My pregnant fiance and I came into the ER due to her have pelvic and back pain along with blood in urine. Upon getting vitals she had blood drawn and the nurse was rude and rough. Tying her tourniquet way to tight. After words we were brought to a separate waiting room were we continue to sit. It's now been almost 4 hours in 1 waiting room. Serious unprofessionalism and lack of pride in this hospital.
