Very clean, quiet area. Easy access to freeway. Great price.

The hotel had some kind of renovation going on so our stay would probably have been better if things were not under construction. The property looked very nice and the breakfast was very good.

Great place to stay & a wonderful continental breakfast

This was a great hotel and the customer service was fantastic !!! Chelsea, Patty, and Latoya are the best employees ever. They were all super helpful and you could tell they really love their job and they care about the guest . They are all assets to this company!
The breakfast was great as well they had a lot of good selections !

clean, quiet, friendly, great breakfast... all the things one would hope for in a motel in that price range. We didn't have time to try anything more than the beds and the breakfast. It served our purpose to the tee.

Everything was average and acceptable. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and very helpful the desk clerk Devon was very nice and personable when I spoke with him on the phone when I was in my room he listened to what I had to say as though it was very important to him and after the conversation he showed up at my room #245 within 2 or 3 minutes he had taken care of the situation and I was very Impressed that he took care of things hhimself and didn't pass it on to the next person . There was a lady .in the kitchen that also went out of her way to be helpful I wish I could think of her name she was very hospitable. And lastly but not least your housekeepers were good

Hotel room very nice.for 84$bucks. Two room suite two bathrooms hugh hd flat screen.Massive hook up! The service here.SUCKS. Evil lady working front desk w red hair, desperately needs a zanny bar. Onry, rude, pointed finger in my face not helpful. House keeper has came to the door 7 diffrent times, just.entering no knock. I think ill stick w Laquinta just because of service. They are much more respectful.

They had bed bugs in both rooms they tried to put me in.

Parking lot was very homey. Nobody invited me inside a room for casual conversation but nobody was opposed to me minding my own business using wifi for a few minutes.

Holy crap this hotel is just off the charts in service as in a horrible way! They have very crappy service because the lady at the main office had sort of an attitude and there aren't even towels to take a shower in my room and last but not least there's a freakin cricket in my room! So if anybody could me and complains to be this isn't true I have video proof and photo proof.

I very much enjoy this location for short staycations. The rooms are very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The hotel is located near a mountain preserve that offers great hiking opportunities and is close to the 51 freeway that can get you to anywhere in the valley quickly. There is a lot of dining options within a reasonable distance of the property as well. The complementary evening cocktails and breakfast in the morning make me feel welcomed as a guest. I will continue to be a guest at this property.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was clean, the king sized bed and pillows were so comfortable and I had a great night sleep. I needed a budget friendly hotel when my A/C at home died. This hotel was also right down the road from my home so it was also conveniently located for my needs. The free breakfast was great and offered a wide variety of food choices. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, buscuits and gravy, fresh yogurt, fruits, cereal and my favorites were the waffles and pancakes. Breakfast hours were perfect for early and late risers. And they even have a Social hour with free beer, wine, nachos and pretzels. The pool was clean and refreshing. The room was clean, nicely appointed and the A/C worked perfectly. Free parking and wifi also. No "resort fees". Overall, this was a great experience for us and will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in all aspects of service and comfort, as well as location.

Hotel was in the midst of a remodel. Our room was cramped and uncomfortable. The breakfast food was barely edible. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Entrance and exit to and from hotel was difficult and somewhat dangerous.

Very bad experience. Too long a check in process, over half an hour, considering we'd checked in online. Then had a room with no heat, maintenance person who flipped the breaker leaving us sitting in the dark and then was unable to fix either the heat or the lights. Had to pack our belongings with only a pen flashlight. Told there were no additional rooms only to have the maintenance person return to claim her flashlight, telling us we should have gone to the desk for keys to a new room. New room had a bathtub that should have been replaced, smoke detector covered in plastic, and no television remote. Both nights noisy visitors at 3 a.m. No offer for anything to compensate for our bad experience. Would not recommend this particular Best Western.

Clean rooms, continental breakfast is better than most. Social hour with free cold beer from 5:00 to 6:30 was nice with chips, cheese and chili for nachos.

I've stayed before and after renovations. Both times enjoyable. The renovations definitely enhanced the overall stay. Checked in efficiently and with a sincere welcome. Room was clean and mostly quiet. Occasional foot traffic through out the night as it was s Friday. Enjoyed a free hot breakfast the following morning with waffle maker, not prepared scrambled eggs. Cereal available coffee juice etc. very well done clean with easy access. no issues with checkout process and I will be returning.

Great location because Piestewa peak is right next door, or a short drive. Seriously it was 20 minutes to downtown Phoenix (at 630am) and 15 to Paradise Valley Mall in early afternoon. The rooms were comfy not small or large. Bathrooms could have been updated. The noise is average. The decor isn't anything you'll remember.

Nice clean room. Has all of the necessary amenities. Free breakfast is pretty good. All of the facilities are clean and in working order. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Freeway close. Not much business around. Must drive to go anywhere.

This place is amazing and so effortlessly priced. The breakfast is excellent. It's on a nice side of town. Noel and Toyya are the best staff I have met yet at a hotel. Pick a suite it's only $99 a night, cheaper if your a rewards member.

Hotel room and stay was great. It is a short drive from downtown Pheonix and it is super close to a lot of shops and food places in case you wanna get out the room for a bit. We did have a bit of trouble with the toilet in the room where it didn't flush for some reason but we told the front desk and they took care of it immediately overall it was really good!

Continental breakfast is pretty much standard, but these guys have a social hour in the evening as well with snacks and beer/wine..Nice!
Also needed to print something and their business center had everything I needed.

At check in, staff alerted us to a worldwide hotel scam that involves our room phone ringing after check in saying hotel staff needs to verify our credit card information. Beware of scams!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, including a small fridge, coffee and a small microwave. The room rate included a complimentary breakfast and a social hour with drinks in the evening.

I didn t like the fact that the entrance to the rooms was from the outside. No elevators or anything. I felt like I was at more of a motel 6. The room was clean and functional. Staff was friendly. There was some noisy construction right outside our room that was annoying. Overall I was satisfied but just thought it was a bit overpriced for the quality of this location.

Every one was very friendly .. Bonnie in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful, she helped me find near by places to visit..Will definitely stay here again if I'm in Phoenix Arizona

Great hotel to stay while you're in Phoenix. Close to whatever location you're trying to get too, but yet private enough to make you feel relaxed.

Great friendly staff. I had a question about where the ice machine was (I forgot my map) and even though Ian was on the phone, he noted my need, showed me where to go and had me on my way without even having to wait. Clean modern rooms with bright colors and comfortable beds. AC was so good we had to turn it down for a bit as we were getting too cold. Definitely a plus in Arizona. Breakfast potatoes were crisp on outside and soft on the inside, loved the breakfast, not just another set of microwaved muffins.

Good location off 51. Scenic back drop was nice. Access in and out of driveway is difficult Room was comfortable but hotel is dated. Laundry with stacked near stairwell which made property look dumpy. Very nice staff however. Maintenance guy even helped carry my bag to my room.

Kaitlin at the front desk at checkout was great! She was such a sweetheart and gave great recommendations for things to do and see all across Arizona. She was also good at taking care of not only my needs, but the 4 other guests waiting to check out and phone ringing off the hook at the same time. I know that would have been enough to make me flustered, but she gave everyone the same great service despite how busy it was.

Everything was wonderful about this place and to be honest, for the price we paid for 5 nights I wasn t expecting much. Very clean rooms and property. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. The amenities are fantastic. We appreciate the washer and dryer and the grill! The pool was just right too. The location can t be beat! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for making our visit to Phoenix wonderful.

I really like this hotel and have stay here previous times. The staff is really helpful and friendly. It is clean and the rooms are nicely decorated. I really want to give this hotel 4 stars, but I cannot because the bed pillows. The pillows were not uncomfortable when I stay in the past, but this time they were very uncomfortable. They were so spongy that my head could not sink in the pillow at all. I did tell the staff when I checked out of the hotel. I will stay here again and hopeful the pillow situation will have changed. Their breakfast is very nice especially the waffles.

Had blood stains on the fitted sheet and all they had to give us was a regular flat sheet to replace it, cable TV was spotty didn't get half the channels that was on the channel list

Incredible customer service and value for the money. Full, all you can eat hot breakfast, hot tub and pool, a social hour with free beer, wine and nachos, plus excellent general amenities like a very comfy bed and subtle notes like complimentary water bottles and ear plugs in the room. I am incredibly pleased with our experience overall and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for reasonable prices and a great time while staying in Phoenix.

The Best Western InnSuites Phoneix was awesome. Staff was great, location was awesome and pool was clean and refreshing. We had nothing wrong with our stay. Highly encourage this location!!

Lack of security in parking led to car being vandalized during stay.

This hotel was great. The rooms are newly renovated in grey colors with a pop of green. The rooms was clean, beds comfortable with plump pillows. There was evening happy hour with free drinks and snacks. The pool was perfect temperature and a nice size. Breakfast was better than other hotels. The staff were very nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend.

The room was very nice, clean and updated. Nice quiet location, yet convenient to the 51 freeway which heads to airport and Tempe. It is also a good urban location with many restaurants and almost anything you would need nearby. Overall, you can feel safe in this nice home/business neighborhood. Breakfast was comparable to others that offer free breakfast. Cheerful breakfast and office staff. Coffee selection was great. They have make your own waffles, good cereal selection, hot foods and oddly enough the best biscuits and gravy! Better than I have gotten at restaurants. We do plan on staying at this hotel again when the need arises. Would like to add, that for this particular night, their price was the best around for location/name brand chain, etc.

Good deal. Just a few fixes with check-in process because room wasn't ready/clean so I had to wait, and the desk chair had stains. Otherwise, a nice place to stay & sleep when far from home.

We were looking for place close to the airport by not directly by airport. This was a perfect location, only 10-15 minutes to the airport. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. All the staff was either friendly, attentive, or pleasant. The desk staff gave us good restaurant reconmendations. We had asked one of the maintenance staff where towels were and she ran and got them for us even though she had her painting clothes on! The social hour was nice. Any questions concerns we had were address promptly and respectfully.

Boyfriend from out of town rented room. Was very pleased with area as it was very quiet. Room was in good order. Breakfast room was very open and food was tasty for a quick meal.

They are putting a lot of work into the property, but everyone, from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the front desk supervisor and GM, are superb. would never stay here again. bathroom was dirty. people were banging on doors and hollering after midnight. dark and sketchy looking on the back side. Overall didn't feel safe. Not sure how they get the reviews they do.

Needed to get a block of rooms. Chelsea at the front desk was awesome and let me know exactly who to contact. Erica the sales manager provided a great rate and I'm looking forward to our stay. All very professional.

Our AC went out and they let us check in as early as 8am. The staff has been nothing but nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place for a quick night or two.

Nice neat clean room. Mattress is lumpy, yet a had a good night's sleep. Had to wait till the next day for shampoo. Excellent hot breakfast included. Nothing fancy about the place. Second floor is a walk-up. Would stay here again.

Neurotic subhuman manager ruined it. After I just said good things, then total neurotic paranoid disrespect from the manager. This is the same "manager" who couldn't even answer a question as she was leaving because she is too important for that, well, that doesn't usually work out in the guest service industry... Check yourself before you wreck yourself. Stop projecting your neurotic suppositions onto your guests, BEFORE EVEN TALKING TO THEM. Oh that's right, I tried to talk to 'Marie Antoinette The Manager' once and got snubbed. C'est la vie at the Best Western.

Not bad! Pool and amenities are great. Continental breakfast is pretty good as well. Place is recently renovated so everything is fairly new
