I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue on Wednesday. Needed them to fedex paperwork for my dad to co-sign, and they never mailed it till Friday (apparently) and my dad, still, has not received the paperwork. Which therefore means I cannot get the car till later this week, or next, I have no idea? Why do I not have any idea? Because I've been trying to reach out to whomever (Eric, the salesperson and the people in the financial department, Fred in Business) to find further information and have not heard anything back. I have left numerous messages, asking them all to call me back (since Thursday) and have not have any call backs, yet. This is extremely frustrating. A complete lack of customer service/care in my case. So, I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car at this dealership because you'd probably face issues with customer service/late filings.

I'm not even sure that I'd be getting a car at this point, even though my bank has already sent a check and we have all already signed forms. Such a horrendous experience since Thursday.

I must have called another 5 times since leaving this review (4 hours ago) and still, nobody, and I mean, NOBODY is able to help me with this issue. I do not know where the damn paperwork for my Rogue is, whether they ve received the cashiers check from my bank, or even, if they actually are going to trade in my damn car. The customer service for this place is a complete hack.

EDITED FOR THE SECOND TIME:
FIRE KEVIN RASNICK. He does not do an appropriate procedure on time. It has been TWO MONTHS since I bought the vehicle and HAVE NOT received my title yet DUE TO HIS INCOMPENTENCY. FIRE HIM.
