I can NOT believe you sent someone home without pain meds, assuming the patient is a drug addict when they are not. My son almost had his finger cut off. They stitched him with no antibiotics or pain meds. He is an extreme pain. I asked him to call the ER number and he refuses because he knows they won't help him.
