TERRIBLE!!! I bought my 2018 Legacy in for some recall work, Not only was I treated like an inconvenience since I wasn't paying for services but I picked up my vehicle and when I got it home my wife noticed some DAMAGE!!! I called and left my service advisor Rick a voicemail... NO RESPONSE... I left a voicemail for the service manager and still NO RESPONSE. Terrible customer service and the fact that NO ONE FROM SERVICE ADVISOR TO SERVICE MANAGER had the fortitude to at least provide a call back is just pitiful. Maybe good reviews are by customers who were treated properly based on the amount of money they pay the dealership... typical car business garbage...
