As we speak my wife and I have been waiting for her to be seen it's 4:43 am on 9/13/17 we got here 11:50 pm on 9/12/17. Nearly 5 hours and we still have 10 people ahead of us. Come on bwmc get your shot together there's no excuse for this my wife is in serious pain...
edit: at 5:09 I asked the front desk how much longer after 5 hours we had approximately 5 people ahead of us. And she said the person that's been there longest was 6 hours 29 mins, which is by no means okay. My wife was crying in pain with her knee, there were noticeable drug addict here trying to get pills wasting time. After I said we're leaving as my wife hobbled out the door in excruciating pain, they just watched us, didn't care. These people took oaths. And if they can't uphold their oaths they need to lose their jobs. This was the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had at an emergency room. If you have any option, any option at all don't ever go to this emergency room. They don't care about the wellbeing of their patients and the doctors and nurses on duty between the. Hours of 12am and 5 am on 9/13/2017 should be stripped of their license and never be allowed to practice medicine again. This place makes me sick to my stomach.
