Friendly, honest, and efficient. I"ve had to take my car in for a recurring issue (3 times over the past year), and they are great about recognizing that they haven't yet solved the problem, taking responsibility, and covering the work under warranty from the previous repair. No hassle, no haggling--it's the type of honesty and care that will make me want to keep coming back.

One of the best Subaru dealers in Colorado! I've been to several dealers throughout the state and had both exceptional service as well as some terrible times. I've visited AutoNation Golden 3-4 times now and had to write a review because every time has been a good experience. Nobody likes shelling out their hard earned money on car repairs but here, the prices have always been reasonable and they take care of their cutstomers! Friendly shuttle service, comfortable waiting area w/ Starbucks coffee, it's great!

I love near littleton but will gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to come here over any other Subaru dealer. I suggest you check them out!

The salesman who was helping me, Amos, was as good as gold, he bent over backwards to help and to make right when the first vehicle I bought turned out to have some safety issues. I found another vehicle that I liked and was the right price at an AutoNation dealership in another state and Amos and I worked out a deal to get it delivered and that kept me in a vehicle while we waited for the other car to be delivered, even drew up and signed an agreement to protect both mine and their Interests which was signed by myself and a sales manager. Then the used car manager came back after a day or two off and disregarded the signed agreement we had, reneging on the whole deal, insisting that I leave my money with them and return the vehicle I was in before he d even make a call to start the process of transferring the car I d found. This not only was counter to the agreement we d come to, but would have left me with no car, and them with the car I d paid for and returned and my money. Doesn t make any sense and broke a signed contract. Amos and Reed are both fantastic sales people and honest as can be, if you have to do business with this dealership, definitely see one of them. Steer clear of the used car manager, he can t uphold a contract, doubt he can be relied on for much else.

I could not be happier with my experience at AutoNation Subaru West, and with the car itself...a 2016 Subaru Outback. I initially dealt with Don, and eventually finalized the sale with Noel. Both were super to deal with and the thing I usually hate the most about car shopping...the time wasted waiting around for stuff, was minimal. I don't think I will ever buy a car anywhere else.

I recently bought a new Outback at Subaru West and love the car. I have never owned a Subaru before but was impressed with their low key approach to selling cars. I worked with Don Wright in going over the features of the Outback. We took a car for a test ride and he went over the things that were important to me. Once I decided i wanted the car, Don worked with me to get the exact features I wanted and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Subaru West as a good dealership to use when considering a new car.

My boyfriend and I leased a 2020 outback from AutoNation. I was first contacted after doing some research on Edmunds from RJ one of the salesman at AutoNation. He from the start was always very kind and patient with us. He didn't try to rush me into anything when I was first starting out so that I could catch up on some research. After some back and forth emailing I went in with my boyfriend to negotiate. RJ was very friendly throughout, answered all of our questions, and during waiting times would ask us a little bit about ourselves which was nice to pass some time. RJ was very respectful about our own research and concerns and I was happy that we were all able to come together on a deal. Brian the GM was also extremely helpful. Signing the final deal was very easy, and again during waiting times we felt like RJ cared about our patience and time. Shane the financial rep who helped finalize the deal was also like RJ extremely extremely kind. Again, we felt respected and also had a chance to be personable and learn more about what they do. Over all a very good experience and I would recommend coming here and certainly working with RJ and Shane.

Very easy car buying experience - straightforward offer on our trade in and price for the car we were interested in buying. We purchased some options that hadn't been installed yet when we bought the car and they did an awesome job scheduling the installation and making sure it was a seamless experience.

The website mentions a manager s special for oil change and tire rotation for $59.99. I presented it to my service advisor and he was unaware of the special. Isn t that something all service employees should know about? Seriously. All this place cares about it getting another dollar out of you. They basically hold you hostage of completing a review before giving your keys back. Of course you give them a perfect review on paper before while they are watching you. If it would have been less than perfect, I would not have been able to leave. If you give them a perfect review on paper, they ask you to review on Facebook or Google. I would not have been asked to review them otherwise.

Was all excited to buy a Subaru but..Sales people were awful. Would not even work with me to try and make sure I was happy. Will be taking my business else where.

We are a first time Subaru owner and I have to say that I really like this car. I'm a small person, so I usually have a hard time finding a car that adjusts to fit me. The CrossTrek has multiple adjustments and it was comfortable to drive on the very first day. It has plenty of power for me, and the gas gauge has barely moved after a week of driving around town. I'll be back when it's time to buy our next car. Looking forward to those heated seats when the snow starts to fly again.

The service rep tried to sale me variety of extra services when I just wanted a oil change. She told me I needed to immediately replace my tires otherwise my car would be dangerous to drive. It was too obvious a lie. So I told her I was not planning on adding any additional services other than the oil change. Then she let me wait for 2 hours for my car to be finished. She is dishonest and extremely rude. I will never go back to Subaru West for any services again.

Dan Carne took me for the test drive of a life time. As he said, Subarus sell themselves around here. But that didn't stop him from making sure I knew and understood the car I was interested in. We spent a few hours of a Saturday driving different cars and I never felt pressured; it was just fun and relaxing.
Eric Carne was just as helpful when it came time to sign paperwork and make it official. He spent 4 hours with me while I was debating colors and extras and getting ready to make a pretty big monetary commitment. He wasn't pushy at all, just genuine and helpful. Great team and great experience.

I don't think I have ever encountered better service anywhere in my life! A few years ago, I accidentally left a half-full cup of coffee on my Subaru dash and also happened to park my car illegally - not one of my finer moments. My car was, of course, towed away and the coffee leaked through my dash and fried my radio components. I drove my car like this for months and finally took it into AutoNation Subaru West to get a quote on how much it would cost to replace the radio. They quoted me close to $500 and at the time that was more of a "want to have" than a "need to have" so I told them I'd put it off for another date. Later that day, they called and said that they appreciated my loyalty as a customer and wanted to cover the cost of the radio and installation for me. I actually teared up on the phone with the mechanic and told them that I'd never bring my car anywhere else - and so far, I have been able to keep that promise!

Hello, I purchased my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek in August of 2017. The service initially was exceptional. A year and a half later not so much.
I have a recall on the stereo and I have been trying to get an appointment for over a month. I really need the update performed because it is affecting my Android Auto and GPS. I finally got an appointment which was supposed to be today. I attempted to call at 7 a.m. this morning to confirm exactly what time I was supposed to be there. I was on hold for 40 minutes to speak to a service adviser. John told me that he did not see an appointment for me. He could squeeze my in possibly. My husband has also purchased a vehicle through Autonation at another location and has experienced the same "lost appointment". This is not exceptional customer service at all. Auto nation really needs to get it together.

Poor customer sevice in the service dept. Only reason I'm using a dealership is because of warranty issue. Quotes me an hour so I waited and after 1:45 min they inform me the guy working on my car went to lunch so at least another hour. Ridiculous. Glad the employees time is more important than mine.

Just bought a 2017 Subaru Forester from AutoNation Subaru West. The sales staff was very helpful and when I didn't have the best experience with the initial salesperson, the staff was very nice and willing to help me. That's the only reason why I decided to buy the vehicle from them instead of going to another dealership.
I'm only giving them 4 stars because the Finance Manager and my husband got into a heated discussion regarding upgrades, which we refused. I didn't appreciate it and was upset with that particular experience.
I have friends who have bought vehicles from this dealership and they say that the service is wonderful.

Fred Abrey was great to work with: he was honest and forthcoming about the vehicle and the deal. Even after I purchased the vehicle he allowed me to come back to have a dog smell from the previous owner taken care again. The finance depart was also easy to work with and made the deal happen even after I was turned down from two other dealerships. I found out after I purchased my New Nissan Xterra that Christopher Dodge and Elway could not finance me and didn't even call me back to let me know. They just left me high and dry. I am very happy with my Vehicle and would go back for another vehicle.

No hassle. No hard sell. I've had two great experiences here. First my daughter buying used. Second me buying new. Very happy both times.

Getting my appointment was difficult and had to wait for weeks. But once there the mechanics were great about explaining everything and ended up getting the majority of my bill taken care of though I was just past warranty!! I was expecting a large repair bill and it was a very small one.

Brett and Wes were absolutely fantastic I would recommend both of them and i will recommend them for any friends or family to them in the future. I m really happy and they were very thorough.

The salesman was pushy. The business charges an extra 500 on top of car cost. The paperwork took forever. They have a no penalty return policy which I used the following day after regretting my used car purchase.

I bought a new Crosstrek with Dan Carned last week through the Costco Auto program and would highly recommend working with both. I got great savings with Costco and didn't have to negotiate. Dan was very helpful and never pushy. I was having trouble setting up Android Auto on my vehicle, but I went back to the dealership this evening and they had me set up in no time. They really do want all their customers to leave happy.

Make sure to keep an APR calculator open on your phone. They kept throwing out numbers for a monthly payment that added up to several thousand dollars more than the total cost of financing before we got the right one.

Consistent great services at dealership! Coffee, bottled water and occasionally donuts provided in waiting room with WiFi while car is being serviced. Always get all my emails answered and sometimes I am almost a little sad when they complete car so quickly since it is such a nice quiet work environment to get caught up without office distractions!

I went in for a recall on my 2011 Impreza 5/8/18. The service started great as they gave me a loaner vehicle to get to work. I had to return the following day as they failed to put my vehicle back together properly. They messed up the dials on my air vent as it would not go into full vent mode. They claimed the cable was not put back correctly, i asked why they don't check these things before the customer leaves? They were not able to answer my question. It was a complete waste of time to return the following day for an hour of my time as i had better things to do. I will never return to this establishment for any of my service needs. They didn't seem to really care that i had to return.

I went in January 1st and was promptly helped by Eric Carne. We had a wonderful experience, and I absolutely love my new Forester! Everyone we encountered has been helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend going to AutoNation Subaru West!

I recently purchased a Subaru cross trek with autonation in golden. I had a great experience purchasing my first new vehicle. I worked with Mitch one of their representatives and he definitely mad the sale. Nothing is more nerve racking then spending a great deal of money but when you work with someone who is truly there to help you nothing puts your mind more at ease. We had a fantastic buying experience with our salesman Dennis Sharon at AutoNation Subaru West. He very was helpful and low pressure as we test drove different models. He did a great job staying in contact with us and answering our emails in a timely way. Once we selected a model and trim we looked at several other dealerships in the metro area and Boulder to cross shop prices. Dennis worked as our advocate to beat the next best offer from a local dealer. It took us about two hours to complete the buying process including a trade negotiation (great price again on a very high mileage trade!), purchasing an accessory, having the pre-sale detailing done, and leveraging the zero APR offer from the factory. The parts department met a lower online price for the accessory, too. Note that there was a bit of pressure from the finance manager to buy warranties, etc. Naturally, buyers are under no obligation and the choice is yours. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with this low pressure , high value car buying experience with Dennis at AutoNation Subaru West.

They did a great job on a recall on the airbag on the passenger side. They checked other things on the car. They also gave me a loaner car until I was able to get my car back.

Stopped in to check out the 2015 WRX situation.. Was greeted by Jillian who was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. I test drove the new WRX and I really wanted this fine piece of steel. Jillian walked me through the whole process, including financing. Mike was really helpful in discussing finance options and helped me find a situation that worked well with me. If you go here, make sure you make an appointment with Jillian & Mike. Laid back, easy to talk to, and won't pressure you into anything.

Low stress car buying! One of the first things my wife said to Eric Traugutt of the sales staff was that she didn t like high pressure sales people. He said he agreed and it was a pleasurable car buying experience from that point on. Eric took us on a test drive and found the car we were looking for. I only went in for a routine oil change and cu on my 2017 Out back. The work was done on time and, so far as I know, correctly. I was waited on immediately when I arrived and I felt safe from t he coronavirus as everyone was wearing a mask and were not standing close together. The drop off area was clean.

We did not make an appointment, but even though the dealership was busy, they made time to show us the car we wanted to look at. We had our kids with us, and none of their associates acted annoyed that our kids were noisy or made a bit of a mess. When we ended up buying the car we came to look at, they helped us get out of there as quickly as they could, and the car was clean and smelled so good that even 3 weeks later I love to drive in it. We have had no problems with this car despite taking it on several 2.5 hour road trips since then. I highly recommend buying a car here!
