't seem to care about helping just wanted to interrupt and keep repeating herself about how she can't help me because
I cannot come in twice a week...didn't want to hear anything I had to say and was actually arguing with me...very very bad bedside manner

Took niece to emergency room. Arrived at 12:49am and at 4:00am still have not gotten back to see a doctor. She is in pain and I understand others arrived prior but they need to assess each individual and see those in pain before the see someone who is not in pain and could have waited to see their own doctor. People go to the emergency room for a cold, hang nail ect while other who are having kidney problems, broken legs ect must wait to see a doctor.

Worst hospital ever!!!!! Why does it take over 7 hrs to receive a CT scan? 1 star is hella generous.

My wife was brought in by ambulance and she than waited for over 7hours and still waiting. A nurse is to come talk to her and nothing. Worst place for anyone to be seen in .

Drove boyfriend to this facility since it was the closest to his home. We arrived at 1:30 am and did not get taken in for triage until about 3:30 am. Throughout this entire wait, the waiting area was being prepped for renovation, carpet was being torn out and there was drilling noise! Imagine being sick and having to sit through that! We were then asked to wait again, this time inside so that at least the construction noise was somewhat muffled. The only chair available was if front of the toilet and on the empty chair next to it was what looked like a dirty used paper gown. That chair never got cleaned throughout our wait. We did not receive a bed until about 6:30 am, and an actual doctor only saw us 1 hour after. Nurses and doctor were sufficiently caring and attentive BUT the wait time was ridiculous. This should have been informed to us at check in. If we had known the wait time would reach 6 hours, I would have driven to another hospital. Would not recommend if you are here for emergency service! Or at least ask what the estimated wait time will be!

I had questions with a prescription and they directed my call to the pharmacy and got it straightened out even though it was not filled there. A helpful place with courteous reply to my questions making sure my strength levels were correct for my prescription. Thank you for taking your time to help me

On Dec 13, 2016 I had a massive heart attack, and was rushed to your hospital by Anne Arundel Co Fire Dept. The speed, professionalism and compassion exhibited by the ambulance crew and hospital staff saved my life. My stay at the hospital from 12/13/2016 - 12/18/2016 furthered my initial impression that this facility and staff are top notch and can stand their ground with any hospital in the area.
This, given the fact we in live in an area with some of the best hospitals in the world.

UPDATE: USNews & World Report just put out a list of the 10 best hospitals in Maryland. BWMC didn't make the list. AAMC did of course.

UM BWMC is just North Arundel Hospital with a little lipstick. Why would anyone visit or support this hospital when AAMC is just down the road? It's not that far away. Seriously, if your health and well being are at stake, go elsewhere.

Literally a trash hospital.

Called 9-1-1 for an ambulance to come get my dad who was complaining of chest pains and had high blood pressure, etc.

I came back the next day with my mother to be told that I can't go up to go see him because I'm under 18 (literally turning 18 in Oct.).

I was sitting in the waiting room with two other girls who weren't allowed to go up due to stupid age restrictions despite being with a caretaker/parent. The two girls have up and disappeared and the front desk didn't even look up and was too busy looking irrelevant things on their computers.

Don't bring your children, if you need to go visit anybody. The front desk won't watch them and they can up and wander off without being stopped or called after.

They sold my workers compensation injury bill to a debt collector 3 months ago, my credit dropped 70 points. They also still haven't fixed it.

This is totally sucks. My wife's Blood pressure was high , & chest pain. Hard to breathe. Went to this ER around 9:30pm after 11 hour shift work. It's now 12:42am & still waiting. Didn't call yet . What kind of ER is this ???

They told me I had a sprain my arm when in fact it was a fracture... Enough said

They worked fast when my daughter suffered a major emergancy (came in by ambulance at 6am). They even transported us to another hospital when they realized she needed help they couldn t provide.

People who are complaining of long ER wait times don t understand...if you can drive yourself to the ER, you do not get taken before someone in an ambulance.

If you can walk in under your own power you will not be seen before a person carried in.

Unless you are visibly pouring blood you will not be seen before someone who is... in other words, suck it up buttercups and wait your turn.

The staff here are amazing and the triage nurses are very capable of making appropriate decisions for the health and well-being of their patients.

I read reviews often, though I never write my own. I had to make an exception after my experience with the surgical unit. After reading the many poor reviews related to the emergency room, it is clear that care in that area does not reflect all units of the medical center. The surgical unit is outstanding. The staff was very organized and professional. Most of the nurses were exceptional. A couple of the techs should honestly be nurses. I had a major surgical procedure and the care from the nurses made recovery comfortable. I wish I could list all of their names. There were so many in rotation that I might leave out a few. A huge thank you to the entire team. Keep doing what you do!!! -Msola

I gave 3 stars due to my nurse being so pleasant. For overall cleanliness I would rate 1 star. The gowns were dirty. The floors were filthy. The wait was ridiculous, but it was a larger crowd. Not really a place I would consider visiting again.

worst experience from the front desk people the old white man needs to get his attitude in place very repulsive towards me and my mother on two separate visits either because we are Latino American doesn t give you the right come out with a stuck up attitude and face. Nurses are nice and just do their jobs. The doctor decided what was wrong and took what I said was the problem and switched from trying to figure out the problem to proving me wrong. Before I even got to speak with him again they knocked me out for "anxiety" even tho I was in huge pain. Didnt know anything past that moment but I woke up in even more pain the next morning. If I'm anxious because I'm scared I'm dying maybe fix what's making me anxious instead of only treating the anxiety. This place take hours to see you to a room then hours to see a doctor. It's not worth your time. The poor girl next to me couldnt breath and they sat there doing nothing as she was wheezing. Needs alot of improvement.

Absolutely horrible I was there on night shift ,staff not doing their jobs a lot of staff on their personal telephones overall very bad service.

horrible horrible horrible hospital..... even in case of emergency drive the extra 20 minutes to another hospital...... they discharged a mentally ill person on the street with no shoes, no socks, no underwear, no phone, no wallet and only a hospital robe on.... sent this person walking after suppose to be staying in observation by shrinks..... thankfully, this person was placed in a good mental health facility and is 100% better now.... place is dirty and they line patients up in ER hallway coughing and throwing up in bags... worst hospital ever..... PG Hospital is cleaner!!! LOL

The ER here is Great place to die! Fantastic for waiting area where you'll be left alone for two hours while waiting for a room is made available for you. If you fall on your face while going to triage, they'll just stare at you. Want to feel alienated during treatment? Don't worry! They've got you covered! They'll drop you in your room with no discussion, then come back 45 minutes later. Want random people to walk in your room who don't actually work at the hospital? Got you covered! They can even sit in your room for a few minutes before somebody gets them. Great times.

My pregnant fiance and I came into the ER due to her have pelvic and back pain along with blood in urine. Upon getting vitals she had blood drawn and the nurse was rude and rough. Tying her tourniquet way to tight. After words we were brought to a separate waiting room were we continue to sit. It's now been almost 4 hours in 1 waiting room. Serious unprofessionalism and lack of pride in this hospital.

Omg I was so scared about going to a hospital I ve never been hurt in my life of 22 years but I lacerated my lower leg really bad and went to shock trauma and from the second I was in the ambulance to getting rolled out the door I knew I was in good hands everyone was so nice and helpful and patient with me and my pain I was in and out in 24 hours with surgery couldn t be happier thank you to all the TRU team and nurses and the people learning the art

I wouldn t even give this place a star. This has to be the worst ER experience I have ever had. I arrived at 11:30p with chest pains. I was seen quickly. I then and still am sitting in the waiting area it is now 6am. All the registration staff keeps saying is you have X amount of ppl in front of you. There are three ppl in the waiting area. Super blown and disappointed!!

My grandma has been getting chemo treatments at the Tate center, and the staff is awesome.

This is the worst hospital ever, the nurses are nice an will help I when asked, the the doctors are slow as Hell, if they are understaffed the need to hire more doctors, I ve bn sitting here 3 hours in the emergency room, with my seven year old son that is in a lot of ear pain along with sever swollen of the face, what the hell is wrong with this place, I will never b back at this hospital ever again, and for past three hours bn told we where next we where next, worst place I ve ever been in my life

The nurses here are excellent. The food is delicious. The care I received was the best

For my experience they took care of me and in a timely matter I was having breathing issues barely could on my own for about 8 hours due to bronchitis when I finally realized this is how stupid i was to think it will just get better on its own and this is getting serious . Thanks to the staff n doctors I felt much better and could breath normal . Try to go early tho it does matter . And yes some homeless do sleep in the waiting area but they are harmless . I can't speak for the other comments but I appreciate what they did for me .

The wait time in the ER is ridiculous. Multiple employees of the registration staff were in a back room cackling and having fun while literally not one person was there to check in new patients. Then, after yelling for help multiple times to get them to come out, she comes around the corner and mocks me? Plus they think everyone is there for pain medication even if you dont ask for it. Just go somewhere else, its not worth the frustration.

My dad is being cared for by an amazing care team in CCU covid unit. Dr. Armstrong, Dr. Marshall, Lacey , and many more PA and nurses who are risking their lives daily every shift to keep him and others alive. We were alarmed that 911 was taking him to BWMC, thinking back when it used to be North Arundel Hospital and had a horrible reputation. We now know they have the best covid care team in the state right in our back yard, so very grateful.

Worst ER I've ever been too, extremely long waits, rude staff, and it's not clean

Good luck. This place is awful you'll be waiting for 5 or more hours in the waiting room, like I am currently, and there's only six people out here.

One of the worse emergency rooms in the world and I have traveled around the world. Wait time extremely long. On the patients record it indicated that the patient was deaf. Attendant called out the patients name vice walking over to the patient. Doctor was rude as if he never had Work with deaf individuals. Doctor recommend and IV. As I set Here for one hour waiting for the IV to get started this begins our sixth hour in the emergency room. At the end of this poor service they will still charge you the five star service fee. Attendant has now arrived was polite and was sorry for the long wait. I suspect we will get out of here in eight hours. To be fair the intake staff was very quick and professional. After the intake it s all down hill. Not good!! One last note the chairs are not good for long periods of sitting. Bottom line they did resolve the issue I am going to raise It one star.

The wait time is.... You would get to another country, be seen and come back and still be waiting!!!

Dr Elizabeth A. Fronc makes Baltimore Washington Medical Center's pediatric department one of the best pediatric facilities in Maryland. She treats every patient with compassion and a genuine caring attitude that gives you a personal experience that few medical providers can offer. I would switch pediatricians if she had her own practice.

THE WORST!!!!! It s been about 4hrs and I still haven t been seen! What s the point in an emergency room if they take forever! Im highly upset.

Waiting for 4 hours for my wife to be seen in the ER for severe abdominal pain, and we finally get called back, when what do i see as im walking my wife back to the room? NURSES ON FACEBOOK! If you are busy enough to make me wait four hours, i better not see any nurses surfing FACEBOOK as im walking my wife through the ER. Still have yet to have my wife be seen, and we have been waiting in the lobby for 4 hours, and now in the ER room for 30 minutes. They havent even hooked up her pulse-ox or BP cuff, no meds, just "put on this gown and we will be in shortly". You need a serious overhaul of your emergency medical department. I know if i acted like this in my hospital, i would not have a job.

I had my baby here and i had the most outstanding set of nurses here . They helped me with literally everything and i couldnt be happier

As we speak my wife and I have been waiting for her to be seen it's 4:43 am on 9/13/17 we got here 11:50 pm on 9/12/17. Nearly 5 hours and we still have 10 people ahead of us. Come on bwmc get your shot together there's no excuse for this my wife is in serious pain...
edit: at 5:09 I asked the front desk how much longer after 5 hours we had approximately 5 people ahead of us. And she said the person that's been there longest was 6 hours 29 mins, which is by no means okay. My wife was crying in pain with her knee, there were noticeable drug addict here trying to get pills wasting time. After I said we're leaving as my wife hobbled out the door in excruciating pain, they just watched us, didn't care. These people took oaths. And if they can't uphold their oaths they need to lose their jobs. This was the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had at an emergency room. If you have any option, any option at all don't ever go to this emergency room. They don't care about the wellbeing of their patients and the doctors and nurses on duty between the. Hours of 12am and 5 am on 9/13/2017 should be stripped of their license and never be allowed to practice medicine again. This place makes me sick to my stomach. I usually have trouble taking friends and family to the Emergency Room of Baltimore Washington Hospital.It s a very long wait at the ER waiting room...6 to 10 hours sometimes before you even get a doctor to work on you. From there it s hours of examination and tests with often very limited results. Alot of the staff are also indifferent and resent you being there. The medical problems may or may not get fixed either. Go to a different hospital or your loved ones will likely have increased suffering on top of thier illness/injury.

One of the worse hospitals that I've been in. Doctors do not want to do their job. Its like they are there to click in to get paid but don't do what they are suppose to be there to do. Very unprofessional. Will rather drive further to go to AAMC. Place where they send the doctor rejects.

Have already reached out to Patient Advocate dept and still haven't gotten a call back. So once again, this goes to show you that everyone there don't care about how they treat patients.

In emergency room the Doctor diagnosed me wrong so I stayed in severe pain for another week before my personal doctor figured it out. Then I received $1600 bill for wrong diagnosis which I've been trying to dispute.

I have been sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours, watching guards run off homeless people, people sleeping everywhere because they have been here so long! I asked the rude woman at the desk, does she know how much longer it will be? She says your next as long as nothing else comes along! Well 2 min later she is laughing with a nurse because I asked! They were laughing as long as nothing else comes along! That was 30 min ago and nothing else has come along! This hospital is the worst hospital i have ever been too!!! Trash laying around! Horrible hospital!

The ED tortured my daughter for 5 days while waiting for a bed in another facility. They did not feed her until day 3 and she lost 10 lbs in5 days. They took her off prescribed medications for her preexisting conditions and threw her into withdrawal and severe symptoms. They were rude and dismissive. They lied to me on the phone stating she was receiving all her prescribed meds. They refused to call her specialists to learn what her rare condition is. They didnt properly care for an injured foot and now she has an infection. It was appalling from start to finish. There will be formal complaints filed with relevant agencies.

Long wait for doctors. It s terrible. Sat in room waited over 40 mins just for the doctor.

Sent someone there with the police threatening suicide and he was released 2 hrs later still messed up no one called and he walked down the highway. Great job doctors

Took my daughter in with 104.8F fever and the care has been exceptional. From the check in staff to the doctor and nurses everyone has been caring and focused on our little girl and her needs.
Some of the more negative reviews about waiting times may not fully understand the triage process and it's also tough to tell how many beds and doctors are available in the back when your sitting in the waiting room.

I myself work in the medical field, and I will gladly bring my daughter back if she needs to be seen.

It takes forever to be seen by a doctor. Not sure why when there isn t that many patients. The process is very slow. No passion or sense of urgency. Expect long waits.

Do NOT go to this hospital unless you want the worst care coordination possible. The care coordinators are incompetent to say the least. Especially Jessi Moony of the 4th floor! My mother was admitted with pneumonia, ended up needing a trach to get stable, after she was stable a week the care coordinators gave me only ONE business day to find a rehab facility for her to move to. They also explained if I didn t agree to one they would just place her somewhere that had an opening. They moved her from the hospital to the rehab facility at 8:30pm, my mother missed her regularly scheduled medications and tube feeding because she arrived too late in the evening at her new facility. She spent the entire night in pain bc they had nothing to give her since the hospital forced the transfer before she was ready! DO NOT USE THIS HOPSITAL!!!!

Worst hospital in Maryland! The staff especially the nurses are mean,nasty,rude, incompetent,lazy,inpatient with 0 compassion. They can not draw blood either,I have small veins and told them to use a butterfly needle yet they were too incompetent to do it right,instead dug the needles in my veins and causes horrible large bruises up and down BOTH of my arms and my nurse decided to try to get blood from my hand which is painful and he blew my vein! It hurt very badly and he didnt even apologize! Avoid this horrible,horrible incompetent hospital if you can.

The doctors here are not good. When they have no idea what else to do, test to run they don t ask for help from another doctor. They discharged you. While your still having the same problem like numbness on you left side, chest pains so bad that you can t breath oh the the awful headaches that they medicate you for. But still discharge you smh. The nurses on the other hand are wondering they go above and beyond for their patients.

I had came in I think it was 3/30/19.
I came in for my bad sinus infection because it had gotten worse and I took my moms advice to get Checked up on.
I m a type 1 diabetic so of course they are gonna test sugars and run labs for DKA.... sadly I did go into DKA n had to go into ICU they proceeded with the usual fluids and potassium levels dropped... I told my one nurse to try the drink because it does better for me and stays in my system... NOPE they didn t do that, also told them I started to lose hearing out of my right ear, NO ONE came to check it out and i haven t talked to a single real damn doctor about treatment plan or anything.
12:24 pm been telling my nurse I wanted to leave bc I have to get home to my son.... she refusing to get my discharge papers ... which btw is illegal to hold someone against their will.

My boyfriend came in for some scar tissue to be repaired he was supposed to stay overnight for them to watch he was in surgery from 10-430 he had to be off his blood thinners for a week he had a stent to his heart he had to be off for surgery the next day he died of a massive heartattack a blood clot they could not save him they worked on him from 6-10 no autopsy. I came to the hospital for a simple surgery and never took him home with me it could have been avoided if they would have checked for a blood clot knowing he had a stent that could have been clogged because of not having his medicine or just being aware of his heart conditions

This hospital is full of rude doctors, nurses and staff. You receive inadequate service. While I was in the waiting area, I watched the staff mistreat a man because he was drunk. They were watching him and talking to him like he was a fugitive. After a while the man got tired of being disrespected and told the staff he is in pain and needed to see a doctor and that he was 55 years old and did not appreciate being talked to in that manner. I also watched two patients leave because they waited over 4 hours to be seen when there were only 1 other person in the waiting area.

I went because I was in some serious pain from an infection that obviously if an asprin could solve it I would not have gone to the emergency room at 3am for help with the pain. The rude doctor came into the area and told me that she was going to give me a choice of asprin or tylenol (which I had at home and it did not work). I told her that I needed something stronger she said no and that I should have some wine it might help. I immediately got dressed and left without being discharged. I think they should not be paid for not treating my issue not to mention being rude.

My daughter went there during the winter complaining of pain in her lower back and they sent her home with some asprin only to find out that she had a major infection that required an immediate surgery and some real pain medication.

Suggestion: They are great for asprin but for real service you will not receive.

The service is terrible. My finger was bleeding through MULTIPLE pieces of gauze and they made me wait in the waiting room for 3 freaking hours!

Spent 6 and a half hours waiting in the er to be seen for a foot injury while in severe pain, not ok

Dr. Conaway from the sleep center is nice, friendly, helpful, etc. But he is not honest. He tells EVERYONE who comes in for a sleep study that they have sleep apnea and quickly issues a c-pap machine. He shows you a 10 minute session where you stopped breathing and says "you have moderate sleep apnea" and before you can protest, you're on your way home with a machine! Everyone--yes, EVERYONE, stops breathing normally a few times while they sleep. I went in because my husband told me he heard me stop breathing while I sleep. I have no other symptoms of sleep apnea (tired, falling asleep when not in bed, sleepiness, etc.) But they won't show you any more than that little time. I believe he gets kick backs from the medical supply company and feels that, since insurance is paying for it, and it doesn't do any harm for anyone to use a cpap even if they don't need it, he will issue one to everyone. The people who do the testing don't care. I had a particularly nasty person. Then once they issue you your machine, they can't really help (or don't want to) if you have difficulties. They try to farm you off to someone else. If you want to have a REAL sleep study done, don't go here. You are just lining Conaway's pockets! Also, get a second opinion.

The worst emergency ever, I stayed in the waiting room for 1:20 minutes and there was only me and 2 others.

Was here with my sister Alisha for 6 hrs she was in excruciating pain on her left side, tummy and chest all I kept hearing was there s a long wait. How long does someone have to wait to be seen. Never coming back I don t care if I ve been shot at

I watched someone bleed all over the waiting room for the ER for 3 hours while I waited to be seen and when I asked what was taking so long the registration desk informed me that some people had been waiting for 5 hours. I'm so glad to see that they understand the meaning of a simple word like EMERGENCY.

This has been the worst medical/emergency room experience I have ever had in my life !!! I was brought in this place by ambulance. I had just had a major car accident.. My car was totaled and I am very thankful to be alive !!! I have a Auto Immune Disease !! Sitting in this Open Waiting room in the middle of Covid ! The people here are just so nasty ..No one follows up with you!!! I am sitting in a wheelchair cause my legs are bruised Black & Blue. And can hardly stand .. let alone walk ..I got brought in around 10:20-10:30pm . it s 2:08 am just being taken to the back .. Nurse pushed me in a room and told me to make my way to the chair!!! Unbelievable!!!

Terrible place pediatric patient with a head injury and change in mental status and been here for 6 hours and we can t make it pass triage yet. Won t be coming back here I ll drive extra and go to AAMC instead what a difference

I went in covered in blood likely needing a vessel in my nose cauterized. After waiting over two hours I went up to the receptionist with blood running everywhere and I'm told that the wait time is 6 hours and 29 minutes...this not including the 2+ hours I've already spent there. I could have driven to Delaware, been seen right away, and be halfway home. I will never step foot in that ER again. Speechless. Never have I seen an ER run so poorly.

Went here recently and was treated in the ER. I walked in and was seen by a care team almost immediately. My issues were addressed promptly and the Dr listened to my concerns. I had so much anxiety because had previously been to another ER in Baltimore where I was treated with disdain and my pain was ignored.
Thank you Dr Tupe and your team of all male nurses who restored my faith in medical care and treated me like I was a human being and did not judge me on my ability to pay or ask me where I worked which was the case when I had previously gone to Johns Hopkins Hospital days ago. Thank you UM BWMC for not subjecting me to a 12+ hour wait. You are true rockstars in this pandemic era. We need more true medical professionals like you and the nurses and techs at your hospital!

I can NOT believe you sent someone home without pain meds, assuming the patient is a drug addict when they are not. My son almost had his finger cut off. They stitched him with no antibiotics or pain meds. He is an extreme pain. I asked him to call the ER number and he refuses because he knows they won't help him.

By far the longest wait time I have ever experienced in Maryland.

It took 3.5 hours to meet a doctor. The doctor diagnosed me with general abdominal pain and viral infection. She told me there was blood in my urine and never gave me the results of my CT scan. It took an urgent care PA to read the results and check the CT scan to tell me I don't have blood in my urine and there was a chance I had ileus from the CT scan. So I'm back at another ER 4 days after, defiantly not going back to this hospital.

II am very sick with severe asthma I was at this hospital after a day they say I am well and I can go home but I can't breathe and I see no difference

(the doctor and nurse were very friendly but I WANT TO BEREATHE)

Emergency room has terrible wait time if your an adult...excellent service if maternity or pediatric!

I was here for inpatient. Upon getting discharged I asked for the list of all the medications I was given during my ENTIRE stay. They refused me. They only gave me the list of the CURRENT meds I was suppose to take outside the hopsital.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOSPITAL! NOW ON MY 3rd HOUR OF WAITING TO. BE SEEN IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM ! THIS HOSPITAL AND IT S STAFF HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO SENCE OF URGENCY! Yes THEY DON T HAVE THE FIRST CLUE WHEN IT COMES TO PATIENT CARE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Been here since 8am, it's now 12pm and I haven't even been seen by triage yet. Also there's only two other people waiting to be seen. If they can't handle low amounts of patients, I can't imagine what it would be like if they were actually busy

I gave one star and that because the ladies in the emergency room did fine. When my son was moved to the pediatric side apparently they stopped his iv and forgot to turn I on. So my 19 month old son that was dehydrated laid in my arms for More

This place is crazy slow and if you have a baby, please do not come here. I repeat, please do not come here. Nurses are rude, everyone is rude here. We were compelled to come here since this was the one closest to our house, but it has always been like this. We had our infant and they dont even care about babies. They Don t even treat gently. One of the most horrible service in Md. i would rate negative if it was possible

Lost a lot respect for this place, came in at 4 30 am with chest pain, problems breathing and left at 8 am because no one had seem me... receptionist said "you have to keep waiting" and there was only about 10 ppl in the waiting room for the last 3 hours... this experience was awful, I'm sure they will say they were too busy in the back, always the same excuse... but fast to charge until the last penny possible

I never wait so long in a emergency place I get there at 9:00pm and it was at 2:am and I was still waiting this place is a nightmare I hope peoples put more reviews so they can make some changes in this place

Descrimination at high levels here
By nurses doctors etc
I wish god wont descriminate them like they did with me

You wait for hours and hours and
Hours just to wait more hours.

Waited 6 hours with my 6 month old...absolutely no help...sent home the same way we came in. This is the 2nd time. I'll never use this hospital again
